I am trying to access and pay my Annual [redacted] Service Invoice. Despite receiving a no-reply email prompting me to click "TO VIEW and PAY THE BILL," it redirected me to the New! Rapid Review and Login webpage. Upon logging in, I only saw my Account Details with no information on viewing or paying the [redacted] Service Bill.
I attempted to contact MagicJack at [redacted], but the person I spoke with had difficulty understanding me and was unable to assist.

My MagicJack is only producing static noise. I have attempted all the recommended fixes, but the issue persists when making or receiving calls. Recently, it was renewed for another year. I am hoping to inquire about the possibility of receiving a refund for the remaining balance to put towards a new unit that includes a year of service. I need to update my Wave account number for my port request in order to retain my current phone number with HACKMAN MAGIC JACK. I contacted Wave to reactivate my phone service and submitted a new port request. However, I got an email from Magic Jack stating that the Wave account number was wrong. I am unsure how to edit or input the correct Wave account number for the port request.

I recently purchased my third Magic Jack and hoped to transfer our family number which we've had for nearly 70 years. Despite it being disconnected and not in my name for over a year, I was denied. I had the service reactivated at [redacted] Clarkson Drive, Marlin, Texas. The number is [redacted]. I was charged the standard fee, but there may be an option for a refund.

I renewed my subscription in November [redacted]. Despite renewing, I continued to receive an annoying message prompting me to renew. I contacted your company, and a representative explained that my Canadian phone number needed to be renewed, which I did immediately. The representative assured me that after the renewal, the message would cease post my renewal date. However, the message persists even after the renewal, leading me to pay again in an attempt to stop it, which has been ineffective. Additionally, I am experiencing issues making calls as I only receive a busy signal. I request a refund for the extra payment made, restoration of full service on my line, and resolution to the ongoing annoyance of the recurring message.

I have been facing issues with my phone service since March or April. I was informed that the problem might be with my jack, so I ordered a replacement that never arrived. My calls keep dropping, and both me and the person I am talking to can only hear every other word. This has been ongoing for too long. I want the problem resolved without just receiving an email. I have paid for service until October, but magicJack has not fixed the issues yet.

We are experiencing difficulty with our Magic Jack as we are not receiving a dial tone and keep getting Error [redacted]. We have followed the troubleshooting steps provided, but they have not resolved the issue. About four weeks ago, we had a conversation with a Magic Jack representative who was able to reestablish the connection on their end. Unfortunately, we are facing the same problem again today despite reaching out to live chat for assistance, which was not successful. We have not been able to connect with anyone over the phone to discuss this matter further.

We are experiencing a lack of dial tone on our Magic Jack device, with an error message [redacted] displayed. We followed troubleshooting steps by powering off the modem/router and restarting the Magic Jack, but the issue persists. Despite seeking assistance through Live chat, we did not receive effective solutions. Previously, a similar problem occurred a month ago, and after contacting a representative, they made adjustments on Magic Jack's end to fix it. Presently, we are encountering the same issue and unable to reach a live person for support via phone.

I am experiencing difficulties connecting my MagicJack (MJ) device to my Google Wifi Mesh router. Despite trying different setups, including connecting the MJ to the USB laptop, I am unable to receive incoming calls. The original MJ device had been working flawlessly for years but suddenly stopped working, even with the help of a technician. I have tried bypassing the Google Wifi Mesh and connecting the MJ directly to the modem without success. I suspect there might be an issue with the MJ device itself since I have multiple subscriptions with only one experiencing problems. I have tried various ways to contact magicJack regarding changing my phone number. Despite having my number on the "Do Not Call" list for a decade, most calls I receive are spam, making it frustrating to use the service. I use magicJack through my computer, and although saved contacts display names, the majority of calls are from unknown numbers.
Reaching a real person at magicJack has been futile as calls end abruptly after navigating menus and waiting on hold. After being a customer for over 10 years, the lack of satisfactory customer service is disappointing. The device has been reliable and cost-effective, but the company's inability to address a simple query makes me consider cancelling my service altogether.

I have followed all the steps MagicJack recommended in their response. The module connected to my router shows power with a blue indicator, but the Ethernet LEDs do not light up. I have tested the cable by connecting my computer to the router, which works fine. I also tried a second cable with the same result, indicating the issue is with the MagicJack module. As senior citizens, our phone is crucial for medical communication, and we've been without it for days. We urgently need a replacement MagicJack module to restore our phone service. Last month, I encountered three incidents where I could not receive calls on my MG phone, even though I could make calls. Rebooting the router fixed the issue in the past, but recently this did not work. Tech Support chat helped me reset the MG, and eventually, the phone started working again. I purchased a Magic Jack Home device on December 21, [redacted], through Amazon, but when I tried to register it, I found out that the previous owner did not cancel the registration. I have received numerous voice mail emails from Magicjack this week, but I am wary of their authenticity. I contacted Magicjack, and they confirmed that the emails are not from them. The messages instruct me to download an attachment or use an Android app called Remote Wave to listen to the voicemail, but I am concerned it might be spam. I am sharing this to raise awareness and hopefully get Magicjack to address this issue. The message includes details like the sender's phone number and the time the voicemail was received.
