On August 10th, Mr. Rubén Eulogio Aguilar Calderon and Ms. Haydee Loor Valero were unable to board a flight from Lima, Peru to San Salvador due to visa issues at the Costa Rica airport. Despite attempts to contact KIWI on the same day and the following day, no resolution was reached.
We kindly request assistance in reviewing our case and arranging a refund for the unused tickets.

On August 10th, we had to take a flight from Lima, Peru to San Salvador with reservation number [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] under the names of Mr. Rubén Eulogio Aguilar Calderon and Mrs. Haydee Loor Valero.
We were unable to board the flight as we were not allowed on the plane from Peru. We were told we needed a visa to be in the airport in Costa Rica, something we did not see on your website.
On the same day, we tried to contact you to resolve this issue, but it was not possible. The next day, we tried again to no avail.
All we want is for you to assist us. Please look into our case and kindly refund us the money.

I am requesting a full refund due to a recent flight issue. My booking from Madrid to Beirut with a layover in Athens was impacted by a cancellation error on your part. While other passengers with the same itinerary were unaffected, we were not notified about the cancellation of our Madrid to Athens flight. This greatly inconvenienced us, especially considering the critical health condition of my husband's father. Despite being informed of a delay in the second leg of the flight from Athens to Beirut, we were not given alternative options after the initial cancellation. This oversight has resulted in extra costs for hotels and last-minute changes to our plans. I kindly ask for a refund for all the flights booked through Kiwi and for further compensation for the trouble and financial burden we have encountered.

Bonjour, Le 25 et 26 juillet, j'avais un voyage de Sao Paulo à Genève avec une escale à Lisbonne. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu embarquer car mon passeport suisse avait expiré. J'ai été informé que les Suisses étaient autorisés à entrer au Portugal jusqu'à 5 ans après la date d'expiration du passeport. Cependant, la police fédérale du Brésil ne m'a pas laissé passer. J'ai contacté Kiwi.com pour résoudre le problème, mais les réponses n'étaient pas pertinentes. J'ai dû refaire un passeport provisoire à l'ambassade pour quitter le Brésil. J'ai trouvé un vol une semaine plus tard de Campinas à Paris avec la compagnie Azul. Maintenant, je suis à Genève et je souhaite obtenir un remboursement pour les vols GRU-LIS et LIS-GVA. Kiwi.com dit que les vols ont eu lieu, mais je les ai ratés. J'avais souscrit un service de vol manqué avec AXA et Air Help via Kiwi.com. I am having trouble verifying my identity on the Ryanair website for my flight from Cork to Santander on August 23rd. I booked the flight through Kiwi, but Ryanair is unable to locate the Reservation Code provided by them. I'm uncertain if the flight reservation was completed despite being charged on my bank card. I had a troubling experience with Kiwi.com. I hold an Indian passport and when booking my trip to New York, they issued separate tickets: one from my origin to Budapest, then to Milan, and finally to New York. This itinerary required a Schengen visa for airport transfers. After paying $[redacted], they promptly charged my card but delayed sending the ticket for almost a day. I spotted the problem upon receipt and swiftly canceled within the 24-hour window. Although the regulations entitle me to a full refund, I only received $10 back.

I recently spent an hour picking out a flight, securing the price, and completing the form. When I reached the ticket type selection, I had a question and clicked on "contact us" for help. A booking number was required to call, but I didn't have one yet. Upon returning to finish, everything was lost - my trip wasn't saved, and the price I had was gone. I followed the instructions on your site, yet lost what I had filled out and the price I was quoted. Please help me retrieve my reservation for the quoted price.
The trip is for two tickets on Frontier Airlines from SNA to Dallas at 4:17 pm non-stop on December 9, returning on December 14 at 10:20 am with a layover in Las Vegas before arriving at SNA, priced at $[redacted] each. I didn't reach the credit card section. In fact, this was my second attempt after the initial tickets were priced at $78 each. I have recently booked 4 flights through Kiwi.com. However, when trying to verify my identity with Ryanair for each flight, I encountered an issue. It appears that Kiwi.com may have entered my name incorrectly, preventing me from moving forward with the verification process. Despite attempting to contact Kiwi.com for assistance, I discovered that my booking was not registered under my Kiwi.com account, making it challenging to get in touch with their customer service team. As a result, I am unable to verify my identity, check in for my flights, and faced with the possibility of incurring a fee for not completing these steps within 14 days of departure.

I booked flights for my family members Ellen Mueller, Adam Sylvester Austen, Luna Georgi, and Joerg Georgi on July 5th. I transferred 1.[redacted],00 € to Kiwi´s bank account, but I have not received an email confirmation or a booking reference number. I cannot find our bookings on the Kiwi App or website. Today, I was trying to book flights to Vietnam and found deals on kiwi.com. I decided to lock in the price and paid for it. The flight was canceled, and the available alternatives were pricier. I noticed that €[redacted] was deducted from my credit card, and a credit was issued instead. Yesterday, I locked in a price to reserve round trip flights for my partner and myself. I needed to confirm the timing of the trip with our ride before finalizing the booking. However, when I tried to complete the transaction, I encountered issues. On my tablet, I saw a loading screen, and on my phone, I had to input all the passengers' information and my credit card details only to be told the booking couldn't be completed at that time. I wanted to share that I've reserved a flight from MLA to BER for September 1st departing at 9:30 AM. I used Revolut for payment and have a screenshot of the transaction. The payment was processed on August 24th at 10:32 AM CET by Kiwi.com s.r.o. I paid [redacted] euros but haven't received a confirmation by email or phone.

At the time of the booking I made, there was no mention of a Ryanair verification process. I mistakenly created an account for my friend using my ex's information to purchase his ticket. My friend, registered as D.T. under the EU temporary protection directive after fleeing the Ukraine invasion with me, needs to return to Moldova due to a health issue. Unfortunately, as a refugee, he is unable to afford the 55 euro fee required by Ryanair as he opted for the cheapest flight available through Kiwi. I am requesting the airline reservation code so he can proceed with check-in and provide necessary documents. It is clear now that using Kiwi was not the best choice. I feel the 10 euro discount was misleading, and the lack of direct communication via email regarding important details about the flight has been a letdown. The urgency lies in the fact that the flight is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon from Spain to Italy, and if we cannot resolve this issue promptly, my friend will have no choice but to remain stranded in Spain. I entered his email as [redacted], but due to his limited literacy skills and challenging life circumstances, he has not received the expected boarding information.

Good afternoon. I used Kiwi as a third-party agency for my Ryanair flights. The purchase has been completed, and I received the reservation numbers via email. However, when I try to access my booking on the Ryanair app, nothing happens. The app indicates in small yellow text that it was booked through a third party and needs verification. Even after verifying three times, the issue persists.

I secured a price lock with Kiwi.com for a Bali trip on Aug 24, [redacted], at 9:30 PM. Unfortunately, I fell ill with symptoms similar to otolithiasis and need to see a doctor urgently. The price lock is set to expire in 5 hours. I contacted the hotline (+[redacted]38) provided in the confirmation email, and was informed by the representative that the 10% deposit is non-refundable and cannot be postponed.
