Dear Sirs, I wish to inform you that I recently attempted to cancel my subscription to Lnk Premium, as I have found it to be unnecessary for my needs. Regrettably, I missed the cancellation deadline by a few days. The issue arose after I received a notification message from LinkedIn Premium on August 19th (attached for reference). Since I do not frequently utilize your esteemed social platform, I have no interest in continuing to utilize the Premium service following the expiration of the free trial. I was disappointed to discover that I had been charged for a full year of Premium usage in advance. I hereby formally request the cancellation of my Premium subscription and request a refund for the days it was inadvertently used past the cancellation period. Kind regards, Zdravko Škokić

Dear Sirs, I did not find LinkedIn Premium useful and attempted to cancel it a few days late. The issue happened after receiving a message from LinkedIn Premium on August 19 (see attachment). As I infrequently use your respected social platform, I did not wish to continue using Premium beyond the free trial. I was disappointed to be charged one year in advance for Premium services. My current LinkedIn profile states I am the director of sales at Maxy Media, but I've changed jobs and need to update my information. I canceled my "TRIAL" premium service on October 4th, [redacted], as required. You already charged my bank $29 on the same day, October 4th, [redacted], without authorization. This needs to be refunded to me immediately. I then received an email stating my account will continue until November 4th, [redacted]. I need to clarify that I canceled the trial on time, and I am requesting a refund of $29 back to my account. Please confirm receipt and acknowledge once this is completed. I recently received a notification that my account has been restricted. Can you please explain why this occurred? The message mentioned that it was due to behavior that may violate the Terms of Service. I would like to understand more about the specific actions that led to this restriction. Additionally, I would like to appeal this decision if there has been any mistake. It was suggested that I verify my identity with a government-issued ID to begin this process. Once verified, I hope that my account will be reviewed, and if the restriction is found to be an error, I'm looking forward to hearing from a Customer Support representative. Thank you.

I would like to dispute a charge of $[redacted] for recruiter access. I never used it and only discovered the trial had ended a day or two after. I did not even use the trial and believed it was canceled or inactive. Kindly refund the charge promptly so I can avoid disputing it with my credit card company. Thank you.

Hello, I recently tried out LinkedIn premium but didn't find it very useful. I was actually charged for it without realizing it after the trial ended. I would like a refund for the premium since I don't plan on using the service going forward. I also want to cancel the premium subscription. I appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you.

I canceled my Sales Navigator free trial after 30 days, but my card was charged $87.99 on 9/30/19. I reached out to LinkedIn, and a representative assured me that the refund would be processed in 3 days. However, as of 10/7/19, the refund hasn't appeared. Hello, a month ago, I subscribed to a free prime membership for urgent work, but I forgot to unsubscribe due to a family member's passing. I realized Rs1652 has been deducted from my account without any reminder messages. I am a student with no income and going through a tough time. Could you please refund the deducted amount? My name is Esther Hecht. I discovered that my LinkedIn account (email: [redacted]) was hacked while I'm traveling in the United States, currently in central Pennsylvania. The hacker is using the name Sliver Abdel from Senegal. I received a notification on my main email ([redacted]) that my password was changed and it prompted me to reset it. I tried to do so but my account was restricted. I submitted my US passport photo which was not accepted and LinkedIn still identifies me as Sliver. I would like my account reinstated under my original name, Esther Hecht, and to change the email from [redacted] to my main email, [redacted]

My name is Esther Hecht. I'm currently in central Pennsylvania, United States. I discovered that my LinkedIn account has been hacked by someone named Sliver Abdel from Senegal. I received an email stating that my password was changed, which I did not do. Despite changing it back, the account still refers to me as Sliver. When I tried to resolve this by submitting my US passport photo, it was rejected. I would like my account restored to my name and to use my current email address, [redacted], instead of [redacted] Please remove Sliver Abdel from the account.

I deactivated my LinkedIn account last month due to a security breach. Recently, I discovered a $65 charge from LinkedIn on my bank statement. Although LinkedIn refunded me and I obtained a new debit card, the issue reoccurred this month with the same charge despite having a new debit card number. I am currently abroad and unable to access LinkedIn's Help page without an active account. I suspect it could be an unauthorized re-activation of a premium subscription causing the $65 charge. Upon learning that Apple now has access to LinkedIn Premium accounts, I am concerned that an Apple device may have been used without my consent, as I only own an iPad without a LinkedIn subscription. My LinkedIn account has been suspended, and I am unsure why this happened. I do not use the service frequently. While attempting to resolve this online, I have been asked to provide personal identification like my passport or driver's license, which was never requested during account creation. How can I prove my identity with information I did not provide initially? I am looking to speak with a live representative for assistance. Additionally, I have not encountered any issues with LinkedIn charging my AMEX account for services.

On 9-11-19, my boss hastily tried to place a job ad on LinkedIn. She later received an unexpected invoice for $[redacted].32 taken from her bank account without understanding what the charge was for since she didn't believe the ad was successfully posted. Feeling deceived, she handed me the issue. Yesterday, I investigated her account and located the ad page. I turned it off, but I'm unsure if the ad is now stopped. My boss had no idea about the cost or the effectiveness of the ad. Now we are both trying to figure out how to receive a refund for the ad that may not have been live and generated no responses. We are seeking a contact number for LinkedIn to clarify and address this matter.

I accidentally deleted my account and I can't access the old email associated with it. I've been trying to recover it for weeks before the 30-day deadline. I haven't been able to reach a representative over the phone or through online options for account recovery. The deadline is tomorrow, and I really need to recover my account. After discovering a person falsely claiming to be a lender with a specific company, I, being a former law enforcement officer and licensed lending broker, fulfilled my legal obligation by reporting the individual. Despite my actions being in good faith, the company had already reported the situation to the authorities and LinkedIn, resulting in my account being locked. Additionally, two individuals reached out to me via LinkedIn for loans, but the voice recordings were unclear, so I am attempting to contact them through email. This incident has unfortunately impacted my business, even though I have not engaged in any wrongdoing.

I require assistance in retrieving login information for my account with 'Beluga Capital Pty Ltd'. Following a reorganization within the company resulting in staff turnover, we have lost access to the contact details and the individual who initially set up the Beluga Capital account is no longer with the organization. My LinkedIn account was hacked and then blocked. My account was: [redacted] I had a premium account that I can no longer access. I created a new account using my work email: [redacted], but that one got blocked too. I tried to unblock it by sending my passport photo as requested, but it was not accepted. Unfortunately, I have encountered issues with my LinkedIn account. It seems my identity has been compromised, as my usual login credentials are not working. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, the system seems unable to locate my account through my associated email address. This is concerning as I have a unique name and somehow, a Google search directs to a different individual's profile, which does not match my demographics. I am eager to regain access to my account and resolve this mix-up promptly.

I believe my LinkedIn account has been compromised. I am currently locked out of my account due to unauthorized changes made to it. The situation escalated when I received an email, supposedly from LinkedIn security, notifying me of an added email address on my account, and instructing me on how to remove it. Regrettably, upon following the given link, I lost access to my LinkedIn account. I am deeply concerned as one of my connections informed me of receiving suspicious messages.
