I had booked a flight with kiwi.com from Halifax, Florida, on June 2 to return on June 6. When I arrived at the airport for my return flight, I was informed that it had been canceled. I did not cancel the flight, and I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline to get home that night. This situation caused me a lot of stress, anxiety, and additional expenses. I am requesting a refund for my ticket as I paid for a nonexistent flight. I have noticed similar complaints in reviews about this situation happening frequently. I purchased a ticket from Bangkok to Laos through Kiwi, but Thai AirAsia did not issue me a boarding pass. They mentioned I bought online through a third-party and would not let me board. When I insisted that my booking reference was not in their system, they acknowledged it was there but still refused me. I am disappointed with the wasted time and money. Please refund me and cover my hotel expenses. Failure to do so will result in legal action, including pursuing the matter in a Singapore court. I anticipate your prompt response and resolution. I am facing a situation at London Gatwick airport due to a disrupted journey from Chicago O’Hare to Athens via Reykjavik and London. I've been in contact with the online helpdesk since last night, and unfortunately, the response time has been extremely slow. This matter is time-sensitive as I risk losing over $[redacted] due to a website glitch preventing me from purchasing at the locked price. I have shopped on your website previously, so this current experience is quite concerning. Despite attempting on both Chrome and Safari, as well as on my phone, the purchase button continuously refreshes without processing the transaction. My card has worked for a $30 payment before, and I have successfully made other significant online purchases with it, so the issue seems to be with the website. It's crucial to resolve this swiftly as the locked price expires at 2 pm. I have tried different cards, but the same refreshing issue persists. If this problem remains unresolved, I would appreciate a $30 refund and assistance covering the cost difference for an alternative flight.

I am booking two separate flights from Edinburgh to Birmingham via Dublin on Ryanair. The quoted price for each flight is £37. When selecting the saver option, the total price should be £73 as expected. However, after proceeding to select seats, I am being charged an additional amount, resulting in a new total of £[redacted].20. The breakdown of the charges is as follows: 2 passengers (£73), seat selection from EDI to DUB (£40.73), seat selection from DUB to BHX (£38.47), and free auto check-in. Can someone please explain why the total price has suddenly doubled from the original £73 to £[redacted].20 on the booking page?

We reserved our Jayapura to Kuala Lumpur flights through Kiwi.com. The trip required a layover in Makassar for about 3 hours. Nevertheless, Kiwi.com updated our booking, presenting a new flight from Makassar to Kuala Lumpur, departing 20 hours later than our original flight. This new flight was operated by AirAsia. Upon contacting AirAsia, they verified that the original flight was indeed canceled. AirAsia agreed to provide a refund, advising us to request Kiwi.com to start the refund process with AirAsia. Sadly, Kiwi's customer support has been unresponsive to my attempts to contact them. I seek guidance on how to proceed in this situation.

Hello, I had made a booking for my upcoming trip quite some time back. As the departure date approaches, I decided to review all the details. I had made payments for checked baggage weighing 15kg for all segments of my trip.
