Unfortunately, I hadn't actually linked my account with Facebook; I had just given them my Facebook ID. Now, they send the reset link to that Facebook ID. I need assistance in obtaining the link Instagram sent to my Facebook ID so I can reset my account. It's crucial to me that I regain access as there's a risk of misuse if someone else gains control.
