I am David Ashlaw, an employee at McDonald’s in Canton, NY [redacted]. I was recently dismissed and unsure about the possibility of reinstatement. On Thursday, October 21, I called to report my late arrival due to a vital doctor's appointment, but the manager Barb was rude, instructing me not to come in and abruptly ending the call. The following day, when I arrived at 11 am, I was immediately directed to assist with grill and fryer duties. This is not the first time I have felt mistreated at work. Barb's hostile behavior was noticeable that day, and she spoke to me disrespectfully as if I were an animal. Despite trying to remain composed, her continuous aggressive demands led me to an anxiety attack. The situation escalated when she reprimanded me for waiting for my food before clocking out, leading to a heated exchange where I decided to leave. I work diligently each day, going above and beyond to maintain cleanliness and order, despite receiving minimal pay. It is unjust that I lost my job due to intolerable treatment. Many others have faced similar mistreatment and lost their jobs as well. I experienced disrespect, belittlement, and harassment, and something needs to be addressed regarding this issue. I placed an order with this establishment, and despite my home being only [redacted] meters away, I have been unable to reach them via phone. I ordered food for my mom, specifically fries, but when they arrived, they were not fresh. It seems they may have assumed that the customer lives far and would reheat the food. It also appears they forgot to include my large coke in the order. I paid for all of this, so why wasn't the food fresh and complete? I am not asking for free items, just what I already paid for. The burger was lacking proper fillings, which is disappointing and not what I was expecting from this company.

I used to rave about the quality of McDonald's coffee, but I've recently been let down by the branch on [redacted] Hurontario Blvd in Brampton. Since my home is being renovated, I've been staying with my brother-in-law, who only drinks tea. This means I have to go out of my way to get my coffee fix. Despite passing by a Tim Hortons, I still prefer McDonald's coffee. Unfortunately, the last three coffees I've had from this particular McDonald's have been bitter and unpleasant. It's frustrating that you can't taste or test the coffee before leaving the restaurant, even though it should be cool enough to drink by the time I get home. Despite the inconvenience, I won't be returning to that McDonald's; Tim Hortons will be my go-to in the future. I haven't experienced this issue with coffee quality at other McDonald's locations in Brampton and the surrounding areas. I'm thoroughly disappointed!

I recently visited McDonald's #[redacted] and ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, ketchup, and pickles meal with a coke. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect as the quarter pounder had no pickles and had large onion chunks, and the coke was diet. I spoke with the manager, Lidianna, and she took my name promising to write it down for a replacement. When I returned to the store later for my replacement, the staff said they couldn't provide it because my name was not recorded, instructing me to come back the next day when Lidianna was present. This experience was frustrating as I had to wait in line for 30 minutes only to be turned away. All I want is the correct $8.15 meal that I initially paid for.

I've noticed that many places keep their fountain drink stations closed for safety reasons during the pandemic, but at this particular location, it seems to be closed permanently, not just due to COVID. I asked for a refill and was rudely denied by the manager, even when I suggested getting it in a different cup. I find it unfair that they blamed me for their decision to close the fountain station because of people loitering. Despite ordering online through the app and making a purchase, I was treated poorly. Additionally, the restaurant was dirty and none of the employees seemed to be maintaining cleanliness.

Upon reviewing the email receipt for my mobile drive-thru order, I noticed that it was marked as placed correctly. Despite waiting for an hour, the staff eventually provided extra fries after I mentioned the long wait. However, they failed to include my drink and McChicken, leaving me dissatisfied after such a long wait. The woman in a grey shirt with long nails who instructed me to wait at Reserved drive-thru spot 1, possibly a manager, appeared unprofessional. I used a mirror to monitor the entrance and noticed her observing me halfway through my wait. I attempted to call them after 50 minutes, but received no response. Eventually, the person delivering orders photographed my incomplete order and returned indoors. The woman who directed me to park also briefly held my phone and browsed through it. Upon checking, the order was confirmed to be placed at 6:10, the bank notified me of the transaction, and I am dismayed by the continued evidence of this unsatisfactory experience.

I visited the McDonald's in Shepherd, MI on Thursday, November 18, [redacted]. I bought an unsweetened iced tea from the self-serve container in the lobby. After taking it home, about 20 miles away, I had my wife taste it, and she immediately noticed it wasn't fresh, tasting like it had been sitting for a while, possibly overnight. I was disappointed with the flavor. I still have the tea in the original container in the fridge. I attempted to contact the McDonald's for over an hour, but the line was consistently busy. I hope for a refund and perhaps a couple of free iced teas for the inconvenience. Thank you for your attention. Please update me on the resolution of this matter promptly. Dennis

I'm a huge fan of the McRib and eagerly wait for it every year to enjoy several servings. However, my recent experiences have been disappointing. Over the weekend, I made two separate stops and ordered a total of three McRibs. Unfortunately, two of them were missing the signature sauce. The first night, one out of the two sandwiches was dry without any sauce. The following night, the McRib not only lacked sauce but also seemed old, overcooked, and unappetizing. Despite being a loyal customer and understanding the challenges businesses face during these times, it was disheartening to receive subpar products for the price paid. To make matters worse, my orders were incomplete with missing napkins and sauces. I urge the restaurant to ensure accuracy in orders and provide quality service, especially considering the premium price of the McRib.

I have encountered multiple issues at the establishment located at [redacted] S 76th Street, Greenfield, WI, [redacted]. During my recent visit, I ordered a meal, a happy meal, and a large iced caramel macchiato. Upon reaching the pickup window, I was notified that there would be a 1 to 2 minute delay for the macchiato due to cleaning. Despite being told this, I waited for over 10 minutes, causing the other food to get cold as I was in a hurry to return to work. After calling the store to request a refund since I needed to leave, the staff member who answered was disrespectful using inappropriate language. I then spoke to the manager, who seemed unaware of the incident. Feeling both frustrated and disrespected, I am now looking to escalate this matter to the district manager for a thorough review.

I had a frustrating experience ordering food where the order was consistently mixed up by the staff. Despite trying to correct it, the situation worsened. Upon receiving my order at the window, I noticed key items were missing; specifically, the sauces I paid for were absent. I was supposed to get 1 BBQ sauce and 3 ranch sauces, but none were included. After calling the store to address the issue, I was instructed to come back for the sauces. Unfortunately, by the time I retrieve them, my food will likely be cold.

I had a disappointing experience at one of your branches yesterday. Out of four orders, only one was surveyed, and the rest were not conducted properly. The service was lackluster, and I felt harassed, especially by workers named Z. and F. Their overconfidence was off-putting. Instead of acknowledging the issue with my purchase, Z. mentioned a refund. Their behavior led to a heated exchange, with claims that their machine was not calibrated, raising questions about why my order was accepted if that was the case. The whole situation left me shocked and frustrated. Despite the intervention of the shift manager, I was still upset. I have a video of the incident and may share it on social media to highlight the poor service I received at McDonald's Gujranwala. I recently visited the McDonald's drive-thru on Frankstown Road in Penn Hills, PA. Upon arriving at the intercom, I requested a moment to decide. However, within a short time, an employee began expressing impatience, including some inappropriate language. Whether it was the first window employee or someone else with a headset, the interaction was disappointing. My intention in sharing this feedback is to prevent similar incidents in the future, not to see anyone lose their job. I just hope for better customer service moving forward.

I visited the store on 53 in Popper Bluff, Missouri at 11:18 AM. I placed a mobile order for a fish fillet with extra tartar sauce using a McDonald’s deal, and the total came out to 22 cents. When I tried to place another order at the window, they wouldn't allow it. I paid for the meal through the app but was not given a receipt when I requested it. The staff member seemed to ignore my request. After leaving, I checked my bank account and noticed I was charged 5.06, the regular price for a fish fillet with no extra tartar sauce. Despite asking for a refund, they only offered to refund the 22 cents.

In November, I was accused of sexual harassment at Pageland McDonald's. While under investigation, they terminated my employment for allegedly making threats, even though I never received any details about the allegations. I believe I am innocent, and I lost my job and even my house due to this ordeal. I am seeking compensation for the time I was out of work during the investigation, reinstatement of my job, and some form of restitution. I was not given a fair chance to defend myself, and I suspect that a manager named Shakeda Dunlap influenced the person who made the false accusations against me.

I had a negative experience at the McDonald's located at [redacted] Santa Monica Blvd. Around 10:15 am, I ordered a breakfast sandwich with undercooked bacon. After requesting properly cooked bacon, I waited for about 5 minutes until the manager approached. The manager then refunded me, but gave me the incorrect change and informed me that they were no longer serving breakfast. When I addressed the incorrect change, the manager responded rudely, snatching the money back. After waiting another 5 minutes, the manager returned, insulting me and instructing me never to return. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on McDonald's hiring practices and customer service training. It would be appreciated if someone could address this issue promptly. I purchased three filet fish sandwiches, and unfortunately, each one was rubbery as if they were left out for too long. Even though I love the sandwich, I heard that it might sit out because it's not as popular. I was hoping for a fresh and crispy fish, but instead, I received a rubbery mess that left me feeling disappointed. The chewy texture was unpleasant, making me reluctant to eat it. I would hate for this negative experience to deter me from enjoying it in the future.

I've been trying to resolve my refund from Uber Eats. My local McDonald's says it is Uber I need to contact, but Uber denies responsibility. The receipt mentions Uber Eats, adding to the confusion from missing items in my $31 order. Despite McDonald's assistance, Uber's support is lacking. I'm lost on where to turn for help.
