I received an uncooked hamburger at the Cleveland Ave N location in Ft Myers, Florida. I was assured the next meal would be complimentary, but upon returning, the manager was disrespectful and made inappropriate remarks. To make matters worse, our orders were incorrect. This location requires new management. However, amidst this experience, I would like to recognize the kind and friendly service provided by Caroline. Thank you for addressing this matter. On approximately November 20th, [redacted], my granddaughter and I left the emergency room where my boyfriend was being treated to grab a meal at McDonald's on Severn. Although I placed an order on the app and indicated my arrival, we found the doors locked when we arrived. The staff claimed they didn't have my order, suggesting I had canceled it, despite my bank reflecting the payment. After reordering and paying in cash, I was met with unhelpful and rude responses from the staff. Despite waiting for an extended period in the drive-thru and facing unprofessional behavior, I did not receive a refund or resolution. In addition to the poor service, my granddaughter found an undesirable object in her quarter pounder, leading to a distressing experience that caused us to return to the emergency room. I have not received any communication regarding my refund request or the quality issue. This encounter has left me with a negative impression of McDonald's, and I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and support.

The manager at McDonald's displayed rude behavior with a sarcastic attitude during our visit. While we understood the place was busy, we politely asked for a towel to wipe the table where we planned to enjoy our meal. Unfortunately, the manager turned their back on us. Feeling disappointed, we took matters into our own hands and cleaned the tables ourselves. We offered to assist and requested a rag to continue cleaning, but were rudely told to do it ourselves if we couldn't wait. Despite the discourteous treatment, we took the initiative to clean not only our table but several others for the convenience of your guests.

I usually order breakfast sandwiches with tomatoes and I'm willing to pay extra for them. Normally, I've never had an issue with this request. However, when I visited the McDonald's at Brandywine, I was told they couldn't include tomatoes because they are considered a lunch item. This caused us to change all three of our orders, and the staff was quite rude about it. I was truly shocked by the unprofessional attitude we encountered, especially since we are regular customers at McDonald's.

My friend and I dined at McDonald's on 7th Street in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Before leaving, I ordered a mocha frappe and a caramel frappe, but unfortunately, they were not made correctly. I kindly asked the manager to remake them properly. However, instead of fixing them, he had an attitude and forgot to add the caramel or chocolate on top. When I requested the toppings, they were applied hastily. I was displeased with the poor customer service as I am a regular patron and spend a lot of money there. I believe as a returning customer, I should receive better treatment and a more pleasant attitude from the staff. It was disappointing to encounter such disrespect and lack of care during my visit.

I used to be a regular at the McDonald's on [redacted] Washington Ave in Belleville, NJ. I would typically order a medium soda and meal 3 to 4 times a week. Today, I received a small soda marked with an "S" instead of the usual medium size I always get. When I inquired, the server insisted it was a medium, which was noticeably smaller. The manager then explained that the "S" size was a "small medium" and showed me a different cup labeled as a "large medium." This explanation didn't make sense to me, especially since on a previous visit I was given a large due to a lack of medium cups. Additionally, they were out of decaf coffee during my last visit. Due to the misleading information from the manager, I have decided to switch to Burger King as my preferred dining option.

I placed an order online, but when I arrived at the restaurant, the cashier had trouble processing it. They couldn't see my items correctly, causing delays. Additionally, I left my debit card at another store, had to retrieve it, and then came back to McDonald's. Unfortunately, the process was further delayed by a malfunctioning app that only displayed breakfast items. Frustrated by the situation, I had to wait in line again. Finally, when I got home, the fries were missing from the happy meal. This recurring issue of missing items, overcharges, and app malfunctions has become too much for me to handle. I have had numerous negative experiences at McDonald's, and I am considering not returning.

I had a terrible experience at the McDonald's in Hyde Park, NY [redacted]. I ordered a medium caramel macchiato but received a small, cold one with no caramel and in a smaller cup. When I complained, they were rude and unhelpful, refusing to remake the drink. I want the girl and manager who mistreated me to remake my hot caramel macchiato correctly this time, in a large cup with extra caramel and whipped cream. My daughter even noticed how wrong the order was. I'm a loyal customer with over 9,[redacted] points, and I paid cash for this bad drink. I demand to be contacted promptly to resolve this issue. I ordered two toffee lattes, one large and one regular, but received regular lattes instead. When I tried to address the issue with a staff member, she seemed dismissive and unhelpful. Despite approaching the situation with politeness and respect due to my anxiety, the staff member's attitude left me feeling sad and undervalued as a customer. It took some effort, but after insisting and showing the receipt, I was finally refunded the price difference. Unfortunately, I ended up not enjoying the lattes as much and most of it went to waste. I usually prefer toffee lattes as they mask the latte taste. This experience left me very dissatisfied as a customer.

The product shown on TV did not match my expectation. I ordered the 3 Buck Special with double cheese and fries, but the sandwich arrived without cheese. I have consistently encountered eggshells in my Egg McMuffins, which is very disappointing. Having worked at a McDonald's in Farmington, IL and possessing a food manager's license, I am aware of sanitation regulations. The location I worked at was unsanitary, with maintenance staff performing various tasks without following proper hygiene practices. Outdated food was used, and food items were stored improperly. The unsanitary conditions, including leaks and food left on the floor, are concerning. I believe it is necessary to report these issues to the health department and appropriate food safety organizations. After this experience, I have decided to avoid eating at McDonald's in the future.

I recently received a delivery from your Belmont Rd store in Hereford, but unfortunately, two large milkshakes were missing from the order. When I contacted the restaurant, I was informed that the error was the fault of the Uber driver, which seems like a way to avoid taking responsibility for the mistake. Despite being charged for the missing items, the restaurant staff refused to acknowledge their part in the mix-up. Their suggestion that I pick up the missing items in person was impractical, and they were unwilling to redeliver them. This experience was disappointing, especially since it was meant to be a special treat for myself and another person. I hope to hear back from you soon with a satisfactory resolution.

I placed an order for breakfast through the mobile app and paid $4.60 with my card. At the store window, the employee told me I owed $3. I gave my card, received the wrong receipt, and explained it wasn't my order. The employee dismissed me, saying it was okay and just $3. I asked for the manager, but received the same response. I later found out I was charged for both orders. As a disabled woman working for $2/hour as a DoorDash driver, every dollar matters to me. Being laughed at and dismissed for questioning the charge was hurtful. It's tough to earn money with my disabilities, and every dollar counts.

Every time I visit the McDonald's in Jefferson, Ohio, there seems to be an issue with my food. Tonight was the worst experience yet. My fiancé and I both ordered Quarter Pounders with cheese, only to discover halfway through that they were raw. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this establishment. I plan to inform everyone I know about the ongoing problems I have encountered here. I am seeking a refund or some form of compensation as I have lost interest in receiving any food from them. As no one from McDonald's Slovakia has responded to my inquiry, I am using this platform to reach out to the appropriate individual to address my concerns regarding the new McDonald's restaurant being built in Michalovce, Slovakia. The location of the new restaurant lacks noise regulations and will be constructed close to residential buildings, infringing on the rights of the residents. I visited the McDonald's drive-thru at 1:55 pm Central Time at the Crystal Lake location on US 14 and IL Rte [redacted] in Crystal Lake, Illinois, and encountered the worst customer service I've ever had at McDonald's. The young man at the microphone greeted me in a monotone voice and seemed annoyed, only saying "what can I get you" without any other pleasantries. Even at the second window, the service didn't improve as he just handed me my order without a word. This type of interaction is not what I expect or accept in any hospitality or service setting.

Last night, on 2-13-[redacted], I visited the McDonald's drive-thru in Pennington Gap, VA. When I got to the window, I paid for my food and the cashier did not offer me a receipt. I proceeded to the next window to pick up my order but discovered that 3 McDonald's and 2 McChicken's were missing. I called the restaurant but had trouble due to poor cell service in Saint Charles. A woman answered and I informed her of the situation, and she instructed me to return the next day for a resolution. Today, I went back but did not receive the missing items. The manager mentioned contacting higher management, but later claimed they couldn't assist without a receipt. I felt frustrated as a loyal customer and emphasized that I work hard for my money. I asked for a contact at McDonald's but was discouraged from reaching out to corporate. I rely on McDonald's for meals, and this experience has been disappointing and unprofessional.

I couldn't go to McDonald's, so my employee went for me. He ordered a spicy chicken deluxe sandwich, a quarter pounder (with lettuce and tomato), fresh fries, sushi, and a milkshake, totaling $24. My sandwich had no lettuce, the bun was burnt, and lacked sauce. I added my own. His burger came with lettuce and tomato. We got a small hamburger for the dog. He tried to order a shamrock shake and 2 apple pies but they were unavailable at the Lafayette CA store around 9 pm.

Recently, my partner and I visited your Denaby Main restaurant on 17/02/[redacted]. We ordered a plain cheeseburger Happy Meal, a Chicken Legend with hot and spicy mayonnaise, a large Big Mac meal, and a share box of Cheesy Mozzarella Dips. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait in the car park for our order, which we expected to be quick. However, we ended up waiting for over half an hour. Despite inquiring multiple times about the delay, the staff reassured us it wouldn't be much longer. Frustrated, my partner went inside where he encountered rude staff members. Eventually, our order was incomplete, and after returning to the restaurant, we received the correct items after a further wait. Sadly, everything was cold, and we were unable to enjoy our meal. I am requesting a full refund considering the poor service, cold food, and overall disappointing experience. I believe it's crucial to evaluate the staff at this location to maintain the standard I expect from McDonald's.

Recently, I placed an order for $30.75 worth of food which was incorrect. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I have been unsuccessful. I ordered the food on 2/17/22 at 7:38 p.m. at the restaurant located at [redacted] South 7 Highway Blue Springs, Missouri [redacted] (Store number [redacted]). The order number was [redacted]. The receipt shows I purchased seven McDoubles with five requested without onions and two without ketchup, mustard, or onion but with Mac sauce due to allergies in my family. When I tried to rectify the order on the same night, I was asked to return the next day to speak with a manager who was not available. Even subsequent visits during lunch and after work did not result in a resolution. I have kept the receipt and the ignored order in hopes of having it replaced or refunded.
