I'm currently registering for my University course. After filling in my information on the sign-in page, I was prompted to input a phone number for verification. Opting for an SMS, I didn't receive the text. I attempted to resend the message, but it redirected me back to the details page. Upon re-entering my information and trying to submit my phone number again, it was no longer accepted. Eventually, I did receive the SMS. My location is in the UK.

My LinkedIn account, Ed Hofsteede, has been hacked. I use the email address [redacted] Unfortunately, when I attempt to log in, LinkedIn claims there is no account associated with my email address. Yesterday, I created a new account with the same email address, but now when I search my name, it shows I have two accounts. I can't access my original account with over [redacted] contacts. It seems someone has changed the password, sending malicious emails to my contacts and damaging my reputation. I urgently require assistance to regain access to my original account and correct the email address associated with it.

Hello,
I signed up for a one-month trial of LinkedIn Premium Business on Sept. 2. I thought I had until Oct. 2 at 11:59pm to cancel. Unfortunately, I was charged over $[redacted] before the trial ended. As a college student, this unexpected charge is a significant burden. I simply wanted to explore the Premium features before considering a purchase in the future. Can you please assist me with a refund? Thank you for your help.

I signed up for a free month of LinkedIn Premium using the Microsoft Visual Studio Dev link on 09/30/19. However, I was charged $33.84 for a subscription on 10/02/19, which I would like refunded so I can use the free month I activated for October. If a refund is not feasible, I request not to be billed for the Premium subscription fee in November. November should be the free month I intended to have in October with my Microsoft Visual Studio Dev activation.

I used [redacted] to sign up for a free 1-month trial of Sales Navigator. Unfortunately, after only 20 days, I was unable to log in as my access was restricted. I found the service not useful and wanted to cancel my subscription, but due to the login issue, I couldn't. Unluckily, today Rs [redacted] was debited from my account. This is a significant amount for me, and I urgently need a refund. I request to have the amount refunded as soon as possible, considering I couldn't unsubscribe due to the login problem I encountered.

I have encountered an issue with an old Linkedin account that is still appearing in Google searches. I previously deleted my primary account on Linkedin, but this older account is still active due to forgotten login credentials. This outdated account might contain irrelevant information that could potentially impact my future job opportunities negatively. I am reluctant to provide a photo of myself online for verification purposes and am unable to recall the necessary passwords for deletion. How should I proceed to have this account removed?
Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I have two accounts on LinkedIn under the name Tanya Juneja. The account I created a month ago is the one I have been active on, but I lost access to it after misplacing my phone and forgetting the associated email address and password. I can now only sign in to tanyajuneja60@gmail, the older account, but it does not have any of my current details or connections. I have tried various email and password combinations to regain access to my active account without success. It is crucial that I recover my account promptly as it contains important information and connections. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

Hello,
I am experiencing a persistent issue with my account. When I attempt to reset my password by clicking on the "forgot password" option, the reset link is promptly sent to my email. However, after entering the new password as prompted on the following page, I have been unable to access my LinkedIn account for nearly two years now. The error messages I encounter state restrictions such as not using first or last names in the password, which I have tried over 30 times without success. I urgently need help to unlock my account, as creating a new one using my email is not an option since it is already linked to my existing LinkedIn account. Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Ajmal

I am encountering difficulties creating a LinkedIn account. After inputting my basic details, I am bombarded with an unending series of CAPTCHA queries. Despite answering them correctly, more keep appearing without any indication of incorrect responses. I have attempted this process multiple times, varied the times of day, used a VPN, and cleared my browser data to no avail. Upon receiving a verification code, it led to an error message and additional CAPTCHAs. Trying to log in instead of signing up yielded an unrecognized email. I am unsure of what other steps to take to resolve this issue.

Hello, my name is Ronny. My LinkedIn account is only a few weeks old. I encountered an issue while logging in as it did not accept my password, despite entering it correctly. I followed the security steps to verify my identity, which included receiving a PIN on my mobile phone. After that, I was prompted to upload a document such as a driver's license. I submitted a picture of my driver's license, but I received a message stating that the document I provided is not supported or readable. I believe the picture clearly shows it is me, so I kindly request someone to review the image and assist in unlocking my account. Thank you.

I signed up for the LinkedIn Premium Subscription with the understanding that it would be free for one month. However, I was charged without any notification. I am disappointed as I did not receive any communication before the amount was debited from my credit card. I find the premium services to be unhelpful and wish to cancel my subscription promptly and receive a refund for the charged amount.

Hello, I recently upgraded my iPhone and iPad. I am having trouble accessing the correct version of my account online. A duplicate account came up with my personal email but had no connections or photo. I have since deleted this account. However, I think my LinkedIn email is linked to my old work address, which I can no longer access. Can you assist me in accessing my correct LinkedIn account on my new devices? Thank you.

I recently left the employer listed on my LinkedIn profile. When trying to update my primary email address, I encountered an issue as it wouldn't change. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the company email I originally used to register, resulting in the inability to retrieve my original profile. Now I may have inadvertently created 2 new accounts and lost all my connections from the original profile. This process has been incredibly frustrating. All I want is to regain access to my original profile and update my personal contact information without losing the valuable connections I have built over the years, especially the links to my contacts.

I recently had my account compromised over the weekend. I got an alert from Linkedin informing me that the email address piaseck052outlook.com has been added to my account without my knowledge. The hacker is now reaching out to all my contacts. When I try to log in, I am unable to access my own account as the password and email no longer match the records. It seems the hacker has altered this information. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue so I can regain access to my account, as LinkedIn is crucial for my professional endeavors. Thank you. - Jerry P.

I opened an account towards the end of my senior year in high school. Now, as a college freshman, our professor requires us to have a LinkedIn account. However, when I attempted to log in to my existing account, I received a message stating that my account was restricted due to a terms and services violation. I find this puzzling because I only set up the account with my school counselor, and we simply created the account without engaging in any violations. I am unsure why this restriction has been placed as I am confident that I did not breach any terms. Additionally, I am hesitant to provide my driver's license or passport for identity verification purposes.

I have attempted numerous times to cancel my subscription, however, I have encountered difficulties in doing so. It seems like once I log in to try to cancel, the process becomes overly complicated and I am unable to proceed. I feel trapped and frustrated by the lack of flexibility to change my decision. It feels like a trap that I unwittingly fell into without a clear way out. Please assist me in unsubscribing immediately. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I may have to seek legal advice. Your restriction on phone calls adds unnecessary barriers to resolving this issue. I hope you can address this without further delay.
