Yesterday, while browsing a gentleman's page, I accidentally lost the page and now see someone else's face on it. Is there a way for me to find the initial man's site again? On a different note, I've been experiencing difficulties accessing match.com since last night. Every time I try to visit the site, I get the error message: "This site can’t be reached. Check if there is a typo in www.match.com. If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN."

This has led to unwanted messages being sent to my email and people contacting me via Facebook due to my presence on the site. I'm struggling to log back into my Match.com account. I managed to resolve the email/password problem, but now I'm stuck at the "verify account" stage. After entering my cell phone number, it's saying it can't be verified and advises me to reach out to customer service. I've been in contact with customer service via multiple emails, and they even passed my case up for further review. Despite providing the information they requested, I haven't received any updates.

I need assistance with canceling my subscription to Match and Affinity. I am not prepared to have my information online currently, as I was unaware I was signing up for Affinity. My daughter convinced me to subscribe, but it's not the right time. I unintentionally agreed to some questions on Affinity, and now there are two pending transactions on my account. Hello, I seem to have lost access to searching and discovering new singles on the Match app. I have already tried logging out and back in, but the issue remains. This problem just started today, Wednesday 10/05/[redacted]. I have an active subscription, and my next payment is on the 31st of May, so my account is current. I had a terrible experience with Match. All the female profiles seem to be fake scammers. This situation is alarming because one of these accounts got access to some of my sensitive information. I'm forced to change banks and update my details for security reasons. When I attempted to cancel my subscription, I encountered issues resetting my password as the system wouldn't accept the numbers provided. The technical support was no help at all. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to reset my password, I received no email with the necessary information. This has been a frustrating and time-consuming process. I am beyond frustrated and demand a refund for the wasted time and stress caused by this situation. I'm apprehensive about continuing to use Match due to these security concerns.

I have encountered issues with this site for a month now. Despite claiming to have a contact number, there is no way to speak to a customer service representative. After multiple attempts via chat which wasted two hours of my work time last week, my problem remains unresolved. I am unable to mediate, images are not visible, and messages cannot be sent. Is the site undergoing maintenance or changes without informing users? I am frustrated trying to help save money, only to potentially cost others their jobs due to unresolved issues. The site's response is unsatisfactory and unethical. My profile is incorrect, and I am unable to edit it. I believed there was an editing feature available. I have attempted to reset my password several times today, encountering an error message each time. It instructs me to contact [redacted] However, I have reached out to them only to receive the same rapid response stating there is no block on my account, prompting me to reset my password once more. The helpline at 1-[redacted] has not been helpful, simply directing me to change my password again. When trying to reset the password on my phone, I face further issues as it states my account is blocked. This loop has become frustrating. Can someone assist in breaking this cycle?

I have recently realized that I am being charged $30 monthly on both my debit and checking account. I am unemployed and unable to cover these expenses. I only just found out about these charges and have not used Match in a year. Furthermore, I have forgotten my username and password, preventing me from canceling the subscription. The app was incredibly unreliable for me. Every time I tried to log in, it would time out and not let me access it. Despite receiving emails about likes, whenever I tried to view a profile, it would say "profile not available." Even with a premium subscription, the service was extremely disappointing. It seemed to be run by a bot that just matched people based on keywords, rather than genuine compatibility. I reached out about these issues, but never received a response until I was already too frustrated and decided to delete my account. This experience left me feeling like my money was taken without any real service provided.

I'm having trouble viewing matches on the app even though I have premium access until mid-July. This issue started when I experienced Wi-Fi problems. The app was completely blacked out, and I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Although it recognizes my premium membership, I can't see any members. I'm desperate for a solution. I've had a concerning experience with Jan on TalkMatch. An individual who is not a member of the site, pretending to be working with Jan, contacted me inappropriately. They used terms like "Honey" and ended their message with "Hugs." I asked for their identity and background, but they provided false information, including their name.
When I tried to view Jan's profile, it showed as unavailable. The initial email was sent from [redacted] on May 29, [redacted], at 7:23 PM. It's evident they were attempting to scam me. Please remove Jan from Match, ensuring my identity remains confidential.

When attempting to log in, I am asked to verify my identity by entering my phone number [redacted]. After providing the number, I am informed that a security code will be sent to my phone for access. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive the code as an alert states that my phone number could not be verified, resulting in no access to the account. I am requesting a refund to start over with match.com. Thank you.

I have been deceived by the same individual (covert narcissist) repeatedly for about a year and have reported it. They use various photos and aliases. I have experienced two mediocre dates where I paid for my meal, and the individual turned out to be much older! Several men claim to be divorced on this platform but later admit they are only separated once communication starts, which is frustrating. I kindly request assistance in deleting all my information and cancelling my subscription. Thank you, Robin.

I terminated my subscription on match.com six months ago because I did not wish to continue. However, they renewed it for another six months yesterday, despite my previous cancellation. They claimed I cancelled on my phone when I actually did it online. I have now canceled my subscription online again and ensured no more payments are made from my PayPal account.
There is no option to contact customer service directly, which is frustrating. Dealing with this situation is causing unnecessary stress, especially since I am battling terminal cancer. I cannot afford to lose money due to Match's errors.

I have been trying to reach your customer service [redacted] number for hours. I have also tried emailing customer care at the support. match.com address, but I find it very complicated to get a response from you guys. This has been frustrating as I have been on hold for 45 minutes now.
I attempted to use the chat feature, but they are asking for money to chat with a Live Chat Agent. I have already spent over $[redacted] to become a member, yet all I get are repeated voicemails and no real help.
