Today, I discovered that the flight has been disrupted or changed according to Saudi Airlines, but I was not informed by Kiwi.com. With such short notice, this situation has caused me inconvenience. My past experiences with Kiwi.com have unfortunately resulted in losses. Your lack of communication regarding flight disruptions reflects poorly on your professionalism. Flight cancellations not only impact the affected flight but also all related connections, leading to significant passenger inconvenience. Please confirm the checked baggage allowance for my wife and me (Richard Postlewaite/booking #[redacted]93) traveling from Vienna, Austria to BGY Milan and then on to Sucevea, Romania on September 9, [redacted]. I am receiving conflicting information on the website regarding the baggage policy for our flights. Our itinerary includes a departure from BGY Milan to Suceava on Ryanair (Flight FR214) at 14:05 on September 8 and a subsequent flight from BGY Milan to Suceava at 21:10 with Wizz Air Malta on the same day. I am experiencing the same issue with a locked price. When attempting to make the final payment from the email provided or through my kiwi.com account, I encounter an error where the locked price is not linked correctly. Despite the flights being visible in the locked price section, I am unable to proceed with the payment. It appears that the problem may stem from making the reservation on AirAsia's page managed by kiwi.com. Although the reservation is linked to both the AirAsia and kiwi.com accounts with the same email for some purposes, it seems there is a disconnect for the final payment. Contacting kiwi.com's customer service by phone has been unhelpful, leading me to consider legal action.

Today, on 05.09, I didn't board the flight to Alicante due to baggage issues. I quickly bought a new ticket since rebooking was much more expensive. After 15 minutes, I realized I had purchased a ticket for 07.10 instead of 07.09, so I promptly canceled the reservation. Kiwi refunded me only 44 zł. Despite purchasing Kiwi's guarantee, I did not receive the full amount of [redacted].56 zł. I want a full refund, especially as I bought a new reservation for tomorrow. I am going on vacation and everything is paid for, including the return to Poland.

During the payment process, I encountered an issue where the system indicated the payment was unsuccessful, but it was actually processed and deducted from my bank account. Hello, I recently booked a flight with your company from Edinburgh to Malaga, Spain. However, I received a last-minute message that our flight from Edinburgh to Belfast was canceled. Although we were rebooked on the next flight to Belfast at 10am by EasyJet, this means we will miss our connection to Malaga with Ryanair. I had a booking with Kiwi to fly Wizzair from Milan to London Gatwick, but the flight was cancelled last minute. Wizzair couldn't assist, telling me to resolve it and claim. Kiwi initially refused my refund but later admitted fault and promised a refund, removing the booking from their site. However, I can no longer check the refund status or view our conversations. Kiwi lacks contact information, making it difficult to follow up. I'm seeking assistance in obtaining my refund.

For processing fees based on the service package, €30 has suddenly been added? Do I have to let you handle the boarding pass for Vueling, or is it better for me to do it myself? You mention that if I don't have a boarding pass, I will be refunded by submitting a receipt... that seems a bit odd! I want them 48 hours in advance; if that's not certain, I'll withdraw my request. Hello, I am writing on behalf of the passenger, Gillianno Soekirin Wangsadikrama, to seek a refund for the unused connecting flight from Atlanta to Sint Maarten. The booking number for this flight is [redacted], the ticket number is [redacted][redacted], and the flight number is DL1894. Our original booking was made on September 17, [redacted], through the kiwi.com website. Due to Hurricane Lee approaching the Caribbean Sea, we rescheduled the ticket to ensure the safety of our crew. The rescheduling was done on September 14, [redacted]. However, Gillianno received an email from Delta Airlines in Bermuda stating that the upcoming flight was canceled. He proceeded to rebook his own ticket for a one-way BDA-JFK flight on September 15 via Delta Airlines without informing us, which we believe should have been communicated directly to kiwi.com. Subsequently, on September 15, due to multiple delays by Delta Airlines caused by Hurricane Lee, Gillianno had to rebook the ticket directly with Delta Airlines for a BDA-ATL flight on September 16 (compensated from the old booking) and ATL-SXM flight (paid for out of pocket). Additionally, please confirm if the flight from Sint Maarten to Suriname on October 3 remains unchanged. I trust the provided information is adequate for the refund request. I received notification that my chargeback request with Westpac was denied, and I understand that your policy states there are no refunds for this type of ticket. On the day of my flight cancellation due to weather conditions and Swiss Port's involvement with stranded passengers, there was confusion with my booking by a Swiss Port employee, resulting in a disciplinary warning for that individual. I am a retired butcher now running an OP Shop for our local church, where we rarely enforce a no-refund policy to protect against misuse, evaluating each situation individually. Although AirNZ has refunded Kiwi.com for the tickets and they were canceled shortly after purchase, I believe my case warrants a review based on the circumstances and lack of malicious intent. I had hoped for understanding and compassion from Kiwi.com considering the unusual circumstances surrounding my booking. My disappointment with the customer service experience has led me to share my story on social media, where I have found others who have faced similar issues with Kiwi.com. I booked tickets from Venice to London on October 27, [redacted], using Kiwi.com for the Ryanair Flight (0[redacted]) and paid a £56 booking fee. I recently made a reservation for a trip from Dubai to Lagos through Kiwi.com with Rwanda Air. I booked a two-way trip, from Dubai to Kigali, then Kigali to Lagos, with the return from Lagos to Dubai. After successfully booking, I received an email a few days later informing me that my ticket had been canceled. Rwanda Air contacted me to assure a full refund. Today, on 20th September, I called to inquire about the refund. My reservation numbers and e-ticket number are [redacted] (Mr. GA Adedoyin). I want to clarify that the airline canceled my trip, not me. I am expecting a full refund promptly so I can make alternative arrangements.
