My driver was so far away from my location that I had to cancel, and my kids had to walk to school. I didn't realize my old number was linked to my account, so I couldn't contact the driver. This experience with Lyft has left me very unsatisfied, especially because I am still being charged for the ride.

I recently found out that someone made a fraudulent purchase with my credit card for a food delivery on 11-13-[redacted]. When I called the number provided, [redacted], I was given a four-digit number, [redacted], and told that it would help identify the order details. Hello, I'm Rhonda Shelton. I'm reaching out to address a dispute I filed with my bank which was denied. It seems the money for a $30 purchase remains on hold due to Lip. Additionally, a $7 purchase was made without my consent on my credit card. I tried to use Lift to get to KFC, but the driver never arrived despite waiting. I had to call Lift again for a ride which cost $7.58, and now there's a $30 charge on my card. Can someone kindly contact me at [redacted] to assist with this matter? Thank you.

I have important information to share about a person named Daniel Tracey, who is a registered sex offender currently employed by your company in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. I am urging you to take this matter seriously for the safety of females in the area and to prevent any potential issues for your company. Please conduct a background check on Mr. Tracey to verify this information. I strongly suggest implementing Cori checks for all employees to ensure the safety of your company and the women who utilize his services. This is a serious matter that should not be taken lightly. Your prompt attention to this issue is crucial. Thank you for addressing this concern while keeping my identity confidential.

My ride with the driver ended up being much longer and more expensive than expected. The Lyft app seemed to take us on a city tour, as what should have been a 30-35 minute trip turned into 45-50 minutes. It baffles me why the driver was directed 20 blocks south just to go 80 blocks north. The route chosen had a lot of construction, while there were two other alternative routes to reach my destination without any problems. This situation is frustrating! I would appreciate guidance on how to address the increased cost and make up for lost business caused by arriving late.

I am incredibly frustrated with Lyft. Once again, I have been wrongly charged for a ride I never took. After ordering a ride, the estimated time kept increasing. I attempted to contact the driver with no success. Subsequently, I canceled the ride, expecting the pending charge on my card to disappear, but it never did. When I tried to dispute the charge on the app, I was notified of a message but unable to view it. I use Uber and Lyft regularly, but I find myself relying more on Uber due to recurring issues like this with Lyft. The inability to reach anyone for assistance further compounds the problem. My Lyft account is linked to the email [redacted]

Hello,
I am Maria Huambo and my phone number is [redacted]. I rely on Lyft for transportation twice a day, but today's ride was my worst experience yet. On 12/4/19 at 4:45 PM, on my way home from work, I had a ride with a driver named Amin. The ride cost $54 and lasted over an hour. I have a cold and was feeling unwell, causing me to fall asleep during the trip. When I dozed off, the driver woke me up abruptly by flashing the lights inside and yelling if I was okay due to my coughing and congestion. Despite explaining my condition and trying my best to stay awake, I fell asleep again and was rudely awakened once more. Feeling embarrassed, I apologized, but the driver's behavior continued. When we arrived at my destination, I apologized again, but the driver left quickly without a word, leaving me feeling humiliated and upset. I would appreciate a refund for this unpleasant experience to avoid switching to Uber.

I have been attempting to turn off my app for 1 hour now, but it keeps showing an error message stating it's having trouble connecting to the server. I had to decline numerous rides because I needed to disconnect, but the app is not allowing me to do so. Could you please contact me at [redacted] so I can successfully turn off the app? I am concerned that these declined rides may impact my ability to receive more ride requests and affect my overall ride status. The issue seems to be with the app itself as it continues to send me ride requests even when I am unable to accept them at that time.

On 11/30, I was picked up at 12:50 am for a scheduled pickup for $75.53. However, 11 minutes later, while my wife and I were already in the vehicle, the driver unexpectedly stopped to get gas. She canceled our fare and asked us to request the ride again, now charging us $[redacted].62 instead. I had scheduled the ride for a reason, and the driver's actions felt unjust as she manipulated the situation without our knowledge. I am not seeking a full refund but rather a reimbursement for the fare difference. I have screenshots from my Lyft app confirming the details. Despite providing evidence, Lyft has rejected my request and not acknowledged that I was picked up as per the scheduled ride, leading to this unfair situation.

I require 2-3 rides monthly in your WAVs with an electric wheelchair. I noticed they are accessible in Deer Park, IL. However, I am curious about their reliability and availability. Can I be guaranteed that a vehicle will be able to drop me off at a restaurant or a friend's home in my area, mostly in the evenings, and pick me up subsequently? I would like to know their operating hours and the approximate wait times for pick up.

On 12.5.19, I am disputing a charge labeled as 'Missed Ride' during my trip in Honolulu at 14:45. Despite waiting at the specified location with my wife for the driver, Jose, we were unable to locate him. We communicated our precise location on Keeaumoku St to him, which is in proximity to the Bank of Hawaii. Shortly after, another driver named Dakota efficiently picked us up. I am a loyal user of LYFT and have never used UBER. I am unwilling to consider UBER unless this matter is handled satisfactorily. Thank you, Doug Soderdahl. P.S. I am also disputing this charge with my Visa credit card ending in [redacted].

My name is April. I left my Galaxy S9 in a Lyft. I was picked up from Jerry's Nugget Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. I live at [redacted] W. Adams Ave. in Las Vegas, NV [redacted]. I keep calling my phone, but the female driver who took me home isn't answering. I accidentally left my phone in her back seat when trying to open the door. I need my phone back. Today, I arranged a ride for my girlfriend, and the driver was supposed to arrive by 8:26 am. However, she did not show up until 8:41 am, causing my girlfriend to be late for work. Furthermore, the driver claimed the address was in Tukwila when it was actually supposed to be in Puyallup. I had to contact the driver directly to correct the address. This experience was frustrating and not conducive for people who rely on timely transportation to get to work or other locations. I am currently upset about the situation. Please reach out to me promptly at [redacted], as the driver has still not arrived, and my girlfriend is now running 6 minutes late.

Yesterday, I was charged $2.65 unexpectedly, without receiving a notification from my bank. It happened to be the last ride of the day, and my bank has requested that I inform you about this charge. I also noticed that this last ride seemed overly expensive for just two miles, especially since the route taken had no traffic and was shorter than what was indicated on the app's GPS. Could you please look into this matter? Thank you.

It was challenging to locate a customer service phone number, leading me to decide to no longer use this company. The phone number should be prominently displayed at the top of the homepage for easier access. Companies need to make customer service more accessible for frustrated clients seeking assistance, but unfortunately, Lyft and other companies make it overly complicated. I am seeking an explanation for why none of the Lyft drivers have been able to find my apartment for over six months.

During my commute to work, the fare displayed as $19.73, but the driver increased it to $28 without explanation. I have never encountered this pricing for a trip to Amazon in Sparrow's Point. I am raising a dispute regarding this discrepancy. Originally, the ride was confirmed at $19.73. Upon questioning the driver, he responded rudely. I am requesting a complete refund for this issue.

I recently signed up and was approved to drive for Lyft. Unfortunately, the driving location displayed is incorrect. I need to change it from just Washington DC to the DMV area, which includes northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland. I am already driving for Uber and have the ability to work in the DMV area. However, I cannot begin working for Lyft until this location issue is resolved. The prompt for the city didn't allow me to input the DMV area during the sign-up process. I appreciate your help in fixing this as soon as possible, as it's frustrating to be unable to start driving. Thank you.

I am dealing with chronic back pain and I reside in Massachusetts, where I have a legal prescription for marijuana. Recently, I accidentally left my marijuana in a car ride my friend provided. When I noticed it missing, I tried to contact my friend for 30 minutes without success. I even involved the police, but my friend claimed to have made calls and suggested that a child might have taken it or he did. Regardless, the marijuana is legal, documented, and essential for my treatment. I am eager to retrieve it or receive reimbursement as I promptly took steps to address the situation and it seems someone is not being truthful.

I accidentally left my legal marijuana prescription in the backseat of a Lyft driver's car. I realized it was missing a minute after he dropped me off. I don't have the driver's number because a friend booked the ride for me. I suspect the next rider took it. It's my medicine and not cheap. The driver promised to return but never did. I need help with this situation. Thank you.
