We received a parcel with two labels on it, and it appears that our label transferred to the wrong parcel at the Bridgewater depot. We have returned the incorrect parcel to its rightful owner and described our missing parcel, a shoe box size container with a history book and birthday gift inside. The company's email only states that the Bridgewater parcel is missing and that ours was delivered. We have photos with tracking numbers of both labels. Unfortunately, we are having trouble continuing our complaint as the system does not allow us to explain that the wrong parcel was delivered.

I purchased a kitchen scale from Wilko on 26/9/20 for £9 with a £5 delivery fee. The delivery, scheduled for 2/10/20, was handled by Hermes. I received a reference number but no tracking number. Upon checking, it stated "pre-loaded advice" without explanation. My parcel never arrived. After contacting Wilko and Resolver on 6/10/20, I was informed to wait 7 days. Wilko's response showed the item as delivered, which is not the case. Unable to reach Hermes without the tracking number, Resolver mentioned they received a response from Hermes but unhelpful. I am puzzled as to why it shows delivered when I haven't received it. I am seeking a refund.

I have been waiting an extended period for an order from Hermes. The package was collected from London Heathrow Airport on 23/09/20 for delivery to my home address at 3 Arden Court, HULL, HU55SQ. However, it never arrived. Hermes claims to have left it at one of four local post offices, but did not provide the specific location. I believe Hermes should have delivered the parcel directly to me. Frustrated by the situation, I plan to report this issue. I am only seeking the delivery of my parcel. The tracking number is T00D7A[redacted]. Given the time passed, the post office might have already returned the parcel to Hermes.

I recently shipped a parcel to a customer that contained a damaged boiler part upon arrival. The customer, David M., sent me a message indicating the condition of the part with photos. As I had purchased insurance for the shipment, I am looking to claim a refund due to the damage. The delivery was made to NG139AR on the 13th of October. David mentioned the damage to the plastic tray and metal bracket, showing concerns of mishandling during transit. I've encountered major delivery issues with tracking numbers [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted]. Despite being designated for House No 31, both packages were mistakenly delivered to No 41, quite a distance away. Fortunately, the residents of No 41 kindly brought the parcels to me. This has now happened twice, which seems beyond being an honest mistake. Upon using the phone system ([redacted]6), I received a delivery notification with a photo of the wrong porch. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach anyone using this number, which is frustrating. The online chat support was equally unhelpful. I need an assurance that future deliveries to my address will be accurate, as my house is clearly marked as No 31. I'm deeply disappointed with the lack of communication and the inability to reach a representative at Hermes. I hope for a written guarantee that all future deliveries will be delivered to the correct address with a photo for verification.

I received a parcel on October 16th but found a "sorry I missed you" card mentioning it was left on the porch, which I don't have. Upon checking the tracking information, a photo showed the parcel was left on a doorstep that doesn't exist at my place. I asked my neighbors, but no one had taken it. My place is easily visible with only 7 houses, surrounded by pathways and facing a car park, making it hard to miss. The delivery card was dated the 15th but delivered on the 16th. I am frustrated that the delivery company left the package exposed without confirming with neighbors. Contacting Holly on live chat didn't offer the option to report it stolen, and the email response stated they no longer handle complaints. It's disappointing that reporting a missing/stolen parcel is so challenging due to the irresponsible actions of the driver.

During heavy rain in Swansea on the 21st of October [redacted], we got home at 7 pm to find a delivery note stating that our parcel had been left by the recycling bins at the back of our property. The parcel was completely soaked due to being left alongside the bins, despite one of them being clean and empty. The delivery driver didn't bother to lift the lid and place the parcel inside. Our neighbors could have accepted the parcel if needed. I tried to complain to Hermes through their digital assistant, Holly, but without a tracking number, the 8 digit number on the delivery slip was deemed "unrecognized." Overall, it was a disappointing service experience. Unfortunately, we don't have a choice in couriers when ordering items, but if we ever have to send a parcel, Hermes would not be our first choice.

I recently had a concerning experience with my delivery person. They were aggressive, abusive, and made threats towards me. They even called others to come and intimidate me. Despite bringing two parcels to the wrong address, the delivery person refused to leave my parcel and became even more aggressive when I explained the situation. He even threatened my dog. Luckily, a neighbor witnessed the situation and can provide support regarding the behavior of the delivery person. It was a scary experience, especially when additional individuals arrived to confront me. In the end, the parcels were still delivered to the wrong address. The delivery person's registration number is rv59eul. I have witnesses and photos documenting the incident if needed.

I made an order with Asda scheduled for delivery on Monday, October 26th. Hermes attempted to deliver over the weekend before the final attempt on the 26th. I received notification of a delivery window between 2 pm and 4 pm, but later got an email claiming I was not home for the delivery, which is untrue. Despite contacting Asda, I was told Hermes couldn't locate my address with GPS, which seems unlikely considering I live in the main street of St. Andrews Town Centre. Checking the Hermes tracking information, it simply states the parcel is on the way. Unfortunately, the items I ordered are now unavailable for reordering. I've faced challenges with this delivery unlike the hundreds of others received since February due to shielding from Covid-19. The lack of help from Hermes' automated service, with no human contact, after spending money on calls is frustrating. I am deeply disappointed in the service I've experienced. I am eager to know the status of my parcel - whether it will be redelivered by Hermes or returned to Asda. The dishonesty of the driver is concerning, leaving me dissatisfied and hoping for an explanation.

Hi there, I placed an order with MandM on Oct 26th, but unfortunately, the address listed was incorrect. My current billing address is [redacted] High Street, Bletchingley, RH1 4PA. I moved from this address some time ago, so any parcels sent there won't reach me. I informed MandM about the address error shortly after placing the order and have also sent another email today. I haven't received a tracking number yet, but there was a bar code of [redacted][redacted] in the email sent to me overnight. I tried to contact Laura via your system for help, but she seemed unavailable. Please stop the delivery and redirect the parcel to Foss Quay, Mill Road, Millbrook, Cornwall, PL10 1EN. I recently printed a return label for the Damart return Department and provided my credit card details for the £3.62 payment on 27/10/20. I prepared the parcel for pick up by Damart, expecting it to be collected the next day. Unfortunately, the collection did not take place.
Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed that the payment is marked as "unpaid." I contacted my bank for clarification, and they mentioned that the transaction is still pending confirmation.
This situation is concerning as I have never encountered such difficulties when returning parcels through the Post Office. I am starting to lose confidence in the Hermes service due to this experience. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

On the 26th of October at 4 p.m., the Hermes driver, Mr. Hector Whyte, collected the parcel I had booked and paid for online from 42 Prince Edward Road, Tweedmouth, Berwick upon Tweed. He confirmed he would take it to the depot in Newcastle upon Tyne. The parcel, measuring approximately 90cm x 60cm x 20cm, with the tracking number [redacted][redacted], was expected at Flat 4, Huddersfield Road, Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Despite my efforts contacting Hermes by phone and email, they have been unable to locate the parcel, with no one willing to take responsibility. Hermes mentioned that the labels on the package, some of which I printed and one handwritten, are now deemed invalid due to being seven days old. I seek answers on the whereabouts of my parcel and hope for a resolution from Hermes regarding its current location.

The parcel was delivered to me at 11:30 pm instead of the scheduled time, and I was asleep, so it was left in a supposed secure place outside my property. Upon waking at 6:30 am to check, the parcel was missing, although an email indicated it was delivered. I live without a front garden, with a main pathway just two steps from my door, so it seems the parcel was stolen. I am frustrated as there was no attempt to redeliver or place it over my back gate. The tracking number is T00D7A[redacted]. It would be helpful if someone could identify the courier as we have different ones daily.

I recently received an email stating that my parcel couldn't be delivered to 27 Chase Lane, Dovercourt, Harwich, Essex, CO12 4NB because nobody was home. This is not accurate as I have been home all day. No note was left, and I wasn't provided with a tracking number. I am very disappointed with this situation and find it unacceptable. Your company's service is subpar, and I would avoid using it if given the choice. I would like to know when I can expect to receive my parcel. Should I consider contacting Postman Pat instead? Additionally, I have CCTV cameras installed at the front of my property.

I need assistance with a misdelivered parcel. Paragon Law at 7b Broad Street, Nottingham, NG1 3AJ signed for a package that was not meant for them. The delivery driver mentioned that the intended recipient would receive a card, but no one has claimed it yet. I received an email from Hermes informing me that my parcel from The Works was scheduled for delivery on Thursday, October 29th, between 1pm and 3pm. However, it did not arrive within that time frame. Subsequently, I received another email stating that the delivery was rescheduled for between 7pm and 9pm, which also did not happen. Today, I received yet another email setting the delivery time between 1pm and 3pm, but sadly it did not arrive once again. To my surprise, I then received an email claiming the parcel was delivered successfully to my shed at 12:59, despite the fact that I do not have a shed. The address shown in the picture provided does not match mine. Despite checking with my immediate neighbors, the parcel remains untraceable. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted].

I am frustrated. As an 81 year old self-isolating individual, I am concerned about receiving my parcel with tracking number H[redacted] from Mrs. Rona Mayall. The expected delivery time was between 3 and 7 today, but the driver did not show up with no delivery card left. Due to my small and inaccessible garden, there is no suitable place to leave the parcel. I wish to receive my own deliveries and not involve my neighbors.
If my parcel is not delivered promptly, I will have to cancel my order with QVC. My prior experiences with Hermes delivery have not been positive, and the service appears to be deteriorating.

I purchased two track suits from Sports Direct on separate occasions, resulting in two separate parcels being sent. Sports Direct informed me via email about each parcel's processing and dispatch. However, I encountered an issue when Hermes notified me that both parcels were out for delivery simultaneously.
Despite the notification, only one Sports Direct parcel, containing a single item with tracking number [redacted][redacted], was delivered. Upon checking the Hermes website, it indicates that both parcels were delivered, which is inaccurate. The second parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted], addressed to my wife, has not been received. Interestingly, Hermes's site displays a photo of my house as delivery confirmation.
