I need help with a delivery issue. I sent a parcel to Lancashire via Hermes and there seems to be a discrepancy in the tracking information. The "classic hermes" website shows the parcel was delivered at 14:36, but the Myhermes website states that the local courier couldn't deliver it and will try again the next working day. Despite contacting Hermes customer service and speaking to a representative, the tracking status remains unchanged. The online assistant is not helpful as it only shows the parcel will be delivered the next day. The recipient confirmed receiving the parcel, but I am concerned about potential claims due to tracking inaccuracies. I need the tracking status to reflect the delivery on the correct date and time. It seems like there may be an issue with the update on the ordinary tracking website. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Hello, I made a purchase on Tuesday with an expected three-day delivery. Despite tracking it on the Hermes tracking app, it has been stuck on "we've got it" since Wednesday. I was anticipating it today, but it seems unlikely now. This item is a birthday present due on Monday, and I'm anxious for it to arrive on time. Interestingly, a separate order placed on Wednesday, also being delivered by Hermes, arrived today. The tracking number for the pending order is [redacted].

I shipped a parcel on eBay to David Allan Melville at Day Today in Hamilton, but Hermes is having trouble accessing the address even though his shop opens by 6am. I checked eBay and it shows the parcel is held due to damage. I need to resend it to his new address: 1 Melrose Street in Hamilton. Unfortunately, I can't reach a person at Hermes. Holly was not helpful and provided limited assistance.

On December 16th, I received an email stating that I was unavailable for a delivery, which was incorrect as I was home all day. Despite having the RING service, there was no video evidence of anyone at my door. Hermes informed me on the 17th to expect details for redelivery, but I did not receive any information. Unfortunately, their chat service is down, and the phone line disconnects after two rings, making it impossible to get in touch with them for clarification. This is not the first time Hermes has provided false information regarding delivery attempts, and I have not encountered these issues with any other parcel courier service.

Two weeks ago, on December 19, I arranged for Hermes to collect a parcel intended for my mum. Despite three ignored pickup requests, I eventually dropped it off at a Hermes shop myself out of necessity. The parcel was collected from the shop on Saturday and reached a depot on Sunday at 9:23 am. The tracking on their website indicates they have the parcel, but it appears it hasn't been dispatched to my mum yet. I've attempted to call but only encounter an automated system, making it impossible to speak with a customer representative. When directed to the international department, I end up back at Hermes with no assistance. I am stuck in a loop with no human contact to resolve this issue over the phone. There is no email option available to contact Hermes, leading to frustration in tracking down my parcel's progress. Despite initiating a case with Resolver at the beginning of the week, I have not received a response. The lack of communication from Hermes leaves me concerned that the anticipated delivery for last Friday may not materialize.

I am disappointed with the inefficiency of Hermes machines in resolving issues. I have a tracking number for a parcel from the White Company sent via Hermes, but when I input it into the Hermes App, it is not recognized. Their digital problem solver seems incapable of addressing this matter effectively. The White Company is also struggling to receive a response regarding the lost parcel. I was expecting a delivery from Hermes, but to my surprise, the driver displayed suspicious behavior. The driver briefly approached my door and then went to the side of my house before returning without leaving the parcel. I received an email claiming the parcel was left in a safe place, which was untrue. The whole incident was captured on camera, indicating that the driver took the parcel. I have evidence and intend to report this theft to the police. I would appreciate a call to address this matter further. Thank you.

I purchased an armchair recliner and was informed that it would arrive in January [redacted]. Yesterday, a package was left with my neighbor, containing only the seat of the chair, missing the back part. I'm missing one of the two boxes needed to assemble the recliner. I kindly request the delivery of the missing box so that I can complete the assembly. It would be helpful to receive an update on the new delivery date as well. Thank you.

I was surprised to receive my recliner delivery earlier than expected. The delivery was made to my home without any prior notice, and my neighbor signed for it in my absence. The recliner arrived in two separate boxes for assembly, but unfortunately, I only received one of the boxes containing the base. I am missing the backrest box. I was expecting a delivery from Sports Direct on 22/12/20 but received a notification that it was with Hermes. In the past, Hermes has not delivered to our remote location. The code provided in the message is too short to be a tracking number. I'm open to changing the delivery address, but I'm having difficulty reaching anyone for assistance. I made the order well in advance of Christmas, but it seems like it won't arrive on time. I've been attempting to contact Sports Direct for a tracking number, but their stores are currently closed.

Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased a SONGMICS 2-level clothes airer from Amazon on December 7th. The tracking ID is [redacted][redacted]. Originally, the parcel was expected to arrive between the 6th and 19th of December, but then the delivery window got rescheduled to between the 20th and 23rd of December. I scheduled a parcel collection for Tuesday, but despite being home all day, Hermes did not show up. I then received an email claiming an attempted collection on Wednesday, which was untrue as we were present. I was promised a contact on Wednesday, which did not happen. Every time I call with my tracking number, I receive the same unhelpful response. I have tried this approach before without success. Please, can someone address this issue promptly?

The delivery status shows an attempt was made on 24.12.20 at 6:59 pm, but I assure you that I was waiting all day and night for this package by the front door, and your driver did not show up. Another delivery arrived, but not yours. This was an extremely important virus testing kit, and we must return it by noon today. The tracking information does not indicate if it will be redelivered. Can you please provide an update on when I can expect this delivery?

I am frustrated by the lack of a clear reason and the considerable amount of time this process has taken. I have been waiting for a parcel pickup since December 17th, which was the scheduled time. There was supposedly an attempted pickup, but this is false since my designated safe place is accessible 24/7, which the courier is aware of since he delivers my packages there regularly. I have not received any documentation to support the alleged pickup attempt. Please resolve this matter promptly and arrange for collection as soon as possible. Thank you, Isobel F.

I noticed on the tracking system that Hermes supposedly picked up my parcels today. However, all 5 parcels are still in my porch! Since we are self-isolating, I arranged for a collection service, but it seems we won't receive the service we paid for. This might lead to complaints from buyers or negative feedback. I attempted to reach out to them, but their electronic messaging system is ineffective, and they closed at 1 pm today. I seek assurance that the parcels I paid to have collected will truly be picked up and that the tracking information will be more precise.

I made a purchase on the Debenhams website on 10/12/[redacted] and received a dispatch email on 17/12/[redacted] confirming that my items were sent out. Unfortunately, there was no working tracking number or link provided in the email. Shortly after, the Irish site was closed down. I reached out to Debenhams via Twitter for an update, and they mentioned that my order should arrive by 23/12/[redacted]. However, the delivery did not happen, and after contacting customer service, I was told that an investigation would be initiated with Hermes. As of 29/12/[redacted], there have been no updates or the option to change the delivery address. It seems that Hermes lacks customer service in Ireland, advising me to contact the retailer or seller directly.

I recently ordered three items, but only one was delivered to my doorstep, while the other two were not. I initially thought it might have been the postman, but it seems like the delivery driver may have mistakenly taken them back.
