I did not receive 50 fuel points for surveys completed on 7th Jun and 29th Jun. I am certain that I had not done any surveys within less than 7 days before these. I kept records. However, I received notifications saying I was ineligible for the points. This was frustrating. Yesterday, I spent a lot of time calling [redacted] to resolve this but got a frustrating runaround. Finally, a virtual assistant credited me with [redacted] points after I mentioned missing out twice. However, I haven't received the points yet. It seems like there's a disconnect in what was promised and what was delivered, leading to customer irritation. I hope you address this issue promptly as I am very dissatisfied. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with the loyalty number not working after completing the Kroger survey for fuel points. This problem arises as it is the last question, and without the loyalty number, the survey cannot be completed even if initially indicated that I have it. I proceeded to submit a complaint online and provided the loyalty number to a virtual assistant. As a result, [redacted] fuel points were automatically credited to my account. Overall, the resolution process was quite efficient, and I appreciate the quick assistance in resolving the loyalty number error during the survey.

I had an experience at the Kroger store in Columbus, MS on 7/09/[redacted] that I need to share. Due to my recent surgery, I asked a young Black female employee for assistance at the self-checkout. She stated she didn't have time. After voicing my concerns as a Ph.D. student, another young white male employee, roughly 6'2", confronted me. I made it clear I didn't want any physical contact, and a different employee had to intervene. Upon leaving, a Black manager informed me to go away. The following day, I returned and spoke with the manager, Ronnie. Despite my recounting of the incident, he denied any physical altercation occurred and asked me to lower my voice. When I mentioned contacting corporate, he threatened to call the police. As a 57-year-old recovering from surgery, I felt mistreated by both employees and management at this Kroger location in Columbus, MS.

I encountered a problem at the store that I wanted to discuss with the manager. Despite trying to call four times this morning, I faced significant delays each time. The phone rang for over five minutes without anyone picking up. After waiting 43 minutes on my fourth try, I gave up on reaching the manager. Such unavailability explains the issues I experienced at the Fairview Rd Kroger store in Ellenwood, GA. Yesterday, my husband and I went shopping at the store. While my husband was placing items on the belt, I moved to the register. A young man, possibly the bagger, was distracted with earpods in and did not acknowledge me when I greeted him. He struggled to scan the items properly and rang up three slabs of ribs as the same, resulting in overcharging me. I wanted to address this with the manager to discuss customer service and pricing education, especially for young employees. Unfortunately, I was unable to get through to anyone at the store. The cashier's name on my receipt was noted as Dariel, and the transaction took place on 7/16/23 at 12:58 pm with the transaction number [redacted] for reference.

I have been a loyal customer of Fred Meyer at store [redacted] in Tumwater, Washington for many years. Yesterday, I had a terrible experience that has made me decide not to shop there anymore. The customer service was poor, with only four lanes and two self-checkout areas open, causing long lines and frustration for customers. When I asked why more lanes weren't open, the manager mentioned that corporate had cut hours. The self-checkout machines were faulty, not recognizing my coupons, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. I left my groceries and won't return. The employees' appearance was also concerning, with inappropriate dress and piercings. The overall atmosphere of the store was negative, and I feel Fred Meyer has lost touch with its customers. I'm disappointed and won't be coming back.

On July 18th around 5:00 p.m. at the Food 4 Less grocery store in Hawaiian Gardens, specifically on Norwalk and Carson, I experienced a troubling incident. While shopping, an African-American woman accused me of stealing five large bottles of honey. She confronted me at the store's exit, causing a scene by loudly accusing me of theft. Despite putting the honey in my cart to purchase and later returning them to the dog food aisle, the lady refused to check and insisted I stole them. The security guard verified I didn't have the honey, yet the woman persisted, embarrassing me in front of others. This same woman had a prior negative encounter with my son, who has autism, and she acted rudely towards us without addressing the issue calmly. I've been a loyal customer at this store for over a decade and never faced such discrimination. I felt humiliated, trapped, and unjustly treated. The store staff, although confirming my innocence, failed to address the situation appropriately. I hope for a resolution so I can shop without fear of harassment or false accusations in the future while ensuring my son's well-being.

On my receipt, there are several items listed that I did not receive. These missing items, such as garlic bulbs, taco seasoning, flour tortillas, Hershey's candy, kettle potato chips, raisin bran cereal, Sparks paper towels, and Ziplock gallon freezer bags, were not substitutions or out of stock. I am disabled and rely on these items, but I did not receive them. Additionally, I had ordered a gallon of ice cream that was out of stock, and I would have been open to substituting it for two half gallons of different flavors if given the option. Unfortunately, transportation is a challenge for me, making it difficult to rectify this situation easily.

I encountered a few issues with my recent Kroger order: 1. I paid $59 for a year of free delivery a couple of months ago, but today I saw delivery slots for $6.95 tomorrow evening despite having the subscription. 2. While trying to input my EBT card, I was logged out twice before finally being told I couldn't use it at this time, even though I had activated and checked the balance beforehand. 3. When trying to place my order, the site froze, and my phone became unresponsive, forcing me to lock it and log back in to Kroger.

I have a case number for a complaint I filed yesterday about an experience I had at the Kroger on South Hairston Road in Stone Mountain, GA. The case number is [redacted]3. I called back three times after my initial complaint. The third agent informed me that the $30 store credit was used by someone else and wasn't showing in my Kroger app. The fourth agent, Mary, reinstated the store credit, and I want to confirm if it's available now for me to use today. I received my Instacart delivery this morning and upon reviewing my receipt, I noticed that I was charged for items I did not order. Specifically, I did not request a bone-in pork shoulder priced at 8.79, I only ordered 4 milks but was charged for 5, and I ordered 2 bell peppers but was charged for 3. This is now the third time that I have experienced unauthorized charges on my account with Instacart. I suspect that the shoppers might be adding items for themselves and charging it to customers' accounts, which is unacceptable to me.

I'm 86 years old and I was shopping in a handicap buggy on Rockbridge Rd. The cashier, Karla, and the bagger didn't offer to assist me with my items. They quickly walked away without giving me a chance to ask for help, which I shouldn't have had to do. I don't know the young man's name. This kind of experience has happened repeatedly at this store. I tried contacting the store, but the service wasn't helpful. It's frustrating. I am facing challenges with an Instacart delivery. Due to my disability, I am unable to lift heavy items. Unfortunately, my recent order was left outside in the hot sun instead of being brought inside as requested. This has caused some of my perishable items, like salad and cream cheese, to spoil. Additionally, there were items missing from my order, such as a free case of water and several items were out of stock. I am willing to hire someone to help me bring the groceries in, but I expect to be credited for the missing items and damaged products. I have already reached out to both Instacart and my local store without a satisfactory resolution. It's disheartening to see a decline in service quality compared to the standards set by Kroger, a store with which my family has a long history.

I have a question regarding pharmacy regulations on dispensing controlled substances. For the past twenty years, I have understood that I could refill my Adderall prescription as early as 28 days after the last refill, as this has been the case in every state I've resided in. When using KY Medicaid at Walgreens, they have honored this timeline. However, after switching to Kroger, I've been informed that they can only dispense Adderall exactly 30 days apart. This contradicts my previous experiences and the online research I've conducted on Federal and State laws. I am seeking clarification on this matter.

On Monday, I received a delivery from Kroger. The delivery driver unexpectedly pulled into my driveway, and while leaving, accidentally hit my father's vehicle causing damage. I contacted customer service to report the incident, and they informed me that the claims department would review and reach out to address the issue. I have a case number as reference. I have a Boost account in Frankfort (KY) at the Kroger store. I rely on deliveries as I am disabled and cannot drive. I use my fingerprint to access my account. Unfortunately, I have noticed unauthorized charges totaling $95 at the Brighton Park store, and $45 for gas, despite no one else having access to my phone. I live alone and do not drive, so this situation is alarming. I always thought my account was secure. Can you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hello, I'm Tiffany. I experienced frustration and offense at your store on [redacted] University Avenue in San Diego with a cashier named Teresa. The Eco ATM closed early, and when I approached the cashier to buy an alcoholic beverage, she seemed unresponsive and let the boy at the next register speak for her. I felt ignored and looked down upon, leading me to believe I was being discriminated against. Her unfriendly behavior and lack of customer service made me uncomfortable, and I felt the need to leave promptly. I visited the store located at [redacted] Highway 85 in Riverdale, GA on August 27, [redacted], at 12:36 pm. At self-checkout lane chec [redacted], I required assistance twice. Initially, I called for Pheobe's help but she seemed reluctant and turned away from me. When she finally came, I mentioned needing more assistance with my bananas, but she left once again. After calling for her help once more, she indicated she wouldn't assist me based on who I am. Despite this, another cashier intervened but loudly mentioned they also wouldn't help me for the same reason. It was a distressing experience as a disabled white woman seeking assistance.

Today, I scheduled a grocery pick-up for 4:30 pm at Kroger in Fremont, Ohio. However, due to delays, my designated person had to wait for almost an hour and a half for the groceries. This caused inconvenience as they had to wait longer than anticipated. The store cited being short-staffed and having corporate visitors as reasons for the delay. As a result, my helper, who kindly offered to pick up the groceries due to my recent knee surgery, had to wait longer than expected. I am now looking for a way to compensate them for their time and the trouble they faced. Unfortunately, I may have to cover additional costs due to this delay. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the service and hesitant to use it again in the future.

I am in need of assistance with placing an order for delivery. I am currently homeless and disabled, and the grocery store is just a short distance away from me. I was under the impression that the delivery would be free, but I have discovered that with Instacart it is actually $9.95. I am planning to pay for the order using my EBT card, and I also have a credit card on file. However, there is only $4 or $5 available on the credit card, which is why the $9.95 charge is not going through. I have a $15 first-time delivery coupon that I would like to apply to this order. Can someone please assist me with this matter?

I have been a member of the 'My Freddy's Rewards' program for some time now and recently set up an account on the Fred Meyer app. However, when I tried to link my existing card to the app, it generated a new digital card for me. The digital card number I received is [redacted]61. The physical card I have been using, which is not connected to my account, is [redacted]69.
