I recently provided feedback about the channel guide, which I find frustratingly outdated, resembling an 80's video game. The team responsible for it shouldn't be compensated until improvements are made. As a comparison, Amazon's Pluto TV guide is far superior and it's free. The lack of a previous channel function is disappointing and falls short of current standards. If the user interface is not updated to meet modern expectations with current programming options, I will switch to another streaming service soon.

I am requesting a refund for the $59.49 you charged my account, even though I have only used the service for a few days and was supposed to be on a trial basis without charges for another month. My email is [redacted] and phone number is [redacted]. I find it unreasonable that your company charges to speak with a customer service agent. My account email is [redacted] It's frustrating that there is no option to speak to a live person for assistance.

I subscribed to Hulu on December 9th and was charged $44.95. However, on December 20th, I was billed again at the increased rate of $55.95. I am confused as to why I was billed twice in one month. The initial charge should have been prorated for the partial month or transferred to a monthly rolling plan. The rate increase should only apply from the following month, as it wasn't clearly stated that the change would be immediate. Even if it was, the bill should have reflected a prorated amount. This situation appears as if I am being unfairly charged due to the billing discrepancy.

I signed up for Hulu through my Amazon Fire Stick, but now I can't log in on my iPhone. It keeps showing "invalid login." I've tried using both the email linked to my Amazon Prime account and the email I used for Hulu, but neither is working. How can I resolve this issue and access my Hulu account on my phone successfully?

I recently upgraded to ad-free Hulu mostly to download shows, but I am unable to find the option to do so on my supported device (Android 7.1.1). Despite having a large screen and confirming that the upgrade was successful due to no ads, I cannot locate the download option on any shows or on the main menu under the search bar. I have attempted to log out, log back in, and restart my phone, but these actions did not resolve the issue. My main goal is to have the ability to download shows for offline viewing.

I don't have an account with your company. Over the past two months, money has been deducted from my account which I have managed to get back each time. I am considering filing a complaint for the continuous harassment. My email is [redacted] Recently, $5.99 was taken from my account, and I want this to stop immediately along with any future payments, as I do not use Hulu. I will dispute this if needed, but it would be best if you could cease these transactions now. - Alisa C. [redacted]

A few nights ago, my wife received an email from Hulu indicating our monthly charges would be approximately $[redacted]. Upon checking the Hulu app, we discovered numerous upgrades that were added without our consent. These changes have since been corrected. Additionally, unauthorized accesses to our account, one from Chattanooga and another from Los Angeles, were identified. Today, I observed a charge of $25.88 that we did not approve. The live TV feature was also added without authorization. Kindly remove the live TV service and refund the amount. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Connie McDonald. The other night, I wanted to try Hulu Live TV free trial. I had heard good things about it and was curious. However, after entering my card details, I was informed that I wasn't eligible for the trial. Shortly after, a notification popped up offering me a one-month free trial. I quickly clicked to accept but the process did not go through.
The following evening I found myself in the emergency room, and with the busy holiday season, I didn't get a chance to check out the Hulu Live TV until late last night. Upon reviewing, I realized I had been charged. Feeling upset, I immediately contacted my bank. I am unable to afford the monthly recurring charge and would like to cancel this subscription. I am content with my current $5.99 Hulu plan and need the charged amount refunded. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue. Thank you.

I recently subscribed to Hulu using a Roku TV. I have two TVs at home and have noticed a charge of 33.83 on my account since before July [redacted]. I believe the monthly charge should be 15.99 unless you are billing me for two TVs instead of one Hulu service. I am confused by this and would appreciate clarification. Texting is preferable to calling as I do not answer unknown numbers. My name is Darla Peters. The idea of being charged per TV is unfamiliar to me and if this is the case, I no longer wish to continue using your service. I expect reimbursement for the months where I was overcharged. I will keep a record of this for my bank.

Recently, I've experienced multiple dropped stations on Hulu. Other streaming services are working well, but with Hulu, it's been frustrating to have to constantly restart programs. Despite the costs going up twice this year, the service quality seems to have decreased. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly. Thank you.

I recently canceled my Hulu account after disputing charges for the past six months. Surprisingly, I noticed another charge this month, and even though I closed my account, it went through. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to resolve this issue promptly. You can contact me at [redacted] or [redacted]. I have already contacted the bank to dispute the recent charge, and they successfully refunded the money. Kindly stop any further withdrawals from my account and ensure a refund of $6.41, as I no longer wish to use Hulu. Thank you in advance for your assistance. - SW

Hello there, I noticed a charge on my card for a Hulu subscription this month. I only watched one show and then promptly canceled my account to avoid any further charges. However, my card was still billed even though there were insufficient funds, resulting in a $35 overdraft fee. I contacted my bank, and they mentioned that you may be able to refund both the subscription fee and the overdraft charge since this was an error. Thank you.

I attempted to sign up for a free trial of Hulu Live but was unexpectedly charged around $30. Due to poor image quality on numerous channels, I prefer to stick with regular Hulu without commercials. Could you kindly remove the unauthorized charge from this month's bill for the free trial? Thank you. - Frank M.

When I pause Hulu, it automatically takes me to the app page on my TV. When I try to resume, it tells me I'm already connected to the movie. I disconnect, but when I try again, the sound is still coming through the TV. This occurs consistently now whenever I pause a movie. This issue is really frustrating me! I end up having to turn off the TV and restart the movie from the beginning because it doesn't remember where I left off.

I am having trouble canceling my subscription as I cannot access my account properly. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to make any progress. Our credit card has expired, and I thought this would result in the cancellation of our account. However, I discovered that there have been multiple unsuccessful attempts to charge our account. All I want to do is cancel the subscription.

Hello,
I have noticed that Hulu has added ID discovery shows that I enjoy to its library. I was wondering if Hulu could possibly add all seasons of Vanity Fair Confidential. I am aware that this show is no longer airing on the ID Discovery channel, and it would be fantastic if Hulu could include it. Due to Xfinity choosing not to renew its contract with ID Discovery, cable subscribers have unfortunately lost access to its content.

I am experiencing frequent dropouts on Hulu while watching programs throughout the day. I have tried reinstalling the app and resetting my WiFi connection, which did not resolve the issue. The problem persists, especially during commercial breaks. Last night, during a football game on ESPN, Hulu dropped out towards the end. When I reconnected, it only allowed me to start from the beginning of the game and did not provide an option to fast forward to the live broadcast. This was very frustrating as it affected the outcome of the game. I have reached out to Hulu multiple times with no solution. If this problem is not fixed, I will have to consider switching to a different streaming service.

Hello, I'm new to Hulu. My name is Galmy, and my Hulu username is [redacted] Last night, I tried to start my free membership and add my debit card information. I attempted again this morning with no success. I spoke to customer service, and they couldn't determine the issue, suggesting it might be on Hulu's end. Can you please assist me? By the way, I reside in Costa Rica, and this account is for my child who will be studying abroad. I simply want to begin my membership smoothly.
