During my time as a member of IMDB, I have rated numerous movies. Recently, I discovered the 'share' rating option but find it daunting to share each rating individually. Is there a way to share all my ratings at once on the platform?
Additionally, I struggled to locate a method to send feedback on the website. It was perplexing to not find a contact form under the section labeled C.O.N.T.A.C.T. It's disappointing that the designated contact area lacks a viable way to provide feedback. I am considering switching to Rotten Tomatoes due to their better feedback mechanisms.

Hello,
I recently noticed a fraudulent charge on my debit card for an IMDbpro annual membership that I did not subscribe to. On 28/11/[redacted], an amount equivalent to USD149.99 was debited from my bank account in naira. I have spoken to my bank and they advised me to contact IMDbpro to cancel the membership and request a refund of the equivalent amount in naira back to my account. I have no interest in the IMDbpro membership.

Hello, I have been struggling to have a credit removed from IMDB that is hindering my job search as I am no longer acting. The credit describes me as an ORGY/ LESBIAN when I was just a BACKGROUND player with no lines. I appeared fully clothed in the background with other actors and don't want this misinformation affecting my job prospects. I kindly request IMDB to remove or change this credit to BACKGROUND PLAYER. I created a documentary named "Slater vs Slater" that delves into the lawsuit involving Tom Slater and his son, Christian Slater. I paid the Sundance Film Festival entry fee through my co-producer and cameraman. Unfortunately, we had a falling out, leading to a concerning situation where he attempted to take advantage of my elderly friend and even tried to claim my power of attorney. This individual, Christopher Furner, who has been homeless in LA for 6 years, operates two iTunes U channels where he maliciously defamed me. He falsely stated that "Karin Von Watteville was fired from Slater vs Slater," a claim I need to have retracted. As the rightful owner of the documentary, I am considering legal action to rectify this situation and ensure the truth is upheld.

I am frustrated. I initially signed up for IMDBPro using my acting account under the name "Ivanhoe Aurelio," but my membership expired due to a change in billing information. When attempting to renew, I was required to link it to my Amazon account, which has a different email address. This was not necessary during my initial sign-up.
After using my Amazon account, IMDBPro is now associated with my crew account "Ivanhoe A. Gadpaille," which was not my intention. I do not wish to create a separate Amazon account or have two separate IMDBPro memberships. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to cancel everything.
I am disappointed that there is no direct phone support available as emailing back and forth is not efficient. I await your response.

I recently reactivated my dormant account. As an Amazon Prime member, I logged in using that account. However, since this platform is for entertainment professionals to connect, I needed to update my email address. I have tried reaching out multiple times via email for assistance with no response. I have decided to cancel my account and request a refund due to the lack of support despite my repeated attempts to contact them.

I am facing issues with accessing my IMDB Pro account. After changing my Amazon.com email, the old email is still linked to my account, which I can no longer access. Despite reaching out for help through the help menu and sending multiple emails, I have received no response. Even after being charged for another year, I am still unable to access my account settings. I am correctly logged in to Amazon with the updated email, but IMDB continues to prompt me to confirm the old email address by clicking a link in a confirmation email I cannot access.

Despite paying substantial amounts to them, I have not received the services expected, resulting in missed job opportunities and decreased communication. It is crucial that I receive reimbursement for the period during which services were not provided as initially paid for. Moreover, I possess evidence, in the form of photocopies, confirming my information was previously on their platform and should be reinstated promptly. I need help using IMDb properly. I set up a watch list for "Escape to the Country" (UK based), but when I click on it, I only see information about the show and no option to watch. I've tried looking through the different seasons and episodes, but still can't find the "Watch Now" prompt. The same issue occurs with the series "Escape to the Chateau". It's frustrating when IMDb lists these shows in my watchlist, but I can't access them. Any advice would be appreciated.

I have sent multiple emails seeking assistance with my photo and profile, but haven't received any responses. It seems that my email requests have been censored with **, which is not transparent to other users needing help. Despite being told that my issue is being worked on, it has not been resolved after several days of seeking help. The lack of progress contradicts the claims that the matter is being addressed. I need assistance with adding a photo to my father's IMDb page. The page features my biography of Salvo D'Angelo, who was an Italian film producer. I want to upload his picture, but IMDb requires a subscription to do so, which seems unreasonable to me. I have successfully added the same photo to Wikipedia without any payment.
