My professional Instagram account, @brandnameofficial, has been in use by one of my franchisees for years. However, I now wish to reclaim it as the page no longer represents all outlets as the franchisee operates only in the UK and US. The brand name is globally registered and owned by my company. I am content for the franchisee to use @brandnamelondon and @brandnamenewyork, but the official page must be managed by the parent company. Before considering legal action, I would like to understand the process with Instagram. Hello. Unfortunately, my Instagram account has been hacked. I am unsure how it occurred, but my private email and phone number were swiftly changed, leaving me helpless. This account holds 7-8 years worth of memories and personal content. The hacker is currently using my profile in Kimberly, USA, which is not where I reside; I live in Riga, Latvia, and Norway as I split my time between both countries. The email I used during registration is [redacted], and the phone number is +[redacted]5. Feeling overwhelmed, I can provide any necessary information. My account is under the handle @kavaljerka. The page appears deleted, but I believe it can be restored. I am willing to provide verification, such as videos or any other proof needed. Hello Instagram, I used my account a while back and set up two-factor authentication with the Duo app and backup codes, but unfortunately, I had to factory reset my phone and lost access to the authentication app and backup codes. Now, I can't log in because I no longer have the required backup codes or the 6-digit code. I last accessed my account around June, but I can't recall the exact date. I have been locked out of my app for two weeks now due to an account violation. My account was new as I had previously deleted my old one, so it might have been flagged for excessive following, even though I don't use bots. It's frustrating because all my followers are real. I've tried contacting Instagram but haven't received a response. Despite not knowing how to recover my account, I can still see my old profile when logging out of all accounts, so I believe it's not permanently lost. I've been unable to access my account since then, and I'm unsure why it was blocked. Whenever I attempt to log in with the correct details, I receive a message saying, "To secure your account, we've reset your password. Click 'Forgot password?' on the login screen and follow the instructions to access your account." Following these instructions leads me to a prompt stating, "We sent an email to a*******[redacted] with a link to regain access to your account." Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email. Hello, I'm Simona, and I use the Instagram handle @simonagol. I've been unable to access my account since yesterday due to a login issue. I have two-step verification enabled, but Instagram is prompting me to enter my number and a security code to sign in. The problem is that I've been receiving security codes from unfamiliar Dutch numbers, and I am hesitant to use them as I suspect they are not associated with Instagram. When I try to request a code via email, clicking the link to return to Instagram leads me back to the same white pop-up asking for a number and security code. I am looking to delete an old Instagram account that I made a while back. There is no content on the account, just a list of followers that I no longer interact with. Unfortunately, I can't recall the password to access the account and the password reset email isn't coming through to my inbox. I've made numerous attempts to resolve this issue but have yet to be successful. It's frustrating to see this inactive account still exist with followers, while my active account remains follower-free. Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. My [redacted] account was hacked, and a duplicate account, maureen_delaney_... was created. The hackers used the false account to send strange messages impersonating me to my friends on Instagram. Despite reporting the issue to Instagram yesterday, the fake account has not been taken down yet. Please remove the email address with the underscores as this violates the Personal Data Protection Regulation. I would appreciate confirmation of the removal of this account. Is there a way to track the location of this fraudulent account? The fact that they are using my photos and identity is unacceptable. Should I consider involving the police in this matter? I am dealing with an issue where someone is impersonating me on Instagram. Despite multiple attempts to contact Instagram, the problem remains unresolved. The fake account, with the username vani.panchariya77 and full name Vani.panchariya77, is still active and gaining followers rapidly. To make matters worse, my in-laws have been added to that account. My legitimate Instagram handle is vani.panchariya7, and my full name is Vani Sharma. I have even provided a photo of myself holding my legal ID as proof. I urgently need assistance with this matter. Thank you.

My account has been compromised, and I am being asked to change my password because it was allegedly shared. Firstly, my password was leaked through a hack some time ago, and I did not buy my followers or anything like that. I have also been hacked on Amazon and PayPal. Secondly, all the passwords I use are not working, so they have already been changed. When I try to reset the password, the link only directs me back to the app on the lock screen, and no emails are being sent out. Either you delete my account completely or fix your IT system so a solution needs to be found. I don't want my pictures on your platform without access to them. My post got deleted on Instagram after working very hard on it. We want to ask Instagram to please return it, but we are unable to report the issue as the help center is not responsive. My page is abadistech. I sent this message to Instagram: "Hi, my posts comply with your community rules, but one of them was suddenly deleted two hours ago. Our team worked diligently and spent a lot of money advertising this post on other pages. Please, please return it, and we promise to be more mindful of your rules. Please, please, please, please."

A few weeks ago, my phone was stolen, and it had access to my business Instagram account and the backup codes for two-factor authentication. I urgently need the account password to be reset. My account has been compromised. Thieves are using it to send scam messages to my friends, asking for money. I have been reaching out to Instagram support for some time, following their instructions by sending my photo with a code to reset my password. However, the thieves have activated two-factor authentication, preventing me from resetting my password. I need assistance in regaining control of my account, resetting my password, and disabling the two-factor authentication that the thieves have set up.
