I visited the Kroger store in Tigertown Opelika, AL [redacted] where corporate representatives were present. I approached a lady whom I believed to be from corporate and informed her about my purchase of 2 Manna 40 Oz cups that didn't keep ice and sweat. She advised me to return them. However, when I went back to the store, I was informed that I couldn't return the items beyond the store's 30-day policy, despite what corporate had said. After contacting corporate and being on the phone for over 40 minutes, my call was abruptly ended. Is this the standard treatment for a customer who has been loyal for over 40 years?

My grocery order #[redacted][redacted]04 was not delivered because the Instacart driver had trouble finding my location. After several calls and sending pictures of different gate entrances, she was redirected back to the store by Instacart. This is the first time this issue has occurred with my Kroger orders. I hope to avoid being charged for this undelivered order.

I recently encountered an issue with the Kroger Donut Shop K-cups no longer fitting my Keurig machine. I have been using these K-cups for years, but after investigating with the assistance of a helpful store employee, we realized that the product had been changed. The store took back the box, and I had to purchase new K-cups for my Keurig. From now on, I will need to buy my coffee pods at Walmart. The old label on the K-cups used to display Kroger at the top and Keurig at the bottom. After speaking with a friendly customer service representative over the phone, I learned that I had not been purchasing a Kroger product all this time. - Cheryl

I visited the store to pick up my wife who works in the bakery. Unfortunately, I witnessed a manager, Choate Hoyle, inappropriately rubbing my wife's back. I immediately reported the incident to Mr. Alexander, the store manager at Woodman Drive in Dayton, Ohio, who assured me he would handle it. I politely asked Hoyle to stop, but he accused me of threatening him and called security to escort me out, which was humiliating and unprofessional. I believe Hoyle should be terminated for his actions, especially considering other complaints against him.

Two employees at [redacted] Clinton Ave in WCH, Ohio, named Amy and Debbie, mishandled a situation involving a 60-year-old man trying to purchase Irish cream for my elderly mother. They rejected my Illinois ID, despite my requests to contact their corporate office. Debbie insisted I do it myself. After a manager intervened and allowed my ID, Amy and Debbie opted to involve the police unnecessarily. This misuse of resources and power trip was unprofessional and irresponsible. They should have consulted their manager instead. I suggest they receive customer service training or be replaced as they were clearly out of line. This experience was embarrassing for me as a customer, and I wanted to make sure you were aware of their behavior.

I had placed an order for pick up on Monday, June 19 with a scheduled time of June 20 from 2-3 p.m. However, when my husband arrived at 3 p.m., he was informed by a supervisor that the order had not even been started. This caused frustration as the service did not meet the promised time slot. Additionally, I had to make an unnecessary trip to Fry's due to this delay, which was quite inconvenient. Furthermore, I noticed four charges on my credit card bill, and although two have been refunded, the other two are still pending.

I placed an order on Kroger's website, but encountered multiple issues. It took me over 2 hours to complete my order due to the site's glitches. After realizing I had an unwanted item in my cart, I tried to modify my order. However, the website kept freezing and not saving my changes. I am frustrated because my order is now incorrect, and when I attempted to fix it, I received a message stating someone was already working on it. I need assistance resolving this issue.

I recently visited the Kroger store located at [redacted] Spencer Street, a place I frequent often. Today, I purchased a Michelina's 8 oz fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and broccoli using a digital coupon. Usually, I either scan the coupon myself at self-checkout or have the cashier use the handheld scanner. However, this time I went to a cashier and attempted to scan my Kroger Plus barcode, only to be corrected by an employee named Mrs. Teresa. She insisted that I should use the scanner on the back of the handheld device, which I was not aware of. Mrs. Teresa was very harsh in her approach and even made a threat towards me. Despite my efforts to assist, she was quite unpleasant. I usually help bag groceries when it's busy, and I was truly embarrassed by the way she treated me. Given the challenges my family is currently facing, her rudeness was particularly difficult to endure. I believe customer service should be respectful and understanding. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Respectfully, James and Melisa S.

Yesterday evening, my wife shopped at the CherryGrove location. She purchased a special on Coca-Cola products, getting 2 6-packs of 16.9 fl oz Coca-Cola and 1 6-pack of 16.9 fl oz Sprite. After reviewing the receipt, she noticed a charge of $15.98 for the 3 items, which seemed high considering the sale Kroger had on them. When she went to the customer service desk to address the issue, the person there was unhelpful, stating that the desk was closed and that they couldn't do anything about the price discrepancy. Despite it only being 8:03, the employee was rude and dismissive, making my wife feel disrespected. We plan to return the items and hope for better service. This experience was unacceptable, and we expect better treatment and assistance in resolving the overcharge for the products.

I visited the Fred Meyer fuel center to buy gas and was informed I had a discount on my rewards card. After accepting the discount, I paid inside but did not receive the savings at the pump as promised. Since it was busy, I left without the receipt. I calculated that the discount was not applied when I paid $4.09 per gallon. I value the rewards system at Fred Meyer and would like to know how this issue can be resolved. I appreciate the opportunity to earn discounts at Fred Meyer, which is why I am reaching out. You can reach me at [redacted] or [redacted]. Thank you for looking into this matter.

I recently shopped at Kroger in New Baltimore, MI, and purchased items featured in the "buy 5 save $5" promotion. My purchase included 2 Hagen Daz Ice Creams, 1 box of Kashi Cereal, 1 Hask Shampoo, and 1 Hudsonville Ice Cream. However, upon checkout, the discount was not applied as the cashier mentioned an issue with the Hagen Daz products in the system. Unfortunately, there was no one available at the Customer Service Desk to assist me with a refund. I kindly request a refund of $5 for the promotion discrepancy. My Kroger card number is [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Kim Fernandez

Hello, I recently replaced my Kroger card in December [redacted] as the old one was not working well. The new card I received seems to be linked to someone else's account and all my past purchases are missing from my account. The Kroger app displays my card number as [redacted]37 under Gerry Rudolph, but the actual new card number is [redacted]77. When I visited Customer Service, they found a different name linked to my new card. I mainly shop at the Mt Washington KY [redacted] store and need my past purchases to be transferred to the correct account. I noticed this issue when trying to claim a Paypal rebate for Bud Light Beer, which didn't reflect on my account. Kindly investigate and advise on how to fix this problem.

I have been a loyal shopper at Kroger in Lexington, KY for 30 years. Recently, the Chinoe store has been using sneaky tactics to increase profits. Today, I noticed the price of BOGO Dukes Mayo 30 oz had increased over $3.50 from the previous week to $7.49. This behavior is disappointing, and I have observed it for several weeks. Additionally, items advertised in the weekly ad like Perdue chicken wings at $1.99 per pound were missing on my Saturday visit. This experience makes this Kroger location feel unwelcoming and unreliable.

Recently, I had an unpleasant encounter at the West Argyle Kroger service desk with Mel, a fellow employee. After assisting in covering a break around 7pm, I was conducting 'go-backs' when Mel abruptly instructed me to return to my register. When I questioned the request, she responded rudely with a curt "because I said so." Upon expressing my discomfort with her tone, Mel promptly clocked me out and instructed me to leave. Despite requesting an apology before exiting, Mel adamantly refused. This incident is just one instance of Mel's recurrent disrespectful behavior towards both myself and other colleagues such as courtesy clerks and cashiers. Her unwarranted threats of disciplinary action, like a write-up for reasons as trivial as requesting a Shipt order form or replenishing my till, are becoming increasingly frustrating. Delays in providing change for the till, especially in the absence of customers at the service desk, have also been a recurring issue. I find Mel's treatment of me and my coworkers distressing and unprofessional.

I purchased over $[redacted] in groceries and planned to buy fireworks for my grandkids but was denied the purchase as I didn't have my ID with me. At 58 years old, I ended up buying them at the tnt tent in your parking lot instead. I won't be returning, and I'll shop at Safeway instead. Walking back to my car in 90-degree weather for some soda and fireworks seems unreasonable when I'm clearly over 16. As a grandmother, being treated like an irresponsible teenager is disappointing.

I visited the Tualatin Fred Meyer store today where I often shop. I returned 35 bottles and cans at the machines, receiving two tickets for my efforts. Subsequently, I purchased groceries at the checkout and requested my bottle deposit refund. The cashier declined to return $1.30, citing a limit which I believe is unfair. The store had no restrictions on collecting my deposit when I bought the items, benefiting interest-free for months. I feel frustrated that my return was arbitrarily limited today, contrary to Oregon law. The store, by encouraging customers to buy bottles continually, benefits from part of the deposit refund from the state. I am considering voicing my concerns to the Governor regarding this unlawful practice.

I recently visited Blue Ash Kroger. I've been a loyal customer for 30 years, but the store's management has declined.
Today, I faced several pricing issues. Cherries were advertised at 2.99/lb, but I was charged 4.99/lb. Additionally, I bought 2 packs of Kroger pie shells labeled at 4.00 for both, yet I was charged 2.99 each.
Unfortunately, the receipt ink faded before I could examine for more errors. Disappointing to see the decline in Kroger's standards.

I have been a loyal customer of the local SMITH'S for 19 years, even continuing to shop there after my husband passed away. The store always felt like a friendly place where the staff cared about you and took the time to chat. Recently, I experienced a strange situation where I visited the store without my phone or internet access, only to find my personal telephone/address book missing from the safe where it was supposed to be kept. I rely on this book to stay connected with family and friends around the world. I am disabled, which is why I couldn't come back earlier. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Cinnamon L.

On July 3, [redacted], around 11:30 pm, I visited Ralphs at [redacted] Burbank Blvd, Sherman Oaks, CA [redacted]. While I was shopping, I encountered an unsettling situation with a female employee in the medicine section. After asking for assistance, the employee seemed to mislead me regarding opening a gate.
I have some urgent questions that need answers:
1. Why did the employee leave the section when she saw me approaching?
2. Why did she ask me to open the gate instead of doing it herself?
3. Why did she instruct me to open the gate when she was close by, seemingly on purpose?
I believe an immediate investigation is necessary to review the security footage and address the concerns I have raised. I would like to hear from the district manager of the store promptly once the investigation is underway.
Sincerely,
Shimon Silberfenig

I did not receive 50 fuel points for surveys completed on June 7th and June 29th. I made sure not to complete surveys within 7 days prior to these dates and have kept records. I received a notification stating I wasn't eligible for points, which was frustrating. Today, I spent a lot of time on the phone with [redacted] trying to resolve the issue but faced a difficult process. After speaking with the virtual assistant and explaining I had missed out on points twice, I was assured [redacted] points would be credited. However, I have not seen them in my account yet. I hope you aim to satisfy your customers, but currently, I am deeply dissatisfied. Please rectify this issue as promised. Thank you.
