My account was hacked, and the hacker replaced their email with mine. They changed my password and the linked phone number, locking me out. Since I didn't have an email linked or two-factor authentication set up, I couldn't recover my account fully, only up to my old phone number. I know the hacker's email linked to the account and have screenshots of their admission to hacking and threatening to sell my account unless I paid $[redacted]. I sent them a $[redacted] Google Play gift card which they claimed didn't work and used it anyway. They are still holding my account ransom, demanding another $25 gift card. I have screenshots as evidence of this incident, including when I was hacked and their pricing for my account.
