Hello, I had scheduled a driver to pick up my parcels yesterday, but no one arrived. Today, I decided to take the parcels to a drop-off location to see if they could accept them. The staff there scanned one parcel and agreed to take it, but when they scanned the next one, they informed me they couldn't accept it. I brought the second parcel back home. Now, I am attempting to contact customer service to arrange a pick-up for today. However, when I follow the automated system, it erroneously states that the parcel is at a drop-off location and ready for collection, when in fact it is still at my home, awaiting pick-up. I am currently tracking an item assigned to your company for delivery by Next. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. According to the tracking information, your courier made an attempted delivery on December 3rd, but I was not available. Despite a notification indicating another delivery attempt, as of December 9th, there have been no further delivery efforts. I have left a note on my door indicating that my doorbell is not functioning and providing a contact number for the courier to call to inform me. I reside above a pub that is currently closed, hence why no delivery has been attempted.

The tracking number for the parcel, [redacted][redacted], was initially tracked from Nov 7th to Nov 12th. However, it went missing until Dec 2nd, and there have been no updates since. It seems like the package might be lost for good. The sender attempted to communicate with the company but encountered unhelpful and rude customer service. Hermes was paid to deliver the expensive item, but they failed to do so effectively.

I am inquiring about a parcel that was supposed to be at your depot. It was transferred from equick and is coming from China. The item is a double dance electric mat. Despite being given three delivery dates by I Love You, the item did not arrive. Now, I have been informed that the parcel is with you, and I am expecting delivery by April 20th. I prefer receiving the item rather than a refund as it is meant for my 8-year-old granddaughter for Christmas. She has been looking forward to it since I ordered it in October. I received a parcel from Hermes that isn't meant for me. My son will attempt to deliver the parcel to the correct address tomorrow, Friday, when he's off work. This is the only solution I can offer since no one from Hermes has contacted me, and I lack a tracking or reference number to reach out to them. The parcel doesn't belong to anyone at my address. There was an error with the postcode on my order due to a glitch on Black's website. The correct postcode is B798RT. I spoke to Blacks, and they have contacted Hermes twice about the mistake. Despite this, Hermes continues to attempt delivery to the wrong postcode. Please update your system to reflect the correct postcode. I am unable to reorder as the item is now out of stock online, and I want to avoid it being returned to the sender. Thank you.

Regarding Order Reference: P2G[redacted]5, Tracking Number: [redacted][redacted] I was in the process of arranging a pick-up for two parcels when my laptop crashed. Unsure if the request went through, I submitted another on my husband's computer, which led to them being collected by a different courier service. Despite selecting the option to speak to someone at Hermes, I have been unable to resolve this issue. A courier unsuccessfully attempted to collect the parcels. As a 74-year-old, online dispatch systems are challenging, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. I am worried about potential charges from Hermes and hope this can be resolved promptly. I shipped a package to SK15 2SU through Hermes with reference number [redacted][redacted]. There have been multiple conflicting updates during transit. The promised delivery never happened, with changing delivery times and unfulfilled promises. I contacted them on the 8th, and they assured me it would be sent out. Despite the status showing "out for delivery," the parcel did not arrive. On the 9th, I received a new message about a 24-hour delay, which has now extended to 48 hours, but there is still no sign of the parcel.

I had scheduled a Wallis parcel pickup with Hermes for today, 11/12/20, from [redacted] Grace Dieu Road, Whitwick L667 5AP (Tracking no [redacted][redacted]). However, the Hermes employee refused to take the parcel without providing a reason, displaying rude and uncooperative behavior before leaving in anger, stating he didn't have time to wait. Despite contacting customer service and being informed the parcel was returned, I remain dissatisfied. I seek an explanation for the refusal, an apology for the employee's behavior, and a rescheduled pickup today as per our agreement. Thank you.

On Friday, December 11th, I received a 6ft Snowdrift Spruce Christmas tree that was missing the adapter. After contacting John Lewis multiple times without success, they suggested I return the tree via Hermes because I am unable to do so personally due to a recent stroke and living alone. Hermes sent an email indicating pick up on the following day but reconsidered getting the adapter first. Despite trying to cancel Hermes through John Lewis, it was not possible, and contacting Hermes was challenging as emails were returned. A message from a digital assistant named Holly was unhelpful, and upon returning from the chemist, I discovered a missed visit from the courier with no notification. I would like to inform them the parcel is not ready to be sent back as I am waiting to see if the adapter can be obtained. I am dismayed by the lack of assistance and hope this matter can be resolved promptly.

I shipped a package via My Hermes on 7/12/20 and it was received by Hermes. The parcel reached the customer's local center on Wednesday, 9/12/20, and was supposed to be on the move within 24 hours with the local courier. However, it has been stuck at this stage since Wednesday. I called Hermes on Saturday and was told it's not lost, but to wait another 24 hours. I am currently on hold with Hermes and have been waiting for 23 minutes and 5 seconds. I am eager to have my parcel delivered to the customer. Thank you for your assistance.

I scheduled a parcel pickup for Friday, December 11th, [redacted]. The driver claimed to have visited but no one was home, although my wife and I were present and did not hear any attempt to contact us. The parcel is intended for return to Vivo Technologies with tracking number H001ND[redacted]56. Our address is 12 Northwood, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1BB. I am eagerly awaiting my delivery from JD Sports with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. According to the Hermes app, my parcel is currently at the local depot and on its way to me. However, the status has not changed since 01:45 on Monday, 14th. I also received an update stating that the delivery attempt will be made within the next 24 hours. I find it puzzling that my package has been with Hermes for such an extended period, especially since I received another order from ASOS today without any delays. It's worth noting that the ASOS package was open for inspection of its contents.

I made an account on Sunday, but unfortunately, there was an issue. £9.88 was deducted from my bank, but I did not receive a sending code. I have been attempting to reach out since Sunday, but calling has not been successful due to the automated system requiring a tracking number or premium rate number. Hermes keeps leaving my parcels on my front doorstep without knocking. This has been happening for a few weeks now. I informed some eBay sellers about it as others have been collecting my parcels for me because of the unsecured delivery. There is no use in taking a photo of the item at the door if I haven't signed for it or seen a delivery person. I appreciate it. - Angie

Today, I received notifications from Hermes stating that two of my parcels from River Island and Tessuti have been delivered, but I have not received them. The delivery confirmations showing a black screen with a "signature received" are inaccurate since I haven't signed for either package, and they were not left at my address. I urge Hermes to reach out to me urgently to address this problem, as this is not the first time I've faced delivery issues with the company. Thank you, Lisa Scott

I received an email from Hermes this morning stating that my parcel has been delivered to an address in Celbridge, County Kildare, which is incorrect as I have not received it. When attempting to contact them through live chat, I am unable to proceed due to issues with the Irish postcode recognition. The customer service team states my package has been delivered when I call, but I am unable to provide further details or explanations. I am seeking assistance from Hermes to clarify this delivery discrepancy, but I am unable to reach a human customer service representative by phone or online.

I recently received my package from Healthy Supplies with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. It arrived via van 36, drop 08, bearing the letters 82DDEE. Unfortunately, the package was delivered with damp and severe damage to the packing. Despite my attempts to email and call the company being unsuccessful, I need to address this issue. The box had a label indicating it was damaged in transit by Streamline. The contents were unharmed but cold and damp, likely due to improper storage. I have already contacted Healthy Supplies about this incident. I request assurance that future deliveries will not arrive in such poor condition. As a frequent customer, I rely on your service and expect better monitoring of drivers and transporters to prevent similar issues in the future.
