I wanted to provide an update. It is now August 15th and I have only received automated responses and notifications to view something that I cannot access. I am disappointed by the company's handling of customer queries. I faced issues receiving an SMS verification through the system. Despite several attempts with email support, the problem remains unresolved. Frustrated, I requested my Twitter account to be deleted on Friday and reinstated it yesterday. My intention was not to delete my account but to resolve this matter swiftly.

I was disappointed with the premium service I paid for. I felt like I was continuously being charged extra for boosts and other features, such as liking highlights. It was frustrating that I had to pay to interact with men who had let their subscriptions lapse. Additionally, when I wanted to attend an event at the Dunhill Hotel in Charlotte, NC, I found it was sold out. It's disheartening that there was only one event available, and it was already full. Paying extra on top of a premium service feels like unnecessary barriers. I am considering going back to using Facebook singles since the value was not any better. It's frustrating that there's no direct human support available, forcing users to troubleshoot independently on the website. I feel disappointed in the service quality given the fees paid. I am concerned about the recent search results on Match.com. When I search with a broad age range like 25-45 within 75 miles, I only receive a very limited number of profiles, sometimes just 6 or 9. It seems unlikely that there are so few potential matches in my area. Additionally, I would like to know if there is a way to search for profiles based on specific racial or ethnic groups. I signed up for a special promotion on match.com for £4.99 on Aug 14, [redacted], assuming it was for a month's subscription. However, on Aug 21, I was charged an extra £39.99. I have been a respectful user of Tinder for years, only to my surprise be handed a lifetime ban abruptly without any explanation. Despite my efforts to seek clarification through several emails, I have been met with silence. The most frustrating part is that I haven't been provided with an opportunity to rectify the situation or grasp what actions led to this ban. To compound the issue, as Tinder falls under the umbrella of Match Group, any ban on one platform extends to all others. This has resulted in me being banned from Hinge as well, abruptly cutting off promising conversations with potential matches.

On Sunday, I upgraded my account to premium status, paid the charge, and selected Boost me, but I was promptly locked out of my account. On Monday, I received a notification that my issue would be escalated to another department. The subsequent department expressed doubts about my authenticity through various questions, which I promptly answered. However, since then, there has been no progress. I have contacted Customer Service twice, only to receive no response, leading to a repetitive loop. I kindly request the restoration of my account login or a full refund of my payment. Thank you.

I recently canceled my subscription at the end of August, which was supposed to end on the 5th of September. However, on the 2nd of September, another 3-month subscription was charged, which I did not authorize. Despite being unable to locate my account previously, I have a profile and have made Boost purchases. I am puzzled by the lack of recognition. I am seeking a refund of €33.92 for the unauthorized charge. I have canceled my account for the second time on the 2nd of September.

I am facing significant difficulties in restoring my account due to a bank chargeback resulting in a double refund. I am eager to rectify this by repaying the erroneous refund and regaining access to my account. Unfortunately, the support team seems to be stuck on the account blockage issue and is not assisting me in resolving it despite my efforts to repay the extra funds. The email correspondence I receive seems to be going in circles: Email #1 asks for my problem, Email #2 acknowledges my explanation and desire to restore the account, then claims the account is blocked due to the bank's chargeback, and it loops back to Email #1. This ongoing issue has persisted for over a year now.

I connected with someone named MerryTaal from New York on 10/13 evening. He removed his profile on the dating site soon after due to being happy meeting me and even shared a copy of his internal passport as proof of his identity. When requested, he provided a current photo that matched the passport but not his profile pictures. He mentioned receiving an email from the site labeling my profile as a scam.
