After three attempts, I finally scheduled an appointment to renew my driver's license on December 15th, just before it was due to expire on December 28th, my birthday. I completed the online application and paid $25 for the new Real ID. Following a wait, I received a temporary paper license. However, upon receiving my actual license on December 28th, I realized it was only valid from December 15th, [redacted], to December 28th, [redacted], for a total of 13 days. This short validity period is causing issues as I'm unable to fill certain prescriptions with an expired license. After enduring a more than 2-hour wait time, I contacted customer service, where I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $25 as the fee was actually $50. I promptly made the payment. I requested documentation to show law enforcement and pharmacies that my license was valid, but was advised that the RMV would email me confirmation and that police could verify my information in their database. Despite this, I have yet to receive the new license in the mail, and the lengthy wait times on the phone have been incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, this issue cannot be resolved online, adding to my frustration.

I relocated from MA to Pennsylvania in August [redacted] and attempted to transfer my Real ID MA license to PA, but encountered issues due to a discrepancy in my middle initial on my social security card compared to my birth certificate. After finally gathering the necessary documentation for a PA license, I have unfortunately lost my MA license. I need to get my Real ID driver's license. I was born in Lowell, Massachusetts and have my birth certificate as proof, but my first name has a small mistake, making it unusable. I have my marriage certificate with my maiden name, which I kept even after marriage, not changing it at the social security administration. My maiden name matches all my other documents. However, my marriage certificate has a line for a "Surname After Marriage," where I added a hyphenated name I never officially adopted. Can I still use my marriage certificate as proof? I wish to speak with a person as typing can sometimes lead to misunderstandings.

I relocated out of state in November [redacted] and canceled my insurance as advised by the insurance company to destroy the plates, presuming they would notify the RMV. However, it appears no cancellation notice was sent. I was informed that my registration was revoked, leading me to believe it was canceled, hence why I discarded my plates. Today, my son had a road test scheduled for 11 AM, so we arrived at 10:05 to ensure we had plenty of time. To our surprise, we were met with an issue regarding the car's registration, which was renewed online but the updated documents had not arrived in the mail yet. Although we had a screenshot of the renewal and the physical copy had been delivered to the mailbox that day, the examiner was adamant about not accepting it. Throughout the encounter, he behaved dismissively and even made concerning remarks about my son's appearance and the absence of a woman accompanying him. This treatment was unacceptable and marred the entire experience. I kindly request for the charges to be waived and for his behavior to be addressed promptly.

I purchased a Tesla Model Y in December [redacted]. In January [redacted], Tesla reduced the price by $10,[redacted], causing my new Tesla to depreciate in value. I have been attempting to update my email address for more than a week now. Despite the website stating the process should take 24 to 48 hours, I have not received any notification yet. In March [redacted], I received a ticket that caused a red flag alert, despite never having received a parking ticket in over 19 years. After two years of correspondence, I was reimbursed $70.00 by the town of Springfield in [redacted]. However, I had to pay the ticket because my registration was due in May [redacted]. Along with the payment, I was charged a $39.99 red flag fee, which I paid to obtain my new registration. Now that I have been reimbursed for the ticket, which was received after 19 years, I believe the red flag should be removed from my record. I also think I should be refunded by the RMV for the $39.99 red flag fee. I am looking for an address where I can send all my correspondence regarding this matter.

I am in the process of applying for my Class D Passenger Permit. The documents needed for proof of residency include the following: School Transcript (current year) for 1st Proof of Residency Requirement Certified School Record (current year) for 2nd Proof of Residency Requirement I live in Massachusetts but attend school in Connecticut. I am unsure if I can use my school transcript and record from CT as proof of residency, or if it needs to be from Massachusetts. Can someone clarify this for me?

I have been living in Florida since [redacted]. I changed my license here a long time ago, but now when trying to renew it, MA Motor Vehicles states it's suspended because old car registrations are still active, even though I no longer have those cars. I am looking to obtain a title release for my car to sell it to a family member. On your website, it indicates there is a lien on the vehicle. I'm in the process of re-registering my car. After moving here recently, I registered my vehicle in Massachusetts within the last 12-18 months while still holding onto my California driver's license. However, when following the instructions on the website, it stated that my personal information could not be validated. I'm currently attempting to re-register my vehicle. After moving here recently, I registered my car in Massachusetts within the past 12-18 months. I'm in possession of a California driver's license. While following the guidelines on their website, I encountered issues with the validation of my personal information. I am in need of speaking to someone regarding the process to title and register a car that belonged to my deceased brother. Despite trying for months to gather information, I have had no success in reaching a live person at the registry.
