I purchased a pack of cigarettes for a friend, but realized it was the wrong size when I got to my car. I went back inside to exchange them, but was told it wasn't possible since I had left the store for less than 2 minutes. I ended up buying another pack for almost $10 and forgot it at the self-checkout register. When I called, I had to wait for 22 minutes before reaching someone. I just wanted them to save it for me until I returned. I live near Kroger off the seawall and will go back to check if they kept it for me. Recently, I've encountered rude cashiers at Kroger, which is disappointing as it's my favorite store. Despite being understaffed, there is no excuse for rude behavior, especially considering the high prices we pay for products these days. I hope for better customer service in the future. I had a disappointing experience at the Kroger Store located at [redacted] E 10th St in Indianapolis, IN. It was Saturday evening and the store only had two regular checkouts open and one self-serve checkout open when there were supposed to be two. The lines were extremely long, stretching almost to the rear of the store. After waiting for several minutes in frustration, I ended up leaving without my groceries. It is evident that this store is in desperate need of new management. Despite attempting to address the issue with the current management, it seems like they are indifferent to the situation. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly; otherwise, I will have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.

I used Instacart to place an order, but the shopper bought a veggie tray I didn't request. When I tried to address this through Kroger's app, Instacart claimed the item wasn't on my order, yet they didn't use my rewards card. I have this unwanted $15 veggie tray, spent 2 hours trying to resolve it, and I don't want to return it in person as it's a 20-minute drive away. I'm frustrated with this situation. I am trying to understand how the digital downloads and discounts for my grocery order work. I had a frustrating experience today while someone was explaining it to me, but our conversation got interrupted by a survey. I have been struggling to use the digital download feature for years despite being a loyal customer of Pic n Save. No one in the store has been able to assist me, which leads me to miss out on discounts or choose to shop elsewhere like Piggly Wiggly. I am disappointed with the customer service I have received as the phone calls usually end with unhelpful and impolite representatives. Today, even though the lady I spoke with seemed knowledgeable, our conversation was abruptly cut off by a survey.

When I try to update my payment information after an incomplete order, the website keeps making me sign in repeatedly, displaying an error message that reads: "We're having trouble with sign in right now. Please disable any pop-ups or ad blockers and try again." I've made sure that there are no pop-up or ad blockers enabled on my browsers (Chrome and Safari), but the issue persists. I disabled blockers on Norton's antivirus and checked Malabytes VPN settings without success. This problem has caused me to miss two weeks of order pickups. I urgently need a solution as I have a foot injury that prevents me from entering the store. I've successfully added new cards in the past with no issues. I am currently employed at Pic N Save in Andalusia, Alabama, and need to address some concerns about the work environment. Each day, there are a few individuals, including managers and the store manager, who create unnecessary drama. This unprofessional behavior has led to the unjust firing of two excellent employees during my 5-week tenure due to false allegations spread by these individuals. If the corporate office does not address this situation promptly, I will have to seek legal counsel. The targeted behavior and daily gossiping are unacceptable. I am willing to provide names and further details when contacted. I hope for a swift resolution to avoid escalating the matter legally and causing any disruptions to the business.

I arrived at the store in Canoga Park, CA, on Sherman Wy & Shoup at 12:55 AM, just 4 minutes before their stated closing time of 1 AM. I urgently needed to purchase an item for my sick dog. However, the store closed early and refused to let me in. Despite explaining my situation and requesting just one item, the staff locked the door in front of me, ignored my pleas, and even threatened to involve the police if I didn't leave. This experience was incredibly distressing, and I have never been treated so poorly by a retail establishment before.

On May 11, [redacted], I used my Fred Meyer Mastercard to buy two gift cards in Wilsonville, Oregon. One was a $50 Cheesecake Factory card, which was spent by a family member after being activated by the cashier. The other was a $50 Red Robin gift card that was not loaded or activated. Upon calling Red Robin customer service, I discovered the issue. Even though I lack the Fred Meyer receipt, my bank statement confirms a $[redacted] purchase on the same day. The plan was to give these gift cards on Mother's Day, May 13th. How can I get the Red Robin card loaded and activated now?

When I try to place an order for pickup on the Fred Meyer website, I don't receive the verification email despite checking my inbox and junk folder multiple times. The email address on my account is correct. I usually use the Soldotna, Alaska branch for this service, but lately, I seem to be unable to complete my orders. I was looking for ham hocks to make soup but couldn't find any in the meat department. An employee went to the back to get a frozen package for me, which unfortunately had freezer burn. Despite the taste and lack of meat, I didn't mention it as I felt bad he went out of his way. I paid $7.45 for these in March and only just found the receipt.

I am concerned about Kimberly Mulvin ([redacted]; [redacted]) who calls regularly claiming she hasn't received points that were already applied to her account. She accrues 1[redacted] points weekly despite her insurance covering medication costs. It's suspicious how she always receives fuel points even though she shouldn't be entitled to them. Her consistent late calls just before closing time appear deceitful, and I believe her actions should be monitored closely for potential misuse.

I have been overcharged $20 at two Kroger stores in the last week for items on sale. At one store, the cashier and manager doubted my purchase because of a misleading sign. Today at the same store, digital coupons did not apply as expected, leading to overcharges. The next store had similar issues with digital coupons not working correctly and a mispriced item. I had to clarify with photos and confrontations each time, feeling like I'm being treated unfairly as a customer. I would like to update my email address on my Kroger profile as I have switched from [redacted] to [redacted] years ago. I no longer have access to my att email and am having trouble logging into the website due to the multi-factor sign-on requirements. I already spoke with Customer Service at the store who advised me to contact Kroger Customer Service for help. I suspect there may be an issue with my profile. If necessary, I am okay with having my profile deleted and starting fresh, as the store has provided new cards in case my account cannot be fixed.

On June 2, [redacted], my mother went shopping at Smiths in Taos, New Mexico. Unfortunately, she accidentally left a bag of groceries at the store. After calling, the store assured her they would keep it for her. The next day, June 3, [redacted], when she went back to pick it up, the assistant manager accused her of theft and used inappropriate language towards her in front of others. This behavior was unprofessional and upsetting. As an employee at a different Smiths location, I know this is not how customers should be treated. It was a disappointing experience and reflects poorly on the director and district manager. I hope the assistant manager faces consequences for his actions because customers should be treated with respect at all times.

I have been a loyal Kroger customer for over 30 years, but I was disappointed to receive your recent "pride" promotion email. After seeing that your company supports offering travel expenses for certain procedures, I have decided to sever my relationship with your company. Please remove me from your communication list and delete my information from your database regarding my loyalties. Just like Bud Light, Target, and TSC, your company will now be a topic of discussion for me. I believe companies need to be aware of how their actions are perceived by their customer base. On my recent order, I requested 6 cups of Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream and 6 chocolate but did not receive any. I reached out to live chat but did not receive satisfactory assistance. I simply want a full refund for the missing items. This was my first time ordering from Kroger's delivery service, and this experience has made me hesitant to do so again. The automated phone service only credited me for one cup of each flavor, and I also received 2 boxes of frozen waffles. Thank you. - S.J.

I live near a QFC that has the two items I requested, unlike the QFC where the driver shopped from previously. After speaking to a representative, they offered a $20.00 credit for the mistake. When attempting to reorder, I was charged a $9.95 delivery fee as my total was under $35.00, which I'm not willing to pay. I request for someone to pick up the items from the nearby QFC on 78th St, Mercer Island without an additional delivery fee and apply the $20.00 credit to my bill. Hello, I'm Vicky Cronin. The delivery I arranged for [redacted] Junction Dr., Apt. [redacted], Allen, TX between 4 and 5 was mistakenly delivered to a different address. In our building, there are both apartment numbers like [redacted] and storage units with the same number, distinguished by the letter "S" for storage units. Luckily, a kind neighbor noticed and returned my packages, so the issue was resolved. How can I prevent this from reoccurring in the future?

On June 2nd, I attempted to make a purchase of $37.23 using my United Healthcare card at Metro Market in Mequon, WI. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my card not authorizing correctly, despite me not making any incorrect transactions. The store manager, Linda, claimed my card was not authorized, which was a new experience for me. I had to put the meat back and use my debit card for the remaining items. After contacting United Healthcare, I confirmed that the purchase was charged in full. The store manager's assertion that Pick 'n Save was not paid is false. There seems to be an ongoing issue with employee training at Pick 'n Save, and I am requesting an immediate refund of $37.23.
