Hello, I am experiencing difficulty redirecting a package due to falling victim to a phishing scam. I am seeking assistance in cancelling the shipment or rerouting it to a new London address. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve this issue have been challenging as my interactions have mostly been with automated systems. The contact number provided, 0[redacted], has been unhelpful as it directs me back to the website. I strongly believe that having more human interaction would greatly benefit the customer experience. As of now, I am dissatisfied with the level of support received and find the lack of personalized assistance disheartening. My confidence in using Hermes services in the future is wavering unless improvements are made.

My Amazon order, which included a picture frame, has not been delivered as per the tracking info on the website. The delivery attempt supposedly took place on November 9th, but I was home the whole day due to lockdown, and no delivery was made. I followed Amazon's instructions to contact the seller, but Hermes UK's website only provides a limited chatbot that doesn't offer assistance on the specific issue. Consequently, Amazon directed me to gethuman.com for further help. According to them, my package is on hold until Hermes receives additional information from me. The tracking ID for my shipment is [redacted][redacted].

Parcel ID 9[redacted] 5[redacted] I am experiencing an issue with a parcel that your system shows as delivered, but I have not received it. I have checked with my neighbors and around my house, but it is not here. The package contained wool from Deramores valued at £15.92. I contacted Deramores, and they directed me back to you. Your system indicates that the parcel was received, sorted, and delivered. This issue has been ongoing since Friday, November 6th, when it was supposedly delivered at 17:24. I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with a person over the phone, but your current system is fully automated. I am disappointed with the customer service I have received.

I contacted Hermes on Saturday, 07/11/20, to schedule a return for a parcel from J D Williams for Tuesday the 10th of November. I received an email confirmation on the 7th of November with the collection date. Despite printing the Returns Label with number "34-[redacted]-08-[redacted]8-7," the parcel was not collected and is still at 2 Butlers Grove SS166HW. Trying to reach Hermes has been a frustrating experience as their website lacks information and calling them has been unsuccessful. It is crucial to return the goods on time, and I have not received responses to my inquiries. Even the automated system hangs up after stating they are waiting for the parcel. I purchased two items on Amazon, both were shipped together by Hermes. One item, a perfume, and the other, a cleanser, arrived in a single package. The package was left on my porch in front of the main door. Regrettably, upon inspection, I found that the box was slightly damaged, the cleanser was missing, and the perfume box was also slightly damaged, although fortunately, the bottle remained intact. It appears that the missing item may have fallen out during delivery. I have attempted to reach out to the carrier to inquire if the missing item was left in their vehicle. I have attached a photo of the damaged package and received a Hermes complaint reference number [redacted]97. However, I have not received any updates in nearly 24 hours. I kindly request someone to reach out to me to provide information on the progress of my claim. Additionally, due to the lockdown situation, my husband was home at the time of delivery, and there was no attempt made to ring the doorbell, which is disappointing considering the circumstances.

I attempted to send a parcel on November 9th and paid £6.89 through Paypal. However, there was a technical issue on the website preventing me from printing the label. I don't have a reference number, but the payment was deducted from my bank on November 11th. The parcel was supposed to go to TW2 6SR from my home at NE35 9BZ. I'm Mrs. Maureen McMillan, and I would like a phone call promptly as I've been struggling to reach someone regarding this matter. The parcel is urgent as it holds Advent Gifts for my grandchildren. I have been a loyal customer of Hermes for years, but I'm disappointed with the current service issue, especially the requirement for a Tracking Number which I don't possess.

I recently booked four parcels with Hermes, opting for next day delivery for two parcels and standard delivery for the other two, paying a total of £15.96 using my PayPal account. This was my first time using Hermes to send parcels for delivery. Despite receiving an email confirming payment for all four parcels, I did not receive any barcodes. When I went to a ParcelShop to send the parcels, I was unable to proceed without the required code. I went back home to check my email for the code but found nothing. Since time was running out for next day delivery, I had to return to the ParcelShop and pay again to send the parcels as needed. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to PayPal/Hermes for a refund of the original payment due to the missing code. PayPal has charged my account without providing the necessary codes. Additionally, although the tracking shows that all four parcels have been delivered, the recipient has only received three. I need assistance from Hermes to locate the missing parcel. How can I claim a refund from PayPal or Hermes for the payment made without receiving the necessary codes? Thank you, Mr. P.

I recently ordered a parcel which was marked as delivered on the tracking, even though I did not receive it. Surprisingly, the parcel was found in a neighbor's wheelie bin the following day. This careless act by the courier raises concerns, especially during these times. Not only was my parcel potentially damaged, but there could have been a contamination risk if someone else had handled it before reaching me. I believe it's reasonable to request a refund as compensation for this irresponsibility and lack of care shown by the courier.

Hello, I purchased an item from Ace catalogue with a two-day delivery option. It has been in processing since November 27th and has not progressed further. I need to be home to sign for this order as I am the designated recipient. The tracking number is T00NJA[redacted]. I have been waiting at home since November 28th. I am frustrated because despite updating my address with NEXT, the delivery driver is still attempting to deliver my parcel to the wrong address. I have provided the correct address multiple times and even called to ensure the correct delivery location, but there have been no updates since Sunday, the 29th. The correct address is 65 Nethermead, Lings, Northampton, not 66 Nethermead. I have important gifts in the parcel, and it has been two days since I first raised this issue on Sunday. I have been patiently waiting for a delivery from your company. According to the tracker, it was delivered on Monday around 7:30 pm. However, it was not delivered to my address. The item is a front slam panel for a car. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. I expect my order to be delivered to the correct address, which is mine, and not anywhere else. It is essential that the delivery personnel ensure they are delivering to the correct location.

I scheduled a parcel pickup that was supposed to be done on Monday. I got an email notifying me it would happen between 7 - 9pm; however, my address is a business that's not open 24 hours. To my surprise, I received a second email with the same timeframe on Tuesday. Could you please arrange for the collection between 9am and 5:30pm? There isn't a secure spot to leave the parcel at my location. I've already paid for this to be picked up and sent to Studio. Unfortunately, my nearby parcel shop doesn't work with Studio. I missed the courier's delivery attempt and found a "Sorry I missed you" card with the barcode number [redacted]2 for Karen Ratcliffe. When contacting customer service by phone or through the messaging service, neither recognized the barcode number. If the package is from Amazon, please note that my parcels are typically left in the wooden shed to the left of my house. For the next delivery attempt, kindly leave the package there as I will be out all day tomorrow.

Hello, I organized a return scheduled for the 27th of November [redacted] and paid for the courier to collect the parcel from my address. Unfortunately, I missed the courier's visit as I was briefly in the backyard. They left a card, instructing me to reschedule the pickup, but my tracking number now shows the parcel is no longer needed to be returned. Contrary to this, I have not canceled the return and still require it to be picked up. Despite several attempts through email, phone calls, and chat, I have been unable to arrange for the parcel to be collected. Even the courier who initially came refused to take it. I urge for this issue to be resolved promptly by collecting the parcel and returning it to the correct destination. I am greatly dissatisfied with this service, and if the refund is not processed, I will expect accountability on your end. Thank you.

I received an email from Hermes stating they were unable to deliver my parcel because they couldn't locate me at home after three attempts. This is inaccurate as I provided my work address for delivery since I am at work daily from 7 am to 7 pm. It's frustrating that they claimed they couldn't deliver around 3 pm. I believe they should have attempted delivery first before sending such notifications. It seems easier for them to return the parcel due to one lazy courier. I am very disappointed with Hermes' service and request a quick resolution. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I appreciate your prompt response.

Item number [redacted][redacted] was supposed to be delivered yesterday evening, but no one came to our flat. There were two people at the property during the stated delivery time, but we didn't see a driver or a vehicle. The message on my phone requests more information, but I can't reach anyone to clarify what is needed beyond the provided details. Please arrange redelivery today, or we will have to file a claim for the lost goods that have already been paid for.

Hello, I am currently anticipating a delivery from Hermes for several items I purchased from Debenhams. I need to coordinate the delivery since the items have been sent to your Dunstable Depot quite some time ago. I am wondering when your driver will be able to deliver the parcel to me. Due to my afternoon shift schedule from Monday to Friday, my availability to receive the package is limited. I was told my delivery would arrive last Friday, with a time frame of 12 - 3, but the parcel never showed up. Then, I received tracking information promising delivery on Saturday between 12 - 4, however, once again, it wasn't delivered. Today, I see another delivery promise for Monday between 15 and 17, but I'm skeptical after two failed attempts. Also, I've tried calling your telephone numbers since Friday, but none of them seem to work.

I received an email on Saturday informing me that a parcel had been delivered. After searching my property and checking the post box, I found nothing. The parcel I am waiting for is a doorbell ordered from eBay, seller fireitem18. I reached out via chat and was provided with tracking number H01N5A[redacted]47, which shows the delivery on Dec 5th at 18:31 GMT, but I did not receive it. My package was supposed to be picked up yesterday. The courier came at 6pm and claimed he did not have enough space in his car. He promised to return before 9pm, and I even left my porch unlocked as agreed, but he never showed up. Despite the scheduled collection time being between 1pm and 3pm the next day, the parcel remains uncollected. This is urgent because the return is for a shopping channel, and I need it to be sent back quickly to avoid any charges. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach a real person as the automated service requires a tracking number, which I do not have without the courier picking up the parcel. It's been a frustrating experience.
