I was unexpectedly logged out of my Instagram account, and now I am unable to log back in because I forgot my password. I've tried resetting my password through SMS and email verification but faced issues. I had the meme page @leichlingen.memes, but unfortunately, I was kicked out by a friend who then blocked me everywhere.
The account is under my name, and I was born on September 4, [redacted], as stated on the account.
She made statements like if I don't let her into the account, she knows where I live and that she has two older brothers. I told her she was threatening me. She insisted she was only mentioning it, not threatening. Her Instagram name is @juli.edt.

Recently, my Instagram account unexpectedly began following numerous Russian accounts. I promptly blocked many of them and unfollowed several. However, Instagram subsequently disabled my account. They requested my phone number and a re-captcha verification. I complied immediately and received a notification that I could request a review in 24 hours.

I recently received several emails indicating that my Instagram account username and password were changed without my knowledge.
