On March 2, [redacted], a Wednesday, while I was working at a busy McDonald's, I had a concerning experience with my manager. Despite the hectic day, she raised her voice and made threatening gestures towards me. I took a break and tried to address the issue maturely in a private conversation, but she insisted on her demands without considering my perspective. Later, I was suspended until Monday to discuss the matter further with the supervisor. The situation escalated due to what seemed like favoritism between the general and shift managers who are living together. I feel the need for my story to be heard and addressed by the appropriate authorities at McDonald's.

Hello, I am Colleen Kerr, a Family Link Worker at Wallace High School in Stirling FK9 5HW. A significant part of my role involves providing positive experiences and incentives for young individuals. Unfortunately, the young people I support often come from underprivileged backgrounds, and their families may struggle to provide special treats, even on important occasions. I am contacting McDonalds because I know that it is a gesture that these young people truly value. I would like to kindly request if McDonalds would consider donating some meal vouchers. This act of generosity would be greatly appreciated and would have a meaningful impact on the lives of these young individuals. Thank you for your consideration. Warm regards, Colleen Kerr.

I visited the drive-thru today and noticed that the wrong menu was displayed, showing sandwiches and hamburgers instead of the breakfast menu. When I asked for a special deal, they offered two sandwiches for $4.50, so I ordered four of those, and then I saw another deal for two sandwiches for $2.50, so I got two of those as well, for a total of six sandwiches. When I reached the last window to pay, the total was $18 and some cents. I thought this was too much, but they explained that it included tax. However, when I checked the receipt, I saw that I was overcharged, as I should have been only $9 for four sandwiches at $4.50 each. The staff apologized and offered a refund, but due to time constraints, I couldn't wait. To add to the issue, the sandwiches given to me were not what I ordered; they had ham instead of sausage, and the eggs were not scrambled as requested.

On 03/10/[redacted] @ 8:16 pm, I visited the drive-thru and encountered an extremely rude employee. The interaction was disrespectful and unprofessional. Despite trying to use the app for my order, the employee's tone and behavior were unpleasant. After a brief exchange, I was told to leave the drive-thru with no resolution. I decided to go inside and spoke to Selina, who seemed understanding but not surprised by the complaint. I have been a customer at this location for over 15 years and have experienced subpar service before, but this recent incident was unacceptable. I have tried to reach out to corporate through their website multiple times but encountered technical issues preventing me from submitting my complaint. I hope this feedback reaches the right person to address the matter appropriately. If not, I may have to resort to contacting their office by phone, despite the anticipated wait time.

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today at the drive-thru. When I went to pick up my order, the employee did not say a single word to me. My order was handed to me without any vocal communication. I had specifically requested grape jelly, and the employee assured me it was in the bag. However, when I got home and checked the order for my family, I realized there was no jelly at all, just picante sauce which did not go well with our meal. I left feeling very uneasy as I was not greeted or thanked, only rudely told there was grape jelly in the bag. I believe this employee needs to be retrained in customer service, and I would like a refund for today's transaction. I do not live near Beaumont, so please contact me using the information on file.

I visited McDonald's store #[redacted] at [redacted] East Oglethorpe in Albany, Georgia, [redacted]. I ordered a Big Mac meal, 2 Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meals, a Happy Meal, 2 10-piece nuggets, and 2 apple pies. Unfortunately, when I got home, there were no French fries or apple pies in the bags, which has been a recurring issue at this location. When I tried to contact the store, I found out the phone number was disconnected. When I returned to the store to address the missing items, the staff responded rudely. I spent $46.02 on my order at 9:39 pm on 04/01/22, order #37. I believe a full refund is necessary, and I am very disappointed with the service. I will avoid ordering from this McDonald's location in the future.

I would like to address an incident that occurred at the McDonald's restaurant located at [redacted] 20th Street in Vero Beach, FL. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, one with ketchup only and one as it typically comes. Unfortunately, the packages were not marked, leading to confusion. My daughter mistakenly ate the cheeseburger with all the fixings, which could have posed an allergy risk. When we asked for a replacement, the employee mentioned they didn't have a marker for the orders. As we waited for a new burger, an employee made inappropriate remarks and escalated the situation. The confrontation escalated until law enforcement was involved, and I received a Trespass Warning. I am concerned about the conduct of the staff and management and would like to bring this matter to the attention of McDonald's corporate office. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be exploring legal options and escalating my complaint through various channels. I believe reviewing the restaurant's security camera footage could provide clarity on the events that transpired.

I wish to discuss a recent incident at a McDonald's location in Vero Beach, FL. I ordered two double cheeseburgers, one with ketchup only and the other as usual. Unfortunately, they weren't marked and my daughter, unknowingly, bit into the wrong one. When we asked for a replacement, the staff's response was less than satisfactory, resulting in a heated exchange. Things escalated when an employee made a racially insensitive comment. The situation led to police involvement and a trespass warning. I am eager to address this with McDonald's corporate, seeking resolution not only regarding the incident and the staff involved but also the management's handling of the situation. If necessary, I am prepared to pursue legal action and involve external regulatory bodies.

I've had two days of frustrating experiences at McDonald's. Yesterday, I ordered extra apples instead of fries and was charged extra, but the same request with a mighty kids meal was not charged. Unfortunately, I still received fries in addition to the apples. Today, another mishap occurred when I ordered a Happy meal with extra apples but received both apples and fries. I also ordered a mighty kids meal with extra fries and received both fries and apples. To add to the frustration, there were no straws for three drinks, and the store did not have the promoted Sonic toys. It's disappointing that the phone numbers on the receipts only lead to a continuous busy signal when I try to contact them.

As a regular senior customer at the McDonald's on 82 St in Jackson Heights, I visit almost daily. Today, I encountered an issue with the cashier and manager that I would like to address. When attempting to use my Reward code to place an order, the cashier seemed reluctant to assist me. Despite providing the code twice, she ignored it and moved on to other customers. Upon inquiring with the manager about this, he displayed a poor attitude, evading my questions and simply telling me to wait. When I asked for his name, he dismissively claimed it was McDonald and even laughed. After noticing he had no name tag, I requested his name again, including the spelling, but he refused and gestured for me to leave. Such behavior at a McDonald's in Jackson Heights surprised me greatly. Is it standard practice for staff not to wear name tags or refuse to provide their names to customers at this location? Additionally, I am curious if the store has a policy against accepting My Rewards through the app for orders. I believe that both the cashier and manager owe me an apology for their treatment. I eagerly await your prompt response. Thank you.

As a frequent senior customer, I visit the store almost daily and would like to express a concern about my recent experience at the McDonald's located on 82 St in Jackson Heights, New York. Today, I tried to use My Rewards to place my order, but the cashier seemed hesitant to accept my code and insisted I pay instead. Despite my repeated attempts, she ignored my rewards. When I approached the manager for an explanation, he was unhelpful and had a dismissive attitude. When I asked for his name, he claimed it was McDonald's and later refused to provide further details, behaving unprofessionally. This encounter left me feeling disrespected and disappointed. I am curious if it is standard practice at this location to not wear name tags and reject the use of My Rewards for orders. I believe an apology from both the cashier and manager is warranted. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you for addressing my concerns.

Yesterday around 1 p.m., I went to practice and then checked my bank account on McDonald's site. It showed a charge for card transactions that I didn't recognize. I contacted the store on 3rd Street in Seattle, Washington. The manager accused me of lying and was very rude, refusing to help because I didn't address it the previous day due to being busy. I tried to show the transaction on my mobile app, but she dismissed it. I don't understand why the employees were rude, and I expect better customer service. I just wanted options like a refund or the correct food.

This morning, I ordered four bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches. I paid at the first window, but at the second window, they only gave me three sandwiches and asked me to pull up for the fourth. When I requested jelly for my sandwiches, the employee only gave me one packet. I explained I needed four as I had ordered four sandwiches, but they told me to pull up. Even after the fourth sandwich was brought out, I still only received one packet of jelly. When I returned to the window, they claimed I hadn't asked for jelly initially. This whole experience over jelly was unnecessary and disappointing. It's a poor reflection on the franchise. I observed another customer, who was a different race, received extra without any issue. This inconsistency seemed like discrimination. The employees should face corrective action for their behavior.

This is the fifth time in the last month that I have visited the McDonald's on Meeker Street in Kent, Washington. Unfortunately, my order has been incorrect each time. For example, today I ordered two McChickens with extra mayonnaise and two small caramel frappes with extra caramel. However, the McChickens did not have extra mayonnaise, and there was hardly any caramel in the frappes despite being charged for it. I called the manager, who was rude and refused to replace my order. I simply want to receive what I ordered and paid for. Please address this issue with the manager or consider replacing her. Thank you and have a great day. Sincerely, Scotty

I visited McDonald's at [redacted] East Hampton St. in Wilkes Barre, PA on 5-01-[redacted] at 8:06 pm. I ordered 8 double cheeseburgers and 2 small fries from the mix and match menu. Despite the items being priced differently on the menu, the cashier insisted on charging me more. My total should have been $23.75 but ended up being $28.08. When I pointed out the discrepancy, the cashier refused to adjust the prices, claiming they had increased. I felt frustrated as the service was poor, and my food was cold and not fresh. I hope someone can address this issue promptly. Thank you, Holly.

I visited a McDonald’s in North Conway, New Hampshire and ordered a mocha frappe and an apple pie. However, what I received was a cold, unappealing pastry that seemed to be an apple muffin instead. I was disappointed as I was expecting the classic apple pie. I suggest removing this item from the menu or clearly differentiating it from the apple pie when taking orders to avoid confusion. Despite this unusual experience, I acknowledge that the restaurant generally has a good reputation.

I recently visited the drive-through for Mc Donald's at GIP Mall in Noida on the night of 8/5/[redacted]. Although my visit was for the drive-through service and not the parking, SA Parking Service charged me ₹70 for entering and exiting the premises within 17 minutes, although it is supposed to be free for the first 15 minutes. It can be challenging to navigate the drive-through within the 15-minute window due to traffic congestion of both cars and pedestrians. I have spoken to a representative at SA Parking Service, who mentioned that the issue has been ongoing for years, resulting in unjust charges for many customers. Unfortunately, I have been unable to contact the concerned person at Mc Donald's as their Delhi customer care number is not functional.

I am discontinuing my patronage! I used to visit McDonald's daily for lunch, but each time I would notice they prioritize the drive-thru over in-store service. Today, I ordered breakfast at kiosk #11 but didn't receive a receipt. As I approached the counter, I slipped on the greasy floor in my tennis shoes. I expressed my concern to the staff about the slippery floors caused by possible old rinse water from cleaning the kitchen the night before. Despite my warnings of a potential lawsuit if I were to fall, they dismissed it as high humidity. Even after requesting a receipt multiple times, the staff seemed unresponsive. Although a worker eventually printed the receipt, placing it on the greasy counter and running to the kitchen made me feel unsafe. Consequently, I have decided to no longer be a loyal customer. McDonald's needs to ensure their floors are safe to prevent accidents and legal issues. This incident occurred at the Clarksville, Indiana location at 7:50 AM today.

I visited McDonald's at [redacted] Old Jacksonville Hwy, Tyler, TX [redacted], where I experienced disrespect and was called a liar by the night time manager and two employees. My order was incorrect, and my drink was missing. The manager was rude, slammed the window in my face, and the employees were unprofessional, nitpicking, and having side conversations about me. The manager proceeded to yell and talk over me, making me uncomfortable to take the food due to their suspicious behavior. I arrived at 10 pm but had to return at 11 pm for my missing drink and bacon on my fish sandwich that I didn't order. I request for the cameras to be reviewed to show the missing drink and the unprofessional conduct of the employees. Thank you.

The McDonald's at [redacted] Hwy [redacted] S, Benbrook, TX [redacted] was one of the worst places I've visited. The drive-thru was busy, and despite the wait time, my order was wrong. The manager argued about fixing it, which was unacceptable. The coffee I received had been sitting out for 15 minutes and was cold. When I asked for it to be reheated, the manager walked away, showing clear disrespect. Although I eventually got my complete order, the drive-thru and indoor lines seemed disorganized. When two customers entered the quiet lobby, the rude manager abruptly informed them it was closed, even though others were already inside eating. When asked for an explanation, she rudely refused, escalating into a confrontation. The lack of staff was evident, but her attitude was unnecessary. Based on my experience and other Yelp reviews, this location consistently struggles with management and staff issues in handling busy periods and customer complaints. McDonald's needs to address this ongoing problem by finding a more competent manager for this store.
