I need help accessing my Instagram account. Previously, I didn't link a phone number but used my Facebook ID for password recovery. Now, I've forgotten my password. When I try to recover the account, Instagram asks for either an email or phone number. After providing my email, I can see my account, but the recovery option they offer is to send a link to the ID I provided, which is my Facebook ID. Unfortunately, I hadn't actually linked my account with Facebook; I had just given them my Facebook ID. Now, they send the reset link to that Facebook ID. I need assistance in obtaining the link Instagram sent to my Facebook ID so I can reset my account. It's crucial to me that I regain access as there's a risk of misuse if someone else gains control. I'm unable to log in to my Instagram account. Every time I try, it gives me an error message saying, "Sorry, there was a problem with your request." I have attempted to log in using my phone number, username, email, and even Facebook, but when using Facebook, it only loads and never opens. This issue has persisted for a few days now. I disabled my account and accessed it through the website, where it seems to be working as my friend logged in successfully on my behalf. I have reset my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, but I still can't log in. Even after deleting the app when it was malfunctioning, I can't regain access. I also tried logging into my other account with no success. My account that's having trouble is @_theonegabby_, and my other account is @queensfinstajr.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Instagram account. After getting a new phone, I was logged out of my account. I am unable to log back in as it requires a 6-digit recovery code that I am not receiving on my phone number. Unfortunately, I did not save the backup recovery codes as my old phone was reset. Despite attempting to reset my password, I am still prompted for the 6-digit code. Hello, my account was hacked in [redacted], and six months' worth of photos were deleted before I could regain access. These photos are very sentimental to me and my family, as they documented my last pregnancy, including progress and newborn pictures, as well as my son's first Christmas. I was recently informed that I won't be able to have more children, making these memories even more precious. Unfortunately, I cannot provide specific dates for the lost photos. They were also removed from my Facebook account, as it is linked to Instagram where I primarily share them. I've been trying to reach out to Instagram for over 18 months without any response. I am devastated as the device where the photos were uploaded from no longer exists. I remember the account name it was changed to briefly during the hack, "Gaynda boys school," and even reached out to the school with no luck. Finally, I have been using my Instagram account over the years. My account username is aafii_sahana. I added an authentication code on March 17, using the number [redacted]. Later, I changed to using the Duo app for authentication. Unfortunately, my phone got formatted, and I lost the authentication code saved in my gallery. I am unable to retrieve the code now. The device I used to log into my Instagram account, [redacted], is a Lenovo P2a42. I have provided all these details in my previous emails, but I have not received a response. I solely promote art and positivity, supporting artists without infringing on rights. I request the reinstatement of my account, which has nearly 200k followers, as losing everything has been disheartening. A few years ago, around my graduation, between 3 and 4 in the afternoon, I encountered an issue accessing my account that I had put a lot of effort into building a following of over a thousand followers on. Despite trying multiple times to recover access to my account, I was unable to and did not receive any responses. I did not engage in any offensive activities on the account, so I am unsure why it may have been deleted. I suspect that an old friend may have deliberately deleted my account, even though I never shared my password, only stored it in the notes on my phone at that time.

Hello,
Today, when I opened my Instagram app to check my account *rawadalhajj5*, I received a notification saying "you have been logged out." Since then, I can't find my account in the search results, and my friends are also unable to locate my username. When I try to access my account, it shows "no posts yet" and keeps loading on the follow button. Additionally, I cannot see my number of posts, followers, or following. I checked my email for any notifications from Instagram but found none. I am puzzled by the disappearance of my account. Although I forgot my Instagram password, I have access to the email linked to it. When I tried using the "forget password" and help options, they showed "no users found."
