Hello, I urgently need a refund or a ticket change to travel to Göteborg quickly. I just found out my sister has passed away, and I need to get to Sweden as soon as possible. It would greatly help if I could either change or refund the tickets I have scheduled for the 27th to be able to reach Göteborg urgently. This news was extremely shocking, and I must be in Sweden during this time. Please do your best to assist me in this matter. I hope to hear from you soon.

I recently booked flights with my friends. When trying to confirm our bookings with Ryanair using our PNR numbers, only 2 of us were successfully confirmed. However, my friend Isabelle Astrid Ashdown Brändström's PNR number did not match her name. Her PNR number is KJGVJA. I kindly request assistance in locating her booking and ensuring all details are correct. It would be greatly appreciated if you could contact Ryanair on our behalf to rectify any discrepancies and ensure a smooth trip for all of us.

We, a group of 7 customers, are traveling from Bangkok to Narita Airport with a layover in Ho Chi Minh City (HCM) on July 27, [redacted]. Our booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. Recently, we learned that we need to collect and recheck our luggage at HCM Airport for the Japan flight. Additionally, a visa check is required at HCM immigration and security. The VietJet Counter for our Narita flight (VJ822) closes at 22.30, while our arrival time at HCM Airport is 21.25 via VJ806. This timing leaves us unsure if we can make it for the luggage recheck at the Counter. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Dear Customer Service Representative, On June 6, [redacted], my travel companion Christine Astor and I, André Rozanski, were provided with a replacement flight by Kiwi Airlines from Funchal to Berlin due to a canceled flight on June 5, [redacted]. To reach our original destination, Cologne, we had to additionally book FlixBus tickets from Berlin to Leipzig and Leipzig to Cologne. Although these connections were included in the rebooking cost, we were unable to use them due to an overnight layover in Mallorca. Consequently, we had to personally arrange for a rental car from Berlin to Cologne. Therefore, we are requesting a refund for the unused FlixBus tickets to help alleviate part of the additional expenses incurred. These costs stem from the flight delay of half a day. I recently purchased tickets for my friends on Turkish Airlines from Istanbul to Antalya for the 30th of May. After making the payment and receiving confirmation from my bank, I encountered a system error. Although the funds were debited for the amount of 73 €, the first payment did not reflect in the system, leading me to make a second payment for the same amount to secure the tickets. I have proof from my bank showing the double withdrawal of the funds. I kindly request a refund for the initial payment that was not credited due to the system error. I made a typo in my email address when booking my flight, and now I am not receiving the confirmation email. The correct email address should be [redacted] I saw the text message with the wrong email and am unable to access my reservation. The correct email address should be updated in the system.

Good afternoon, I am José Ángel Matilla. I experienced an issue with the flights I booked through Kiwi. The flights were with Ryanair, with a layover covered by Kiwi.com's guarantee. The booking number is [redacted]25 and the flight numbers are FR8408 from WRO at 15:30 to STN at 16:40, and FR5996 from 18:25 to 21:55. The first flight arrived late in London. When I tried to check in, I was directed to Customer Service. Despite not delaying, as soon as I exited, I picked up my luggage and headed to check in, but it was too late. Customer Service told me I was lucky as my second flight had been delayed and asked me to pay 55 pounds for check-in, suggesting I complain later as there was no time. The second flight ended up being delayed by two hours. I would like a refund of that charge (preferably in euros), although it seems insufficient compensation for the stress endured. Dear Kiwi Team, I missed my flight from Vienna to Lisbon on Sunday, July 2nd at 8 am due to a breakdown of my car on the way to the airport. Since I didn't purchase any insurances, I assume the flight is non-refundable. However, I am wondering if I can still use the return flight (booked through Kiwi with Ryanair) even though I missed the initial flight. Hello, we bought tickets from BCN to Abu Dhabi, but we were given a boarding pass from BCN to Rome. They informed us that we needed to collect a pass from the counter to travel to Abu Dhabi. Just 20 minutes before departure, they provided the boarding pass. We missed our flight because we couldn't reach the gate in the large Rome Airport within the short timeframe. Whose mistake is this? Can you please assist me? I am very upset as no one can make it to the gate in 20 minutes due to all the security checks we have to pass. How could they let this happen? It's truly heartbreaking for us.

Dear Kiwi, We have booked flights from Albania to Palma de Mallorca with both Albawings and Ryanair under booking number [redacted]18. Our travel itinerary involved a one-hour layover between the flights, which we found challenging as we were not aware that Kiwi does not provide rebooking options in case of flight delays within such a short timeframe. Yesterday, we experienced significant delays without receiving proper notifications from Kiwi, contrary to the expected communication process. We believe we should be compensated for the lack of information and the undisclosed rebooking policy concerning short layovers. This critical detail was not mentioned on the website, leading to unforeseen complications during our journey. I recently purchased three tickets from Iasi, Romania to Dublin, Ireland through Kiwi.com. Unfortunately, there was a typo in my email address. While the payment went through and I received an SMS confirmation from Kiwi, I have not been able to access my flight details through my Kiwi account. My Kiwi reference number is [redacted]76 and the incorrect email is [redacted] instead of @gmail.com. The flight is scheduled for tomorrow, July 5, [redacted], at 18:10. I would appreciate your assistance in rectifying this issue with my tickets.

Hi there, I was scheduled to fly from Miami to LGA, then to Oslo, and finally to Helsinki, Finland on May 8, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I was hospitalized on that day and couldn't make the flight. Hello kiwi.com, I am still waiting for my refund to be processed back to my credit card. I have been requesting this since my ticket was canceled on June 16, [redacted]. It is now July 5 and I have not received the refund yet. I want to clarify that I do not want a credit for future purchases, I specifically requested a refund to be credited back to my credit card. I value my freedom of choice in selecting which company to purchase tickets from and do not wish to be compelled to utilize a credit with your company. I recently booked and paid for my flight from Dublin to Athens with three stops. After paying for a transformation, I received an email stating that I needed to complete an identification process to avoid additional charges at the airport check-in. Following the process, I was assured that I would not be charged and could check in online. However, a subsequent email instructed me to check in at the airport instead. Can anyone offer assistance with this issue?

I purchased an Air Peace flight ticket to travel from Abuja to Benin City on 14/07/23 and back to Abuja on the 17/07/23 through your company.
