On June 30th, [redacted], I attempted to cancel my subscription before its renewal date on July 1st, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the cancellation did not process correctly, and on July 2nd, [redacted], I noticed that my subscription had auto-renewed at the full price of $85.48. Had I intended to renew, I would have taken advantage of the offer for $49.99 or a similar discounted rate that I recall seeing when I believed I had successfully canceled.
I am a resident of California, where the law grants me the right to cancel within three days and receive a full refund. Please proceed with canceling my subscription and issuing a refund of $85.48. Thank you.

I am having issues logging into Match.com. I signed up in August [redacted], but never contacted anyone or logged in again, yet my subscription fees have been regularly deducted from my bank account. Today, when I tried to log in, it said there was a problem with my account. It seems unfair considering the payments have been consistently processed, even though I haven't used the service.

I requested a refund of $[redacted] on my Match Time account. After speaking with several individuals with foreign accents, they persuaded me to purchase $[redacted] worth of Target gift cards, promising a reimbursement of $[redacted] along with my initial $[redacted]. The situation escalated, leading me to buy two more Target cards for $[redacted] each. However, as they kept changing their instructions and I followed them repeatedly, I have now acquired 14 Target cards without receiving any refunds. Feeling skeptical and frustrated, I am reaching out for urgent assistance. I intend to contact the Attorney General in Arizona regarding this matter. It has been a bewildering experience. I noticed that my Match.com date's profile showed he was active recently, despite him denying it. He claims it's a mistake, but the profile displayed a green dot and the message said he was active an hour ago. Could this be a system error or does it confirm he was indeed online?

I am requesting a refund of $50 because this is my fourth call with no satisfaction.
I have been attempting to contact someone for four days about an incorrect telephone number. Despite paying to communicate, I am unable to verify anything due to my number being incorrect in your system. It was supposed to be corrected last Friday but has not been resolved. If I do not receive a prompt response and a refund today, I will escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau.

I am requesting a refund from rejoining yesterday due to my dissatisfaction with the site. After intentionally letting my subscription run out following six months of use, a phony chat request was posted on my profile, which led me to rejoin thinking it was from someone new. However, it turned out to be my own chat request to a person I had interacted with before. This misleading tactic is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed. I demand a refund today and wish to be removed entirely from your site. resorting to such tactics is shameful and reflects poorly on your business ethics.

Hello, I am experiencing some issues logging into Match.com.uk. I was able to access the site last night, but now I am unable to log in. This has happened to me three times before, leading me to create new accounts each time, which is frustrating. I am dissatisfied with this app as I'm not receiving any local matches. The suggestions are not what I expected; I prefer seeing people of color over white guys with beards. I am unable to log into my Match account. Despite changing my password, the gear icon to access the account management page is missing. I entered my phone number for verification but did not receive the code after several attempts. I have been locked out of my Match account for four days despite having an active subscription. I am seeking assistance regarding my Match.com account created on the 26th. I encountered issues with double billing for a monthly subscription - one payment for £24.99 and another for £6.99. Following one day of use, I could not log in as the system claimed incorrect credentials despite my confidence in their accuracy. To test if my account was deleted, I attempted to create a new one with the same email and password, which was successful, although it should not have been if my original account was active. Although I did not provide any details for the new account, I discovered that my friend could still view my original profile, complete with photos. Match.com's response was unhelpful, providing instructions on how to unsubscribe instead of addressing my account access issue or refund request due to the restricted one-day usage. I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding my preference to only meet people from New Orleans, but I have not received any assistance. It seems impossible for me to date someone outside of Louisiana. The last message I sent was left unanswered. I have clicked on the Match feature several times, but there are no matches. I cannot search, no one has viewed my profile, and there is no one available to chat. I feel that I am not receiving value for the upfront payment I made since joining on July 1st. I have not made any connections on the site. I am formally requesting a prorated refund of the amount I paid for the service.

I received a 50% discount offer to upgrade to premium membership, but I was unable to proceed due to verification issues. Despite this, I received another offer for a 25% discount by 8/3/23. I am eager to pay and become a premium member, but I am encountering the same verification problem.
