I recently received an email notifying me of unauthorized login attempts on my Instagram account. After checking, I discovered that my Instagram and Facebook accounts were both disabled. Consequently, I'm unable to access my Facebook account and my linked PUBG account, which has already been accessed by someone else. I've been advised by PUBG customer service to first regain access to my social accounts before addressing the PUBG account security. I am concerned about the personal content on these accounts and the fact that my PUBG account is premium. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter. If possible, could you change the Instagram password, enable my account, and provide me with a temporary password for my PUBG account to regain access and secure it further. Thank you for your help.

I recently discovered a fake account on Instagram that has been using my name for the past two years. Despite reporting it multiple times through the app, contacting the help center, and submitting my Aadhar card as proof, Instagram has not taken any action. It is concerning that a fake account can continue to exist without violating any guidelines. Trust in Instagram is shaken when they overlook such situations. I feel frustrated and helpless as I have exhausted all means of reaching out to Instagram for assistance. The fake account with the username satya_baby_ is causing distress to not only me but also my family. I urge for help in having this fake account removed as I come from a small town and have limited knowledge of online platforms. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally deleted the email I used to log in to my Instagram account. Now, I'm locked out and unable to receive the security code to my deactivated email address. Hello, I am seeking assistance with my Instagram account. I am encountering an issue when trying to log in with my username and password; I receive a notification stating: "Your Account Has Been Temporarily Locked. We've detected suspicious activity on your Instagram account and have temporarily locked it as a security precaution." It seems my account may have been compromised due to a phishing attack. Instagram is requesting verification using an old email address that is no longer accessible because it has been disabled, or my registered phone number which I no longer have access to. The only option left is to provide a photo of my identity card along with a picture of myself to prove ownership of the account. Can someone help me with this matter?

Hello Instagram Support, I am writing about my account issue. Last night, I briefly deactivated my account and reset my password because I couldn't remember it and didn't want to look it up. Despite deactivating and using a backup code from my cellphone app, I found myself locked out later. The authenticator codes were not matching up, and I didn't have the backup codes anymore. I reached out to Instagram and Facebook multiple times without success. I even sent a photo of myself with a written code, but still no response. I wanted to share my recent experience with Apple Store. My damaged iPhone 12 Pro was replaced with a new device. I'm facing an issue with my Instagram login; it's requesting a 6-digit authentication code since I have two-factor authentication enabled. I typically use Google Authenticator as my method, but I don't have the codes on my new phone. Unfortunately, I also don't have Backup Codes saved. I can access my registered email. I tried reaching out to Instagram Support through their online form. After following their steps, I received a response stating that two-factor authentication has been disabled, which doesn't seem to be the case as I'm still prompted for the Authentication code. I'm in need of urgent assistance.

Hello, this is my official account. I connected my Instagram account to my Facebook account, but after a week, both accounts got disabled. Instagram Account: fawad2505 My Instagram account has been hacked. I was able to log in but then immediately noticed that my profile picture and bio had been changed. Additionally, new pictures were added. It seemed like someone was trying to sell products through my account. I have screenshots of my profile before and after the hack. I can send them to you if it would be helpful. I promptly changed my password and activated two-factor authentication. A few hours later, I received a notification in the app stating that my account was suspended due to a violation of the terms of use. I contacted support and was asked to provide a photo of myself with a handwritten code that was sent to me on a piece of paper. Additionally, I had to include my full name and the account name. I did this immediately and have been waiting in vain for a response since then. In the meantime, I have sent another email to support and offered to provide help by sending a photo of my ID. I need help figuring out where to submit this information. I have attempted to email multiple times without any response. My account got temporarily blocked starting yesterday, 08/26/[redacted], until September 09, [redacted]. Instagram mistakenly believes I purchased followers or likes, which is not the case. This account is for my business where we run ads. I engaged in a lot of liking under the hashtag #Like4like, which attracted many users to my page to engage with my latest video. I am extremely frustrated as I'm unable to interact with comments, like posts, follow accounts, or even make new posts. I assure you I did not violate any Instagram policies. I would never jeopardize my account intentionally. Please lift this restriction. I rely on my Facebook ads and organic growth for this account. I urgently need my account unblocked. I believe there should be a more accurate way for Instagram to differentiate between paid activity and organic engagement. I have always complied with Instagram's rules, and this situation is unjust.

My account has been disabled without any explanation. When I attempt to log back in, the only option I have is to send the confirmation code to my verified phone number, although I have a verified email linked to my account as well. Unfortunately, I'm unable to switch to sending the code to my email address; it only allows me to send it to my phone number. Despite repeatedly sending the code approximately 15 times, I have not received any confirmation codes. Even using my friend's number did not yield any results. I have followed the advice of others, such as restarting my phone and attempting to log in using an incognito tab on my computer, but nothing has worked. Unfortunately, contacting Instagram for customer support seems challenging as they don't seem to have a customer service line. I urgently need assistance in regaining access to my disabled account before the 30-day period elapses and my account is permanently deleted, especially since it contains significant personal data.
