My account has been temporarily blocked due to the "Excessive page view issue". I spent several hours manually removing outdated connections from my contact list. I did not break any rules, yet your system mistakenly flagged me as a bot. Your website's strict design makes it challenging to manage contacts without being flagged unjustly. I insist that the block be lifted as this situation is offensive. If you are struggling with Google Captcha, consider hiring Google to assist. The current block seems more like a hindrance for genuine users cleaning their contact lists than an effective detection method. Please resolve this issue promptly.

I activated LinkedIn premium services on our corporate email for a one-month trial on February 7, [redacted]. However, we chose to discontinue the trial before it ended and requested deactivation on 06/03/[redacted]. Despite this, LinkedIn Singapore Pte. Upon noticing this, we lodged a complaint, resulting in a refund of one month's subscription fees. The total deducted amount was Rs.21,[redacted], but only Rs.[redacted] was returned. I kindly seek assistance in recovering the remaining balance promptly from LinkedIn Singapore Pte. Ltd.

I tried the LinkedIn premium trial for a month, but it didn't benefit me much. During the trial, I only logged in 3-4 times to congratulate people and didn't use it for job applications. I already have access to LinkedIn Learning from my company, which I don't use. I wasn't informed via email about the charge on May 8th, and the payment was automatically deducted from my credit card. I would like a refund as the monthly subscription fee is significant for me. Please deactivate all premium services starting today if necessary.

I deleted my account on LinkedIn myself, but it was still stored on their servers and got hacked. I've submitted a new request for permanent deletion. The hackers changed the contact details on the account, making it easy for them to reactivate it. LinkedIn keeps the contact information active, leaving the account vulnerable to reactivation. I am seeking confirmation that the account has now been completely removed from the servers. [redacted]

Hello, I signed up for LinkedIn Recruiter impulsively to enhance my recruiting efforts for several job openings. After signing up, I realized I didn't have the necessary resources to utilize the service effectively. I unintentionally subscribed for a year and was charged for the entire year, though I only intended to try it for a month. I've cancelled the subscription to prevent future charges. I am requesting a refund for the yearly fee or to be charged only for the month I used the service. I won't require it for the upcoming year, so a full refund would be appreciated. Thank you and I await your response.

Hello! I am facing some issues replying to an email. When I try to respond, an auto-reply states that my email address is not the primary one linked to the case. However, [redacted] is indeed my primary email address. I am currently traveling frequently for business and have an assistant who is in a different country. I suspect my assistant might have caused this. I urgently need to regain access to my LinkedIn account. Thank you, Karl N. +[redacted]2

I am attempting to remove a former employee from our company's LinkedIn page. Despite numerous attempts to correct this through the LinkedIn help page, I am unable to submit my request as the button seems to be unresponsive. The individual in question is J Payne, a previous employee of Terra Point who is still inaccurately listed as the President. J is no longer with our company and is now working for a competitor. This misinformation is causing confusion among our clients who contact her thinking they are reaching out to Terra Point, only to be redirected to her new company instead.

I have discovered two LinkedIn accounts associated with my name. It seems that the second account was created approximately three months after the first one. My profile in the desired account correctly reflects my location as Jacksonville, Florida. However, the other account inaccurately places me in Ocala, Florida. Upon further investigation, I found that both Barry Covingtons are linked and affiliated with Monument Leasing Corp. I am seeking assistance in deleting the Ocala, Florida account. Thank you for your help.

This issue is urgent as I rely on this platform for work. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Bonita

I am having trouble accessing my account today. Every time I try to log in, I receive an error message stating that there is no LinkedIn account associated with my email. I am certain that my login information is correct, and I have not made any recent changes. Your help section does not provide any information on this issue. When I search for myself on Google, my LinkedIn profile appears to be active. I am worried about my privacy and safety, as it appears that someone may have tampered with my account. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you. Best regards, Gwynne

I used to be the Principal at Switzerland County HS, and I initially set up my account with that email address, which I no longer have access to. I would like to close my account but am unsure how to do so. Can someone assist in closing the account and provide confirmation of the closure? For further communication, you can reach me at my personal email and my cell at [redacted]. Thank you, Gregg Goewert. I no longer desire to have a LinkedIn account. My decision to close the account is not due to dissatisfaction with the service but simply because I do not wish to maintain an account anymore. Thank you.
