I have encountered difficulties reaching your company, so I am addressing my concerns here. When I attempted to contact Lucky Brand through their website, I received an error message stating my email was undeliverable due to a full mailbox. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of response and service I have received from your company. I made a purchase on December 9th during a sale for Christmas gifts with free shipping, receiving order confirmation [redacted]5. Subsequently, I did not receive any further communication regarding my order. Upon checking the status, I discovered it had been canceled, despite the items being in stock at the time of purchase. After contacting a representative, I was informed there were no supervisors available and was offered a 50% discount on a future order instead. I am currently waiting for a call back within 24-72 hours. If this issue remains unresolved, I will share my negative experience on social media and various forums. This level of service is unacceptable, frustrating, and may result in me ceasing to be a loyal customer, despite my previous purchases both in-store and online. I bought a pair of jeans in Scottsdale, AZ. I tried on around six pairs at the store. The salesperson suggested a pair that I purchased along with a blouse. When I got home and tried to wear them, I realized they were not the correct cut I wanted. Despite not wearing them and having proof of purchase in my Lucky registered email, I was denied an exchange because I had taken the tags off. Even with the same salesperson confirming they remembered me, the store manager wouldn't speak to me. I find it disappointing how Lucky is treating its loyal customers. I just want to exchange the jeans or receive store credit. I've raised this issue in an online chat and have yet to receive an update on my request. Thank you for your assistance.

I ordered a pair of leather shorts on Monday, October 23 with expedited 2-day shipping (#[redacted]2). The estimated delivery date was today, Wednesday 10/25, but my package has not arrived, and the UPS tracker does not show it in transit. I am requesting a refund for the expedited shipping cost and if the shorts do not arrive by Saturday, I would like a full refund for my order.
