I received an incredibly disappointing order from McDonald's. It was cold, missing items like the dry apple pie, and the burger was completely wrong. Additionally, half of the order was missing, and what I did receive was incorrect. Even the Coke was watered down. I am seeking a refund for this unsatisfactory experience. I initially reached out to Uber, the delivery service, but they couldn't assist because I placed the order through the McDonald's app. When I contacted the local store, they redirected me back to Uber. I am unsure of the appropriate course of action as I don't want to pay for food that was both incorrect and missing.

My spouse and I visited the Pell City McDonald's drive-thru on 11/17/[redacted] at 9:37 pm. At the speaker, I ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget meal and asked for lemonade, which had an unexpected $0.70 charge. Then my spouse ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget and a fish sandwich. Despite repeating our order four times, there were issues. At the first window, there was a delay in payment collection. At the second window, I received a brown drink instead of lemonade, which led to an unpleasant interaction when I asked for the correct drink. The employee's attitude was poor, and the manager's response was dismissive. When we received our food, it was not satisfactory - I had a 5-piece nugget in a 10-piece box with cold, old fries, while my spouse's fish sandwich was burnt and had mayo instead of tartar sauce. The manager's lack of concern and rude behavior left us with a bad experience, despite spending $21.42 in cash. We have the receipt but are highly dissatisfied with the service and food quality.

On November 19, [redacted], I drove to McDonald's at Springfield Retail Park in Bulwell, NG6 8EP to buy my family's favorite meal. I placed an order at precisely 17:21:38 amounting to 17.16GBP, made the payment, and waited for my order like any other customer. When my number ([redacted]) was called, I went to collect my food, but the staff member, Shauna, dropped it and walked away. Confused, I waited for about 5 minutes until another staff member realized I hadn't been served and apologized. It made me question if I was treated differently because of my race. This incident goes against the principles of good customer service and made my family and me feel neglected. Despite receiving an apology from a supervisor, I feel it's important to voice my experience for better staff training. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I wanted to share my recent visit to your holes bay location on 21/11/23. As a regular customer, I anticipated the familiar quality and taste McDonald's is known for. I ordered a Big Mac with extra pickles and chicken nuggets, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations.
The Big Mac lacked its usual juicy patty and zesty special sauce, resulting in a disappointing taste. The chicken nuggets also did not meet the typical standard; their texture seemed compromised, possibly from extended heating. Even the fries were underwhelming, lacking the usual balance of saltiness and potato goodness.
While the staff offered replacement or a refund, the overall decline in quality was disheartening. I trust McDonald's high standards and hope this feedback can address and resolve the issues encountered during my visit.
