There aren't many new profiles in my age group. Please increase male advertising. I want to cancel my subscription at the expiration date without renewal. I joined on April 2nd for a higher fee, but canceling redirects me to the iTunes store. I didn't sign up via the iTunes app, hence this message. If auto-renewal occurs, I'll dispute the charge. In January, I detected an unexpected charge for a premium membership via PayPal which I believed was already covered for the month. I joined hoping to meet gentlemen for companionship but found the few I encountered unsuitable, which is not Match's fault. The card charged was not the one I authorized, and I did not wish to renew. Despite requesting a refund, I was charged again in February and March. In February, I noticed my account marked as "none important" without explanation. The quality of matches declined, ultimately leading to encountering profiles that did not align with my values. Now, I am locked out of my account due to repeated issues with accessing verification codes. I feel ignored and frustrated as my concerns remain unaddressed by Match's support team. I am looking to address the issues I've encountered with Match. Please reimburse the payments I made last year that were authorized, as well as the unauthorized charges from my card in [redacted]. I am requesting a $[redacted] inconvenience fee for each instance my account was inexplicably locked, and a $[redacted] fee for every overlooked email regarding technical difficulties. Kindly return all the pictures I uploaded on the platform as they belong to me. I am seeking a $[redacted] settlement for the overall frustration caused. I am extremely frustrated and contemplating taking Match to court due to the countless hours wasted on this issue. I purchased a six-month subscription, but I couldn't access my account on the app or website. Dealing with your customer service has been the worst experience. I tried every possible way to reach out to you, but it has been a complete waste of time. I was eagerly looking forward to using Match and even spent additional money to contact your US number, only to end up more frustrated. As a couples therapist, I regret to say that I will no longer recommend Match to anyone. I will ensure that all my colleagues, from journalists to anchors, are aware of the poor website and customer service. This situation feels like a scam.

Hello, this is Charles Reiche. I noticed a charge of $[redacted].94 on my account that was made without my authorization on March 22nd. I kindly request an immediate refund to my credit card. If I don't receive a response by Monday, April 3rd, I will have to contact my credit card company to take further action against this unauthorized charge. It clearly states in my account settings that I should be contacted before any charges are applied. I expect a prompt resolution and a full refund. Thank you.

I was charged $56.58 on 3/27/23 for the first installment out of 4. Despite cancelling my auto-renewal and deactivating my account months ago, my card was still charged. Today, when trying to cancel my membership online, I realized that cancelling the subscription did not stop the next 3 installments. I deactivated my account and cancelled auto-renewal in good faith, but my card was still charged. Now, despite cancelling my membership, Match is set to continue charging me for services I no longer use. It's frustrating not being able to speak to a live person to resolve this.

I recently purchased a one-month subscription on Match to chat with someone who reached out to me via email. After subscribing and contacting the person, they were swiftly removed from Match due to suspicions of fraudulent activity. I received an email from Match this morning, explaining the situation. Consequently, I am requesting a refund for the subscription as I would not have made the purchase if not for this individual's contact. This experience has made me realize I am not currently interested in using Match and was not prepared to invest in a service that led to a dead-end encounter.

Match.com has been a disappointing experience for me. Their customer service is non-existent, and I have not been able to speak to a representative despite my multiple attempts. Today, I was matched with male candidates even though I am a male looking for a female partner, which is frustrating. The site seems fraudulent as I have not received the support I need. I am seeking a refund for my money and intend to report Match.com's practices to the BBB and appropriate authorities.

Whenever I attempt to use the free trial and log in, it always requests text verification. Unfortunately, I am unable to receive texts on my hacked phone. This security measure is making it impossible for me to access the site since I cannot receive calls or texts, even from the [redacted] number on my account. It feels like the security features meant to protect are actually isolating me further due to the compromised phone.

I have been using Match.com on and off for many years, even less than a year ago. In the past, there was a chargeback issue that got resolved. However, I have recently discovered that I am banned from Hinge, Bumble, and Tinder. Dating sites are essential for me to meet new people, and this ban has significantly impacted my life. Despite having multiple email accounts, I continue to face this problem. I have attempted to use different email accounts to resolve this, but without success. This month, your organization has charged my PayPal account GBP £19.99, which I approved of. There were two subsequent charges of £39.99 each, which I did not authorize. I have been unable to get a clear response from your team. Please cancel all my accounts effective the end of April [redacted]. Please confirm receipt of this message via email.
I have also opened a case with PayPal regarding this matter. If my request is not fulfilled, I will have to leave negative feedback online, which I prefer to avoid.
I would appreciate it if you could cancel my account(s) and cease any further charges. I am disheartened by this situation as I had hoped for a positive experience with your services, which unfortunately does not seem to be the case.

I am having trouble deleting my profile because I'm set up for auto-pay. When I attempt to access my subscription, it asks for my email address and password, but I don't have the password, only the email address. I tried to trigger an email, but I never received it. Can you remove me from auto-pay so that I can delete my profile successfully? Kindly do this promptly. Just to summarize, please disable the auto-pay feature.

I initiated a text chat with Match to reset my compromised password. However, I did not receive the email link as promised. When I brought this up to Pearl Wilson, she directed me to a page requesting my credit card information under the pretense of a $1.00 charge. Unfortunately, upon submitting my details, they tried to bill me $46.00 instead. Presently, I am unable to access my account, and assistance is contingent on an additional $46.00 fee on top of my membership.
