I signed up for the LinkedIn premium trial, and according to the agreement, I needed to cancel by June 30th to avoid a [redacted] INR charge on July 1st. Surprisingly, on June 30th at 2:00 PM, [redacted] INR was withdrawn from my bank account without warning. I did not receive any reminders from LinkedIn about the trial's end. I request an immediate refund as I am currently unemployed and found no benefits in their premium services for job seeking. The deduction occurred a day early without any notice. I haven't used any inmail credits and would like them removed. Kindly cancel my premium membership, refund my money promptly, and cease any further charges. Thank you. -R. I have been using LinkedIn for about nine years. Last Thursday, when trying to verify my email, I received a message alerting me to an unfamiliar email linked to my account. While following the steps provided, I accidentally lost access to my LinkedIn profile, which included around [redacted] connections and all my articles. Today, I dedicated my time to reconstructing my profile and reconnecting with my contacts. Just as I was finalizing my profile descriptions, I was notified that my account had been restricted for reasons unknown to me. Despite providing my passport and driver's license, I faced challenges with verification due to unclear images. Dealing with these issues has caused me frustration and wasted much of my time on LinkedIn lately. I am seeking a resolution to this problem promptly, as well as the restoration of my original account, especially since I recently upgraded to Premium. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered a restriction error on my account. The reason provided was automated searches, although I mainly use LinkedIn briefly. This situation led to a delay in my work, leaving me only 3 hours before my upcoming hospital visit. I am considering legal action, and even though a lawyer in my network is connected to LinkedIn, I may involve the Secret Service. I suspect my account may have been compromised due to unusual activity, which I couldn't have done while being in hospitals or storm shelters. I have limited technical skills and find the navigation confusing, especially with constant upgrade notifications. I am frustrated by the restrictions and the lack of support, as I am unable to access help despite following the instructions. I hope this issue gets resolved promptly to avoid further escalation.

During the free trial, I decided not to continue with the premium membership after it ended. I was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted].00 on my card. I rarely use LinkedIn and was only exploring the features momentarily. I understand being charged for a month but attempted to cancel on the same day with no success. I really need a refund as this amount is unaffordable for me, and I am worried about accruing high interest on my credit card due to the inability to pay the balance in full.

I started signing up for LinkedIn five years ago, but I never activated my account through the associated email. Now that I want to use it, I can't sign in because the email isn't linked to an account. When I try to create a new account with the same email, it says it's already in use. I made a new email, but I can't use the same phone number for the new account as it's linked to the old one. I believe it's best to access my old account instead of creating a new one.

I am facing an issue on LinkedIn where I am unable to view certain people's profiles directly on the platform. For example, when I try to access a company's page and click on view members of the organization, LinkedIn hides the names of the members. This leads me to resort to Google search to find and view their profiles directly. It would be much more convenient if LinkedIn allowed me to access these profiles within the platform itself rather than having to use external search engines like Google. I find this process rather unnecessary and inconvenient.

Hello, I am writing to request a refund for the amount deducted on 3 July [redacted]. I did not receive any prior notice or reminder about the payment deduction, and my iPhone was stolen, preventing me from canceling the trial membership through Apple Pay or Linkedin. I have attached the invoice retrieved from my Linkedin purchase history for reference. This whole situation took me by surprise, leading me to promptly cancel the membership without hesitation. I kindly ask for the refund as my account is solely for personal use, and I have already received numerous messages from Linkedin regarding this matter. There are no business-related interests associated with my Linkedin account. I hope for a prompt resolution.

Hello, I am seeking a refund for my LinkedIn premium subscription. I had a free trial that I cancelled on Wednesday, June 27th. I checked my internet history to confirm this and also received the following message: "We hope you enjoyed LinkedIn Premium! Your subscription has been successfully cancelled." "You will no longer be billed for Premium Career. You will continue to have access to your Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle: July 30, [redacted]." Today, I reviewed my card details and noticed a charge on Monday, July 2nd for the premium service, and I am still subscribed. I request that this issue be corrected promptly, with the current premium subscription cancelled and the fee refunded. Thank you.

I attempted to reach out for assistance with updating my email on LinkedIn and encountered a dubious situation. The initial contact requested a photo ID, which I regretfully provided, causing concern. The phone number dialed was [redacted], and the corresponding email provided was [redacted] Subsequently, I corresponded with an individual named Dexter, who requested $[redacted] to facilitate the change. Dexter can be reached at [redacted], purportedly at extension [redacted], although only option 0 is available when calling. He requested a color image of my ID and a payment of $99.99. This dubious behavior must be noted. I am eager to regain access to my account. It would be helpful to understand the correct procedure for updating my email address with LinkedIn.

I am encountering issues logging into my old LinkedIn account. Despite receiving an invitation today addressed to my email, I cannot access the account with any email I try. Upon checking my archived emails, I found that my current email has been associated with the LinkedIn account for many years. While I also have a more professional email which I thought I used, inputting it leads to the suggestion of deleting my existing account, which I want to keep, without allowing me to merge the two. I fear making a mistake and deleting the wrong account. I am seeking human assistance to guide me through resolving this step by step.

Last night, my account was restricted, and I don't understand why it happened. I wasn't violating any policies, and I find it unfair that my account was suddenly shut down without any explanation. I had spent numerous hours building relationships and connections, and now it seems like I've disappeared to them. This experience has made me hesitant to consider upgrading to premium services in the future. I was planning to use premium services after my trial ended, but if my account can be restricted without a valid reason, it's very disappointing. I have important meetings scheduled, and now I'm unsure what to do. Is there any way to expedite the process of having my account unrestricted? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I signed up for LinkedIn three days ago on Monday to coincide with the start of my internship at a prestigious firm the following day. Eager to add this experience to my profile, I attempted to connect with my university friends. Unaware of any daily limits on connection requests, I was surprised to find that my requests were not immediately accepted due to the late hour. Following a prompt to upload identification proof, I submitted images of my driving license, only to have it rejected and my account permanently restricted. I spent hours creating my profile and detailing my accomplishments. I kindly request assistance in recovering my account. Rest assured, I have learned from this experience and will not make the same error in the future.

I signed up for a Free Trial of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, only to discover an unexpected $[redacted] charge on my bank account. Despite its usefulness, I don't require Sales Navigator and can't afford the product. The charge overdrew my bank account by $[redacted], leaving me unable to pay urgent bills. Please process a refund for this transaction. The charge was made through my LinkedIn account for Clinical Biometrics, Inc. Thank you, Tim Crammer, Clinical Biometrics, Inc. email: [redacted] | [redacted] phone: [redacted].

Hello, I created my LinkedIn account a month ago and received an offer for a free one-month premium trial after a week. I accepted it, with the assurance of no charges unless I continued the premium service. Unfortunately, I wasn't notified before the trial ended, and LinkedIn charged $34.99 to my Visa. I didn't want the premium service and would like a refund due to the lack of notification. I tried contacting customer service the day the payment was made through PayPal, but they were closed until July 8th. I'm seeking assistance in obtaining a refund for the unauthorized charge. Thank you, Aadit

Subject: Concern Regarding Inappropriate Behavior on LinkedIn To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to address concerning behavior by Ludwig Schmidt, an individual who identifies as an employee of Mellanox on LinkedIn. Mr. Schmidt has been engaging in inappropriate communication with young nurses on the platform, including my daughter. This conduct is unacceptable and distressing, especially towards young women who are innocent and undeserving of such treatment. I kindly request that your Human Resources Department take immediate action to address this matter with Mr. Schmidt, given that he is a representative of Mellanox. This behavior must not be condoned or repeated towards any individual in the future. I await your response regarding the steps being taken to prevent further unwarranted contact from Mr. Schmidt. Sincerely, Kaye A.

I am seeking assistance from LinkedIn to resolve this. I am willing to provide verification to confirm my identity. My name is C. L. Saucier. I urgently need help with this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to address a concern regarding two recent deductions made from my corporate credit card account. On June 17th, a deduction was taken for an account associated with our current employee. Additionally, on May 17th, a deduction was made for an account linked to a former employee who is no longer with our company. We previously used the corporate card for these accounts, but due to tax reasons, we are unable to continue these payments. I was not informed in advance about these deductions from the corporate card. I am inquiring about the possibility of cancelling these two payments and receiving a refund, with the agreement that the account holders will then arrange for payment. Furthermore, I request assurance that the credit card details will be removed from the records linked to these accounts. Please confirm if these requests can be fulfilled. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Warm regards.
