I'm having trouble signing into my account. Each time I enter my email and password, I receive a "We're having trouble with sign in right now. Please disable any pop up or ad blockers and try again." error message. I have disabled all ad blockers on my browser but still face the same issue. I also attempted to use the app without ad blockers, but I encountered the same message.
Moreover, when I try to reset my password, I do not receive the email or text message prompts to do so.

I was wrongly accused by the manager, Brianna Ross, at the Monroe Kroger in Nashville after security chased a female shoplifter in the parking lot. Despite having nothing to do with the incident, the manager assumed I was involved and approached me with what felt like attitude. It was embarrassing to be publicly associated with the situation when I had no connection to the female shoplifter. This incident occurred on 4/3/[redacted] around 9-10 AM.

I recently collected an order from College Ave Kroger in Normal, IL. Upon unpacking, I discovered that several cold items were missing, such as cheeses, yogurts, and sour cream. Despite being charged for these items, they were not included in my order, totaling $36.22. Unfortunately, due to the distance from the store, I cannot return soon to pick up the missing items. I recently bought Kroger Triple Brownie ice cream at Fred Meyer, and it's quite delicious. I'm curious about the "Triple Brownie" label on the product. The ice cream has a tan color with chocolate chunks, but I'm not sure if they qualify as brownies. This leaves me with uncertainty about the "Triple" aspect. I need to address a recent issue with a substitution in my delivery order. Today, I was notified that the Kroger sliced ham I had selected was unavailable and was asked if I would accept a substitute with a Private Selection Naturally Hickory Smoked Spiral Sliced Ham. I agreed to the substitution, assuming the cost would be similar. However, upon receiving my order, I was surprised to find out that the new item was significantly more expensive, priced at $39.66 instead of the expected $10. I was not informed about this price difference beforehand, and I would not have accepted the substitution if I had known about the increased cost. In the past, I have been charged the sale price for substitutions, and I expected the same in this case. I believe I should have been informed of the price discrepancy. I added 9 items to my cart, only to encounter issues with the location defaulting to my local store in Naperville, IL. Upon attempting to log in, I received an error message stating my password or username was invalid. Subsequently, I tried to reset my password multiple times with no success. I have since downloaded both the Metro Market and Kroger apps, yet the problems persist. I have spent nearly two hours trying to resolve these issues with no luck, leading to extreme frustration. I am considering refraining from using these stores altogether.

I have a question about the "Triple Brownie" ice cream flavor. What does the "Triple" refer to in the name? I couldn't find a description on the packaging. The ice cream itself is tan and contains brownie chunks. The flavor is good, although the brownie pieces seem to have air pockets. Today, I visited Kroger and purchased 3 gift cards, expecting the 4X deal as advertised, but I only received the 2X promotion at the register. Unfortunately, I don't have a Kroger digital coupon. I am currently locked out of my account and unable to access the coupon. Being 84 years old, I feel frustrated about missing out on these digital coupons. Despite my children's attempts to assist me, we have not been able to resolve this issue. I believe I should be entitled to the 4X digital coupon offer on gift cards and I'm unsure how to proceed to address this matter.

I was at the store located at [redacted] Tiffin Avenue in Findlay, Ohio, [redacted]. The person at the return counter informed me that I couldn't receive my $5 coupon for a $50 purchase at the store. I suspect the coupon may have blown away due to the windy conditions that day. When I had a similar issue at Meijer's, they promptly replaced my lost coupon with a $5 plastic card about two weeks ago. Meijer's is approximately four blocks away from Kroger's. It seems Kroger's does not offer plastic cards or are unwilling to provide a replacement. I had to return items in an attempt to reach the $50 threshold but ended up only spending $35. Unless this matter is resolved, I am hesitant to shop at Kroger's again.

I had a disappointing experience at the deli/bakery in Jacksonville, AR on April 23. I waited a long time at the counter while an employee seemed too busy to acknowledge me. After waiting, I returned to find another customer also upset about the lack of service. When I finally asked if the counter was open, the employee replied that it wouldn't be open due to other tasks. The unfriendly response left both of us unable to place our orders. This has been an ongoing issue at this location, making it hard to know when the deli is available. Despite previous complaints, there has been no improvement. It seems like the store may be understaffed, affecting customer service. I wonder if this is a common problem at other Kroger locations or specific to Jacksonville. My daughter-in-law and neighbor avoid shopping there for the same reason.

I recently found a concerning issue with a pack of Kroger [redacted]% Fruit Seedless Raisins I bought a few days ago. The package appeared bloated, almost ready to burst, which prompted me to investigate further. After releasing some pressure with a knife, I noticed an unpleasant odor upon opening. Despite the best if used by date being January 11, [redacted], I am hesitant to consume them due to the unusual smell.
Kroger raisins are quite pricey at $7.99, and I would greatly appreciate a replacement for this faulty bag.

I've been a loyal Kroger shopper for 16 years, spending an estimated $[redacted],[redacted] during this time by shopping there weekly. During my recent visit, I left my full basket by the checkout stands as there were no cashiers available, and the self-check registers had long lines snaking around the store. After a hard day's work, I prefer not to check out my own groceries and definitely don't want to wait in line for an hour to do so. This isn't the first time this store has had a shortage of checkers, as a similar situation occurred around Thanksgiving Eve. Many customers, like me, ended up leaving full carts behind.
As a result of these repeated incidents, I've switched my grocery shopping to Walmart. They consistently have checkers available, and I rarely encounter long lines. While I doubt this feedback will lead to any changes, I believe customers deserve better treatment from a company like Kroger.

The ladies working there have a bad attitude every time I go. The service is functional, but they always seem angry. Recently, an older lady was trying to get a refund, and they refused. This behavior is not fair. Please consider hiring new staff with a better attitude. I left an item in my cart without a substitute option. I tried to add a new order, but no one was assigned to me. I texted for help with no response. After removing the item from my cart and adding a new one, I was charged for a new order. When I called to change or cancel the order, I was put on hold and then disconnected. The shopper I contacted couldn't understand me and refused to call or provide their number. I have successfully added items before and been contacted by shoppers via phone. Please cancel my order. I wanted to bring attention to the numerous potholes at the exit near the traffic light at the Kroger in Proctorville, Ohio. Despite raising the issue a week ago, the problem remains unaddressed. I recently spoke to someone who mentioned submitting a report, but I was not provided with a case number. Can one be assigned so that progress on resolving this issue can be tracked? On April 6, [redacted], I purchased an Amazon gift card at Ralphs Grocery Store on Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena, CA. Unfortunately, upon trying to use it, I discovered it had no cash value. Speaking with Reshis Chakinr, the Store Manager on April 7, he advised me to contact Amazon. Amazon directed me back to Ralphs for reimbursement as the card was bought there. Kroger's representative, Anna Marissa Antonio, provided me with case #[redacted]3 and assured me of a $[redacted] reimbursement. Despite this assurance roughly three weeks ago, as of May 11, [redacted], I have not received any compensation. This disappointing situation has tainted my long-standing customer relationship with them, and I am very unhappy.
