I reserved a Ryanair flight (FR7354) from Dublin to Chania on July 1st, [redacted]. Despite having booking number [redacted]84, I couldn't check in online. I had to check in at the airport, incurring a €55.00 fee, which should be refunded by Kiwi.Com (receipt: HJ4J3D-02). I've attempted to reach Kiwi.com without success.

My booking number is [redacted]. Lynx airline abruptly canceled my flight on July 15, [redacted], at 12:05 am due to a crew shortage. Unfortunately, neither Lynx nor kiwi.com provided any guidance on the next steps. After spending 9 hours at the airport trying to reach them with no success, I am currently on hold with kiwi.com since the flight cancellation. Instead of rescheduling, they are insisting I pay for a new flight. The customer service has been unhelpful, with their only response being apologies. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience, as I have wasted both money and time. Kindly process a refund for the canceled flight.

Hello, Yesterday (07/16/[redacted]), I attempted to make a flight reservation from Dortmund, Germany to Porto, Portugal. Unfortunately, I mistakenly booked a flight with a stopover in London (Booking Reference: [redacted]3/KW1_[redacted]12) instead of a direct flight. Initially, I tried to cancel the booking, but was informed that cancellation was not an option. Subsequently, I tried to rebook for the direct flight, which proved unsuccessful due to the ongoing refund process for my original booking, which I believed had been completed in your response. When contacting your customer service via phone, I provided the booking number mentioned above only to be told that it does not correspond to an existing booking. I am now unsure of how to proceed in this situation.

Our trip from Catania, flight number SWB15R and NKP56N, has been shifted last minute to Palermo, which is a 3-hour drive away. The email arrived at 8:17 a.m., but the flight departed at 9:55 a.m., making it impossible to reach Palermo on time. Hello, I made a mistake when booking a flight from Santa Cruz (VVI), Bolivia, to Montreal, Canada, for 03/09/[redacted]. I wanted to book it for October instead. Hello, I had a flight scheduled from Istanbul to Malta, but upon arrival, I was denied entry. During check-in, I provided all the details about my visa and temporary/permanent EU permits as requested. The permit I had should have allowed me to travel within the EU, so it was surprising that the airline accepted it initially and then I was sent back upon arrival. Airlines should be more precise in their checks, which is why we are asked for certain details during check-in. Could you please advise me on how to obtain a refund as this situation was clearly not our fault?

I made a flight reservation via Kiwi.com for a Spicejet flight from Kolkata to Delhi with booking number [redacted]03. I received a confirmation from Spicejet for a flight on 16th August at 15:25 with PNR number CF35PQ. However, upon checking the flight details on Spicejet's manage my booking site, I noticed the flight time has been changed to 22:20 and the flight number is now SG8265 instead of SG8264. This 7-hour delay greatly affects my travel plans. I urge for a resolution to ensure I can stick to my original flight schedule promptly.

I recently received a message from Kiwi.com informing me that they received a partial refund from the carrier for a flight I booked for another person, Ms. Asmita Damania. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the flight details to request the refund as I cannot contact Asmita. The booking number is [redacted]41 for a flight from Bangkok, Thailand to Christchurch, New Zealand on December 3 or 4, [redacted]. Asmita was unable to make that flight. The payment was made using my visa card ending in [redacted]. I kindly request that the refund be credited back to my visa card. Please let me know if you need any more information. A ticket was booked for me today at 18:00 UTC +2 from Athens to Catania by a friend. The money was deducted from her account, but neither of us received any confirmation via email or SMS, and the booking does not appear in the "My Trips" section on the website. I recently canceled my flight and received a refund of 618php on my Kiwi Credit. I had expected to receive half of the amount I paid for the flight, which was php57k. I am reaching out to request an increase in the refund amount due to unforeseen circumstances. I needed to cancel my flight as there was a risky situation involving a layover at San Francisco airport. I tried to secure an expedited transit visa for my connecting flight to Canada for my studies, but was advised by the US embassy that it may not be processed in time for my flight on August 30.
