Lately, the live TV video quality has been poor across multiple devices. Despite solid internet speeds of 90mbps for both upload and download based on local tests and even a test with a competitor's server giving 46mbps download and 95.3 upload, the video quality remains consistently bad, with no issues on other platforms. I have already power cycled everything, but the problem persists. Kindly address this issue or provide solutions to resolve it. Thank you.

I mistakenly logged into the wrong Google account on my PS4, thinking it was the correct one. I was prompted to enter my card details again, which I did assuming it wouldn't charge me as I already have a subscription. However, I can't afford the double charge as it has affected my account balance negatively. I'm having trouble accessing my Hulu account. Initially, I got emails about a login from a different country. Now, when I try to reset my password, it doesn't work. I tried to recover the account using the card information and billing address, but I don't know which family member set up the account or what birthday was used. Hello, I am currently following the IVR's instructions to seek assistance online, which I have been doing for the past 56 minutes.
I noticed that my account was charged $65 today, which is unusual as my subscription fee is typically billed on the 2nd of each month. Upon checking my account, I discovered that all premium features such as Live TV and movie channels were added. However, for over a year, I have only had the basic package with HBO and no ads. Additionally, I found unrecognized devices listed under my account, some of which were added today despite me not using Hulu.
I have taken the precaution of changing my password and signing out from all devices except my PC. I now request a refund for the added services and hope to resolve this billing issue promptly. I signed up for a free trial of the Hulu + TV live plan but it got canceled after I purchased the $11.99 deal to remove ads on Hulu. I find it confusing because the terms said I could change plans for $2 without needing a refund. I missed out on watching DBZ Kai because I didn't realize it was part of the TV deal initially. I don't think my free trial should have been canceled because I accidentally bought both deals. When I tried to switch back, I was asked to pay $55 due today. I would like a refund for both deals ($5.99 and $11.99) and then cancel both plans. I apologize for any inconvenience and thank you.

I received an email notifying me of a fraudulent change to my account email on Hulu. Since I don't have an active Hulu account, I do not want one now. Hulu requested that I reset the password and cancel the account, but I feel reluctant to do that. I have tried to report the fraud to the extent I find reasonable. Hulu only reversed the email change but did not offer further assistance. I believe it is Hulu's responsibility to resolve this situation, not mine. Their process for reaching a person and resolving the issue has been challenging, and this has left me dissatisfied.

I attempted to modify my subscription, but it unexpectedly charged approximately $60 from my account. When I contacted customer service, they denied any deductions and advised cancellation. However, upon reviewing my credit card statement, it indeed showed a $60 charge. Although I followed the customer service representative's instructions and canceled my account, the refund has not been processed yet.

I recently signed up for Hulu with the belief that I could watch live TV from multiple locations. I have homes in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Florida. During a party at my Florida condo, I changed my home location on Hulu to Florida to watch live TV. However, the service kept prompting me to change my home location, using up my allotted switches. After contacting customer service, they helped me watch the NFL playoffs. Now that I'm back in Minnesota, I can't watch Hulu on my TV. Could you please reset my home address to Minnesota and restore some of my remaining home location switches for [redacted]? Thank you.

I have been experiencing video buffering and lagging for the last few days. The video plays smoothly for the first minute, then a white loading bar appears at the top of my screen, causing the video to stop every few seconds. I have tried restarting my router and device, reloading the Hulu app, clearing my cache, and running an anti-malware scan. Interestingly, I don't experience the same buffering issue with YouTube, even when streaming at the highest resolution. I am attempting to watch an old episode of a show, which should not require high-quality streaming. This issue occurred earlier this week as well. I am curious to know how long the outage will last or when an updated version of the service will be available. I suspect a recent update might be causing this problem, as I have noticed similar complaints online after conducting some research.

I signed up for a 30-day free trial on December 28, [redacted], but decided to cancel my subscription on January 23, [redacted], as I wasn't using it enough to justify the monthly cost of $54. I followed the cancellation steps outlined in your welcome email and my account now shows that I am not a current subscriber.

I've been experiencing an issue with Hulu since mid-January. Every time I try to watch something, an error comes up, stopping the playback. This has been preventing me from watching the shows and movies I want to enjoy. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue. Perhaps offering me a free month would help. If the problem persists, I might have to consider switching to a different streaming service.
