I have been trying to access my account for the past few years, but I am having trouble remembering the email addresses and subjects related to it. The account was created when I lived in Botswana, and all recovery information is linked to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to since moving to South Africa and the number being recycled. I am willing to provide photos of my driver's license, ID, and passport to verify my identity. The account is linked to my bank account and holds sentimental photos. Please assist. Thank you.
We recently received a request regarding the Microsoft account linked to sa*****@live.co.uk. Unfortunately, the information provided was not sufficient to validate ownership. To protect your account's security and privacy, we have temporarily blocked access until ownership is verified. Kindly complete a new account verification form.

I recently invested in a trading site called PetronPay where I created multiple accounts, each requiring a different email. While creating a sixth account for my daughter, I forgot the identity I used for the email and the password for the [redacted] account. I am a trained doctor and usually the password is automatically saved by the computer. However, due to a network issue during validation, the password was not saved. I tried to withdraw from this account later and realized I couldn't access it. Despite contacting the investment site to change the email, I received no response. I am reaching out for help to reset my password. Thank you.

I am struggling to resolve this issue with my Hotmail account. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
Best regards,
Doug W.
I have two email folders - a "junk" box that remains empty and a "junk email" box where all unsolicited emails are stored. However, I receive numerous messages from Microsoft Outlook daily regarding folder conflicts in my mailbox. The notifications prompt me to rename certain folders through the web browser to fix the issue for IMAP access. When I attempt to rename the "junk email" box, I encounter an error message stating it cannot be renamed on the server. As for the other "junk" email box, it is inaccessible for renaming altogether.

I have encountered a hacking issue with both my Hotmail and Gmail accounts. The hackers are using my accounts to solicit money from my contact list. I was advised to change my password but faced issues receiving the necessary code because my phone number linked to the Hotmail account was outdated. After updating my phone number, I am now unable to change my password for a month. The hackers are still sending out inappropriate emails and appear to have blocked incoming emails to my Hotmail address. I am unable to find a way to contact Hotmail for assistance and feel desperate to resolve this issue. As a temporary solution, I have created a new Outlook account with the following email: [redacted], while my old address remains compromised.

I normally use Bell Outlook, but it has been causing issues for me. I contacted Geeksquad when I realized they exported my email contacts to hotmail. Unfortunately, the process didn't work as intended, as I ended up with numerous "unnamed contacts" that need to be deleted individually. I am unsure of their origin. While I have 47 contacts in my Bell email, after the export, I found hundreds in my hotmail account. I have invested a lot of time editing some of the unnamed contacts with regular email addresses. It's frustrating to have to delete them one by one, especially when there are hundreds between legitimate emails. I am hoping for a solution to easily address this issue, as deleting them individually is time-consuming and they keep reappearing.

Since 5/7/[redacted], I have been unable to receive emails from senders with the domain @SGH.com. Despite not blocking them and adding them to my approved list, they still can't reach my inbox. Here is the error message they receive when trying to email me:
This is a delivery failure notification message stating that an email sent to my address could not be delivered due to the recipient email server rejecting the message. The additional information indicates that messages from [[redacted].[redacted].24.[redacted]] were not sent as that part of the network is on a block list (S3150). Encouraged to contact the Internet service provider for assistance.

Hello,
I recently lost access to my email account. A few days ago, I received a security alert regarding my account and later discovered that my password had been changed, resulting in me being logged out of all devices connected to the email. Subsequently, I started receiving alerts from various accounts, including my credit card, leading me to believe my account was hacked. I created this email approximately 15 years ago, during a period when I split my time between London and San Diego, but I am uncertain of the exact location where I established it. Given my cautious nature about sharing personal information online when I was younger, I am now unsure if my security questions are accurate. I possess recent messages exchanged within the compromised account. The situation has left me feeling overwhelmed as someone else now controls my personal information dating back years. I desperately need assistance as all my important data is tied to this email account, and I never anticipated facing such a scenario. I am seeking guidance on how to address this issue. Thank you for your help.
Sincerely,
Brooks

Hello,
I am Ravi Batra, a retired Army officer from the Indian Army. My Hotmail account, [redacted], has been hacked, and the current user is extracting money from my contacts by sending false emails. I need assistance in regaining access to my account to remove my contacts and deactivate the account to prevent further harm.
The new email being used is pretending to announce a birth in Los Angeles, California, and has a subject line, "please help us welcome our little bundle of joy." I did not send this email. Last year, the hacker also asked for money by falsely claiming my wife and I were stranded in the US. Two friends fell victim to this scam and sent a total of Rs 2Lkh, equivalent to US $2,[redacted].39.
This situation is a violation of my privacy and has caused stress and pressure on me and my contacts. I look forward to resolving this issue promptly.
Thank you,
Ravi Batra

In the last two days, my email has been compromised by scammers who are using my contacts to request $[redacted] gift cards. They have set up a hotmail account using my email address by adding hotmail.com to the end. I discovered this when I tried to create a free hotmail account with my name and was informed that it was already in use. Some of my contacts have already fallen victim to this scam. I am in the process of reporting this to the authorities as my email is being used for criminal activities. I am urging the email provider to either shut down the fraudulent account or assist in tracking down the individuals involved. Please reach out to me urgently at the email provided or via [redacted] (cell) or [redacted] (landline). - Anne Lynch

On Sunday, June 6, [redacted], my Hotmail account was hacked. The hacker sent out emails to my contacts pretending to be me, asking for gift card purchases for a nonexistent nephew's birthday. I received numerous calls and messages from confused contacts. The hacker even messaged me on my cell phone, questioning if the request was genuine. I replied with a simple "Hacked." After researching the unknown phone number, I discovered it belonged to someone with a foreign-sounding name, confirming it wasn't a contact. I have since changed my Hotmail password. However, I continue to receive error messages from the "postmaster," indicating my emails are not going through. Additionally, my Publisher's Clearing House emails have disappeared. I am unsure of what steps to take next.
Sincerely,
Michaele Lux

Hello,
I recently discovered that my email was hacked around June 3, [redacted]. I noticed this when my contacts started receiving urgent messages from me asking for contact. The hacker even requested a Nike gift card.
In response, I changed my password and enabled two-factor authentication.
Starting yesterday, I've noticed a lack of my usual emails, particularly from USPS, in my hotmail account. I conducted tests by sending emails from various accounts, but none were received in my hotmail inbox.
I have checked from different devices and platforms, like my iPhone, iPad, and laptop browser, yet no emails have come through in the past 24 hours.
I would appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this issue. Thank you.

My account was blocked, and I am not sure why. When I try to regain access, I am asked questions with answers I provided 20 years ago. Even when I attempt to enter recently used email addresses that are still valid, it says they are not.
I've made numerous attempts, but nothing seems to work. I have tried contacting customer support but keep encountering frustrating verification processes.
I am extremely frustrated and just want to recover my email address. Since I've changed my phone number, I cannot remember the specific details from two decades ago.
Could someone kindly assist me with this issue concerning [redacted]?

I recently purchased an iPhone 12 from the Verizon store in York, PA. During the phone transfer process, the agent helped me set a new password since I couldn't remember the old one. The password was changed to Knuckles1 before starting the last backup on my old iPhone 11, which was then reset to factory settings shortly after. Some data from [redacted]/[redacted] appeared on my new phone, but nothing else transferred. I revisited the store attempting to reset my password, but I couldn't receive the verification code due to an outdated phone number linked to my Hotmail account. My new number is [redacted] and my old number was Pennsylvania-based, starting with [redacted]. Even trying to verify with credit card information failed. Now, I'm locked out after multiple unsuccessful sign-in attempts. I urgently need access to my email address [redacted] with the newly set password Knuckles1. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Last night, I attempted to access my email on my new phone and found that the password had been changed for [redacted] After changing the password, I discovered a threatening email from a hacker claiming to have accessed all my information through my phone. Despite changing the password again and adding my phone number for security, the hacker managed to intercept the verification code by adding additional emails to my account. I encountered issues logging into my account due to a message stating it wasn't recognized and a password error. After multiple unsuccessful login attempts and contacting support, I was unable to access my account as promised. I created a new email address linked to the original Hotmail account. Surprisingly, I received an email prompting me to verify this new email address, linked to a Gmail account. I can now view and send emails but face an issue with receiving emails from a lengthy, unfamiliar address. Replying to this address results in failed delivery. I seek clarification and assistance in identifying and accessing this mysterious email address and resolving the sending issue. Regards, Jairo Pena Collado

My email account was hacked yesterday. I immediately changed my password when I found out, but now my email is not working, and all the emails in my sent folder have been deleted. The following two emails were sent to my contacts by the hacker:
Hey, I wanted to check in on you and ask for a small favor. I hope you are all staying safe during this uncertain time. Looking forward to hearing from you to share more and see if you can assist me.
I hope everything is okay. I apologize for troubling you, but things are tough for me right now. My niece has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, and she needs surgery. The hospital needs a deposit before they can proceed, and I have limited funds. Can you help me with a loan? I will repay you once everything is sorted.
Please let me know if you can help, and I will guide you on how to transfer the funds. I am eager to hear from you regarding this matter and please keep it confidential.

I am using a friend's email address to try to gain access to my old Hotmail account, [redacted] I have not used this account for well over 2-3 years, but it is connected to a few important accounts related to my business and work, mainly Facebook. This account has not only been hacked, but it also contains irreplaceable photos and memories with my daughters. My phone was stolen coincidentally, but I was grateful that my photos were saved on Facebook. Unfortunately, the hacker changed passwords and mobile numbers, making it impossible for me to access my account. I rely on Facebook to engage with clients and promote deals for my business. Currently, I am unable to make money without access to these accounts. I urgently need assistance or advice on how to regain access to my Hotmail account to retrieve vital information and secure my online presence. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am currently unable to access my Hotmail account as it has been locked for some time. This occurred when I tried to log in from a new desktop computer, and the system did not recognize the device. The backup email I had listed was outdated due to a recent job change, which led to being unable to verify my account through email authentication. Despite providing all the necessary information, I was unsuccessful in unlocking my account. I have tried reaching out to Microsoft via email and phone, but haven't received any responses or assistance. Due to the lack of human support available, I had to create a new account with Gmail. However, I now face challenges canceling a STARZ app subscription linked to my locked Hotmail account. Both STARZ and Google Pay are unable to assist me until I regain access to my original Hotmail account for authentication. As Microsoft's support options seem limited, I am seeking alternative solutions to resolve this issue promptly.
