I recently started working for a non-profit organization as the new Director of Development. I have been tasked with overseeing our social media accounts, including LinkedIn. Unfortunately, my predecessor did not provide any login instructions or passwords before leaving. I urgently need to update our information, including changing the user email and password. The former director's name is Clara Kilcup and her email address was [redacted] I would greatly appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to guide me through resolving this issue. Thank you.

I've been diligently following the account recovery steps, but I keep hitting roadblocks. Error messages keep popping up without any explanation other than stating that an unexpected error occurred. I can't even reach the point where I can provide a valid ID for verification.
Accessing my LinkedIn account is crucial as I'm actively job hunting. This process has become frustrating and time-consuming, and LinkedIn's customer service is falling short of my expectations.

I was given an assignment at Lakeland Community College by my business communication professor, Connie Golden, to set up a LinkedIn account, send a connection request to her and the student body group she formed for the business school. I completed the task as instructed and then deleted the account, assuming she received the connection request. It is crucial for me to prove that I fulfilled the assignment correctly. Please assist me in verifying to her that I followed all the steps by creating the account, sending the connection requests, and then deleting the account within the given time frame. Thank you for your help.

My account is currently restricted due to adding too many friends' requests unknowingly. I understand the guidelines now and will comply in the future. Please lift the restriction on my account. I have tried various forms of identification for verification, including my office ID, voter ID, and Aadhar card. Despite providing a clearer image of my Aadhar card, the verification keeps getting declined. The Aadhar card is a government-issued ID in India and should suffice for verification. Kindly review the latest document I submitted for verification to see its clarity. Thank you.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my LinkedIn account and need assistance to view candidates. After changing my name from Teresa Eichhold to Teresa Witsken, it seems the information transferred to LinkedIn but I can't access my new name with my passwords. I used to work at trustaff but have left, which is important to note. Could you please explain why my title page changed back from when I left trustaff to being with them again? How can I retrieve my password from the Eichhold account to access the Witsken account, and is it possible to create a new password? Currently, I am unable to log in to LinkedIn at all and need to manage my connections, set boundaries on my account, and expand my network. I have been trying to contact LinkedIn without success. Thank you, Teresa.

I had a LinkedIn profile with over [redacted] connections, references, and my full employment history. Recently, I received an email notifying me that someone added their email to my account. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the email linked to my original account or my password when I tried to login. After trying an old email, I found a previous LinkedIn account with only 2 connections and outdated work information. I am keen on regaining access to my active LinkedIn account that I've used for years. This account is crucial for marketing my consulting business. I would greatly appreciate assistance in recovering it. If possible, please contact me at [redacted].

Dear Team,
I recently received a message on my LinkedIn account from a supposed LinkedIn Customer Center representative named Mr. Jeff, urging me to contact Engineer Eric Brassily via email at [redacted] to receive important information. I reached out to Mr. Eric as instructed and received a reply with an attachment claiming that my LinkedIn registered email had won $[redacted],[redacted] in an online international raffle draw selected by Mr. Jeff Weiner, the CEO of LinkedIn.
The email detailed that $[redacted],[redacted] was for me and $[redacted],[redacted] for orphanages, with a follow-up visit planned by the LTB Team in two months. To confirm the legitimacy of the email, I was asked to contact Mr. Jeff, the CEO, at +[redacted]8, and Mr. Eric Brassily, the Foreign Service Manager, via email. They requested specific information for claiming the prize.
I am seeking confirmation regarding the validity of this communication.
Best regards,
A.A.

Hello,
I signed up for a premium career trial to explore potential job opportunities and provided my card details for this personal initiative. However, I canceled the subscription on May 12, [redacted], the last day of my free trial. To my surprise, I received a message from my bank the same day indicating a charge of [redacted] rupees for a new subscription.
I attempted to contact your customer service through various channels on May 12th, but only received automated responses. I am eagerly awaiting an update from you today or tomorrow as I have not heard back after reaching out.
It is essential for me to have the money refunded promptly as it is affecting my finances. I hope this issue can be resolved smoothly so I can consider recommending your service and potentially obtaining a business account in the future. Kindly address this matter at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.

Good afternoon,
I am reaching out regarding an issue with my LinkedIn account. I cancelled my premium free membership through the mobile app on May 2nd when my premium membership ended. Despite this, I was charged $[redacted].64 for a business membership. I am a college student without a job and do not own a business.
I did not receive any notifications about the membership ending or about being charged for a business membership. This lack of communication led to an overdraft fee of $70 in my bank account. I urgently request a refund of $[redacted].64 and the $70 overdraft fee.
If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this matter to management. Please provide me with the relevant contact information.
I trust that this issue will be resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
Shreya Timilsina

Dear LinkedIn Support Team,
I have been using Sales Navigator for a month, but I am not entirely satisfied with the service due to several reasons:
The Sales Navigator Inbox does not sync seamlessly with the LinkedIn messages panel. Despite reading the messages in the Inbox, I continue to receive notifications for unread messages when there are none.
The search filter "don't show viewed accounts" in Sales Navigator is not functioning correctly.
I encountered difficulties when trying to add a person from my LinkedIn connections list as a third participant in a conversation. Although I sought help from LinkedIn support to address the issue, it was not resolved, leading me to cancel my Sales Navigator Subscription.
I would appreciate it if you could offer me a free trial of LinkedIn Business Premium as a gesture of compensation for the challenges I faced.
Thank you in advance.

I recently subscribed to Premium LinkedIn on a monthly basis, but due to my daughter's surgery on May 10, I missed the deadline to cancel. I was unaware and got charged $[redacted].00 for a full year, which I only noticed after checking my bank account. I acknowledge that you need to review my case for a refund, but I hope you understand this was a mistake during a challenging time. I was preoccupied with my daughter's health, which led to this oversight. I'm willing to pay for a month's subscription out of goodwill, but I sincerely request assistance in processing a refund for the yearly charge. This unexpected expense has put me in a difficult financial situation, hindering my ability to cover other bills. A review of my profile will confirm that an annual premium subscription is unnecessary for me as I don't own a business. I was simply exploring the platform's features. I appeal for prompt assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

I can't remember which email I used for my LinkedIn account. Back in late [redacted], I set up a LinkedIn profile quickly when I was planning a tutoring business. After starting school, I forgot all about it until a friend mentioned finding it on LinkedIn. I've tried all my regular emails, leading me to think I might have made a specific email for that LinkedIn account, explaining why I forgot it. I'm ready to provide photo ID and personal details. Also, I believe my friend who spotted my profile can confirm they know me in person.

I seldom used the service from the start. I never thought to cancel it since it was so infrequent. They charged my card for a company that no longer exists, leading to a separate financial issue. Moreover, I'm no longer involved in sales for this company, making the service completely unnecessary for me. In summary, I was automatically billed for a service that was rarely used and now serves no purpose for me.

Hello,
I encountered an issue with my LinkedIn account today. When attempting to log in, I was redirected to a window stating "Your account has been restricted." I submitted a scan of my passport as requested to prove ownership, but the support representative was unable to assist in resolving the matter. They mentioned that the account was originally created under a different name, possibly "Joey," which was my nickname at Kromtech company. However, it was later changed to match my passport name.
This situation is concerning since LinkedIn is crucial to my work as a Recruiter, and my Recruiter Lite account is also affected. I would greatly appreciate any help with resolving this matter.

Some time ago, I lost access to my LinkedIn account as I couldn't log into my Gmail account to recover it. I was then invited to join LinkedIn through my previous work email and created a new profile. I now have two profiles and am unable to delete the original one since I can't access it via email. The original profile still appears when I use my new account. I would like to know how I can either edit my original profile or completely delete it to avoid confusion for people trying to connect with me. I appreciate a prompt solution to this issue.
Thank you,
Shelly

Hello,
I accidentally purchased a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription intending to use it for just one month. However, I was charged for the entire year. The option to cancel anytime seems to be missing, leaving me no choice but to seek a refund. I am considering switching to Sales Navigator Professional on a monthly basis as it states I can cancel at any time. Can you confirm if I can cancel this subscription after one month?
Previously, I used LinkedIn on a monthly basis to easily control costs. Now, I would like clear instructions on how to cancel my current Sales Navigator account and switch back to a basic account.
Thank you,
K.T.

Hello,
I'm Emile van Baren, and I've had a premium LinkedIn account for many years. However, in the last 14 months, I changed jobs twice and primarily used the LinkedIn app, leading me to forget to update my phone number and email for password recovery. I now find myself unable to remember my password, making it impossible to log in or reset my password. The email addresses linked to my account are [redacted] and [redacted], but I no longer have access to them as I no longer work for those companies. My profile is located at Linkedin.com/in/emile-van-baren-8104bb3. I would appreciate any assistance in recovering my password so I can regain access to my account and update my settings.
Thank you,

Hello,
I am experiencing issues with our company profile on LinkedIn. The current administrator cannot be identified, and despite attempting to connect with all employees listed, I receive a message stating that a 1st degree connection with an existing administrator is required. The lack of accurate information on the page, including an outdated address, adds to the problem. I understand that LinkedIn does not disclose administration details, but we need a solution to this predicament to effectively manage our page. How can we gain access? Are there any alternatives aside from reporting the page and creating a new one, considering we cannot have duplicate company pages? Resolving this matter is crucial for our online identity on LinkedIn. Thank you.

I recently encountered an issue when trying to apply for a job through LinkedIn. When clicking on the Apply button, I was redirected to a job board called Jobs Flag, which proceeded to inundate me with emails from other job listing sites I had no interest in. After unsubscribing from four sites, I had to block additional ones without an unsubscribe option.
I expect that when applying via LinkedIn, my information should not be shared with unrelated sites like Jobs Flag. This experience has made me hesitant to apply for jobs on LinkedIn in fear of receiving more spam. I shared my feedback with LinkedIn, but wanted to also bring it to the community's attention as I haven't received a response yet.
The job in question was for a technical editor role at CDM Smith, and the redirection to Jobs Flag was unexpected and inappropriate.

To whom it may concern,
I am a premium member and I am puzzled by the sudden appearance of someone attempting to create a new account. Whenever I try to log into my existing account, a request to set up a new one keeps popping up. 1. Please remove this new account. 2. Can we reactivate my old account that has been in use on my work computer for the past three years? 3. Kindly update me on the what, how, why, and when of having two accounts, especially when I did not initiate one. Could this be related to my Premium Membership? If so, kindly cancel my Premium Membership. Please contact me via email or phone using the details provided below.
Thank you for addressing this matter as it is causing a lot of frustration.
Sincerely,
Bob Aitken
