How to Cancel Your IMDbPro Membership and Get A Refund

To cancel your membership with IMDbPro from your computer, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on the IMDb website.
2. Go to the "Cancel Membership" page.
3. Under the "Account Settings" click "Cancel My Membership."

Another way to cancel your account with IMDb is by selecting "Cancel" found at the bottom of each page when you are logged in to your account. You will be taken to the "Cancel Membership" page. Select the "Continue To Cancel" until you get to "provide feedback." Once there, complete the cancellation by selecting "Confirm Cancellation." Until your membership period ends, you can still access IMDbPro.

Note: At this time, you cannot cancel your IMDb account using a mobile app.

Free Trial Period

IMDb sometimes has a free trial period that you can sign up for with a credit or debit card if you are a first-time user. Your card will not be charged during the trial period, but it is required to verify your identity to avoid people signing up for multiple free trial membership accounts. You can cancel your membership anytime during the trial period, and your credit card won't be charged. You will have access to your IMDbPro account throughout the free trial period. However, if you decide to continue your membership for IMDbPro, do nothing and you will automatically be billed for the level you selected when the trial period ends.

• The cardholders name as it appears on your credit card
• The type of card you used to pay i.e. MasterCard, Visa, and American Express
• The credit card's last four digits
• Your credit card's expiration date
• Your billing address zip code (the address where your credit card statements are mailed to)
• The date you were charged
• The charge amount

Ending Your Membership

Once you cancel your IMDbPro membership, the information below will be removed automatically from your page:

• Any demo reels and photos uploaded while you were an IMDbPro member
• "Known For" titles will be reverted back to the IMDb algorithm
• Unverified credits that were added via IMDbPro
• A set Vanity URL won't function any longer
• Additional information, such as the Guild Affiliations and the Performer Profile added via IMDbPro.

Note: Cancelling your membership will not affect your verified IMDb filmography. However, if your page doesn't have verified filmography credits when you cancel your membership, it will be removed. If in the future you decide to renew your membership, your information is restored within 24 hours.
