Last Friday, I refilled my prescription online for Sildenafil 20mg. When the website showed no information, I contacted my local Kroger pharmacy. I stressed the importance of the medicine, hoping they would understand and act promptly. After calling my doctor directly, a new prescription was sent on Tuesday but only appeared on Kroger's website that day, showing it was being restocked on Wednesday and Thursday. I'm now out of this medication crucial for my pulmonary hypertension, as my blood pressure spikes dangerously without it. When I spoke to the same pharmacy staff who seemed unaware of the urgency, they mentioned a partial refill due to limited stock and further delays during their lunch break. Feeling frustrated, I sought help from customer service and spoke to Kris, who initially misunderstood my main issue. She suggested checking other pharmacies or getting a different medication, which was not the solution. Despite feeling unheard and stressed, I felt helpless and cornered into waiting longer for my vital medication. The delays and lack of urgency from the pharmacy staff and customer service left me feeling neglected and without the important medication I urgently need.

I recently visited Kroger at [redacted] Gus Thomasson and was assisted by Christi as my cashier at 6:04 pm. Christi provided excellent service. However, I encountered an issue with the manager, Donna Jackson, who was unprofessional and used profanity. There was confusion over a deal on chips, and despite showing the ad on my phone, the manager was unhelpful and rude. This experience was unacceptable, and I felt discriminated against. As a manager myself, I value strong customer service and professionalism, qualities that were lacking in this situation. I was very disappointed with the service and management's behavior. I placed an online grocery order at FM West in Fairbanks. My login credentials are not working beyond the sign-in page. As a senior citizen with mobility challenges, I have been a loyal Kroger shopper for many years. During my recent visit to the Kroger store on Alexis & Secor in Toledo, I encountered issues with accessing a mobility cart. I was informed by an employee that due to cart thefts, I needed to get a key from the service desk. However, when I tried to do so, the long wait and lack of assistance forced me to leave without completing my shopping. I believe the current system is inadequate for customers like myself. My suggestion is to have dedicated employees at the cart area to assist customers and at the exits to help those with mobility difficulties back to their vehicles. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business to Walmart for now. I hope Kroger addresses this issue promptly for the benefit of all handicapped and senior patrons.

However, the problem has resurfaced, and now the website displays a message stating, "having trouble accessing digital coupons" or something along those lines. Despite successfully resetting the password previously, the site now indicates that the password entered is incorrect, leading to continued denial of access to the digital coupons.

I have been increasingly disappointed with the customer service at Westlake Kroger located at 80 West Lake Rd in Hardy, VA. Today's experience has compelled me to consider changing my weekly shopping destination and companies. While waiting at the meat counter, I observed an employee unpackaging meat who seemed less than pleased to serve me. Despite apologizing for interrupting his work, I requested 1.5 lbs of hamburger. I was informed he would be the sole meat cutter until 2 pm. Furthermore, I noticed him frequently touching his face and glasses while handling products. Unfortunately, this unsatisfactory experience continued in the deli area. I waited while Dawn, Lana, and another staff member were occupied with meat and cheese slicing. Upon requesting assistance from Dawn before she started another task, she prioritized other duties. Lana's unhelpful body language and audible frustration as I tried to purchase chicken salad further disappointed me. Subsequently, Dawn's dismissive remark to Lana as I left the counter only added to my frustration. I question if these behaviors align with your standards for employees. Despite passing other grocery stores, I have been loyal to Kroger but now reconsider this loyalty. I would appreciate communication with your Mid-Atlantic division president, Lori Raya, as I have observed similar issues with store management in the past. I await your prompt response.

I purchased $50 worth of Apple Music gift cards, but when I attempted to redeem them at home, I encountered an error stating they were unusable. Initially, I believed this was an issue on Apple's end, only to discover they required activation. Despite being told they were activated, they still couldn't be utilized. The repeated unavailability of certain items, like gallons of iced tea, while others are in stock is disappointing. In contrast, stores like Meijer consistently maintain stocked shelves and provide a satisfactory shopping experience. I have decided to patronize Meijer instead of your Auburn store due to these ongoing issues. I urge you to consider closing down the store and let a more reputable retailer take over to improve customer satisfaction.

I placed an order yesterday, and after receiving a text four hours later that it was ready, I went to pick it up. To my surprise, I was told I had to come back the next day. The staff claimed they had spoken with me, which never happened. They then informed me that my order wasn't even prepared yet and gave me three options: pick up later, return the next day, or cancel. I decided to come back later as a resolution. When I called, another staff member said I couldn't retrieve my order later and accused her colleague of lying. This situation is disappointing as the food was meant for my children.

I shop at the Fry's store on Hayden Rd. and Thompson Peak Parkway in Scottsdale. When I use my Fry's Shoppers Card at the Circle K gas station, I normally get a discount on my gas. However, the discount hasn't been working at the station on Scottsdale Rd. and Grayhawk Dr. for the past few months. After speaking with customer service at Fry's, they advised me to inquire at the Circle K store. The staff at Circle K mentioned there is a system glitch at their station and that they have already reported it, but have not received a response yet. I believe if Fry's reached out to Circle K regarding this issue, it could be resolved promptly. Many customers, including myself, have been missing out on this discount for a couple of months now and it would be great to see a resolution soon.

I recently created my new Kroger account online, linked my email and subscribed to the 30-day BOOST trial. However, I got unexpectedly logged out of the app after only 3 minutes of use. Fast forward to March 12, [redacted], when I recreated my account and signed up for the BOOST trial again successfully. Everything seemed fine until I noticed a $12.99 charge attempt from BOOST on my bank account, even though my payment isn't due until April 11, [redacted]. I contacted customer service through the in-app chat, but the representative's responses were confusing and unhelpful, which left me feeling uneasy. I have screenshots of the chat and payment information to support my concerns. Please stop the debit attempts on my bank account as I shouldn't be charged for a service I couldn't use or cancel due to technical issues.

I recently bought garlic bread from the Kroger in Dayton on Woodman Drive. After getting home, I noticed the ingredients listed it contains a bioengineered food product but didn't specify what it was. It would be helpful if Kroger could provide more detailed information about bioengineered food products to avoid any confusion for customers. I was unable to use the garlic bread because of this lack of information. It would be beneficial for customers if Kroger could label all products made at the deli with clear ingredient information rather than just listing them as bioengineered.

I am Amanda, and I frequently shop at Kroger's. Tonight, I visited the Kroger store in Dunbar, West Virginia, where I encountered an issue. Although I understand Smith's policy of no return without a receipt, I hope an exception can be considered since the receipt is likely in another state due to extreme weather conditions. I am requesting a refund for transactions made on my Health Savings Credit Card on March 3, [redacted], at Kroger [redacted] Pharmacy. I have been a loyal customer at Kroger in Lancaster, Ohio for years. Recently, I've had a difficult experience with an employee named Tina, who has been following me around and acting as if I am stealing. I prefer to use self-checkout due to a germ issue and to make things easier for myself and the staff, but Tina seems to have a problem with it. Despite never having stolen anything in my life, Tina's behavior has made me uncomfortable and upset. I even spoke to a manager named Jason about the situation, hoping for a resolution. However, when I returned and encountered Tina again, she continued to monitor me closely and even laughed off my concerns. This interaction left me feeling humiliated and disrespected, as other employees joined in on making me feel unwelcome.
