My issue remains unresolved. I have yet to receive my parcel after two weeks. The maintenance office in the vicinity, where Hermes claims to have left my parcel without consent (which should have been signed for by me, not someone unknown), has limited open days and hours, conflicting with my work schedule. I have unsuccessfully tried to retrieve my parcel during my lunch break, only to find the office closed due to its nature as a maintenance, not a reception venue. As the retailer doesn't accept returns after two weeks, I am concerned about being stuck with unsuitable items. I urgently need Hermes to redeliver my parcel to me to avoid further inconvenience.

I'm struggling to type due to my severe disability. The recent service from Hermes has been distressing. I've been waiting for a parcel all week, initially told it was coming Wednesday. The tracking now shows it's delayed and not even with the courier, contradicting the email I received from Hermes on Wednesday saying it was on its way. Strangely, a parcel I ordered from Lakeland after this one arrived promptly via Hermes. The tracking number for this delayed parcel now matches the one for the prompt delivery from Lakeland. I've been staying up every afternoon waiting, sacrificing my rest due to my health issues. The situation has left me in tears. I've received no clear information on the whereabouts of my parcel. I live alone and rely on a carer. Please, resolve this promptly as the ongoing wait has taken a toll on my health.

I had an order scheduled for delivery on Sat, April 27, but it was delayed because of an address issue. The correct address is 33 Slade Baker Way, BS16 1QT. My Tracking No. is [redacted][redacted]. If no one is home, kindly leave the delivery around the back of the house through the side gate. I tried to rectify the address right after placing the order, but the seller claimed it had already been dispatched. Can you please acknowledge the receipt of this email?

I received a "Sorry We Missed You" card indicating that my parcel was left in a safe place - the front door, with no further details. I was away over the weekend and returned to find no parcel on my doorstep. The only delivery I am expecting is from Gogroupie, a large BBQ. My doorstep is not a secure location as it is right by the street without any seclusion. I checked with my Neighbours, but none of them have my parcel. I would appreciate a prompt response regarding this issue. I would also like to provide images of my doorstep and the surroundings to illustrate that it is not a safe place for deliveries. The only information I have is the barcode number on the card: [redacted]1. The tracking information shows the delivery was made around 2:30 pm on Saturday. I have reached out to Gogroupie as well, but have not received a reply yet.

After locating the delivery office in Avonmouth, I spoke with a customer service representative regarding my missing parcel. They assured me it was on the delivery van for that day. However, after contacting the driver, it was revealed the parcel had been left at the depot by mistake. Despite the employee's efforts to retrieve it, the parcel could not be located among the numerous others at the depot. I was advised to return at a later time to collect it myself. Despite having paid for delivery the previous week, the parcel has yet to be delivered to me. The representative took down my contact information, but I am still awaiting a resolution from Hermes.

The delivery person was extremely careless when delivering my parcel. He rang the doorbell, pushed open my shop door, left the parcel on the shop sofa, and departed as soon as I arrived seconds later. I informed him he should have waited for me instead of leaving the parcel in the open shop where customers could have been. He became difficult and argumentative, blaming me for not being there the day before. However, I was in my shop all day and no post slip was left. There was a delivery issue with my parcel. It was left outside and my signature was forged. The parcel got stolen. I want a refund or my parcel resent. I have proof I was not home at that time due to job documents signed by me 50 miles away. I can provide my genuine signature for comparison. Also, I never authorized the parcel to be left outside or with a neighbor. Photos of the delivery location can be provided. The situation raises concerns about the delivery process and the necessity to forge a signature if I had actually signed for it. I demand a resolution to this issue promptly.

Yesterday, a Hermes delivery arrived without any paperwork enclosed. The package, a large cabinet, was signed for by a neighbor. I have not made any orders recently, and after checking my bank account and emails, I have found no record of this delivery. The paperwork detailing the contents was taken out, leaving me unaware of the sender and its origin. Can someone provide assistance regarding this situation?

I was expecting a parcel on Friday, April 26th. I waited at home all day, constantly checking the tracking information, but it never arrived. Today, on May 1st, I went to the local Hermes depot to inquire about it. After providing my tracking number, they informed me that the parcel was picked up on April 24th, but it has not moved since. This was a birthday gift for my husband, and I am quite upset about the situation. I am hoping to get a refund promptly so I can purchase an alternative gift for him.

Hello, I am June G. from 53 Grampian Park, Forfar, Angus, DD8 1DB. I am currently awaiting an item from an eBay seller with tracking number [redacted][redacted]. There seems to have been an issue with the delivery as it was sent to the wrong depot in Dundee. Despite my attempts to reach out to customer service and getting redirected to contact you, when I check the tracking number on the website, it shows delays and being sent to the wrong depot. I recently received an email about a missed delivery, but I was at home all morning and no one attempted to deliver my parcel or left a call card. Hello, my name is Neve Bidwell-Wright. I placed an order with Pretty Little Thing and paid for next day delivery, expecting my shoes to arrive the following day. Despite redirecting the parcel to my neighbors, I received an email saying it was delivered to my home address. However, upon returning, I found neither the parcel nor a delivery card. Searching near my door and checking with neighbors proved unsuccessful. The Hermes delivery driver claims they attempted to deliver my parcel yesterday at 19:05, but no one was available. However, we were at home the entire day and even left the porch door open for the parcel to be dropped off inside. There was no delivery note left in our letterbox. This isn't the first time this has occurred. On a previous occasion, a female driver mentioned she receives low pay, making it necessary for her to have multiple deliveries in the same area to be worthwhile.

Yesterday, I received a delivery from Aldi brought by your company. This morning, I received notifications about a delay stating that my Aldi order would arrive today between 11am-1pm; however, nothing was delivered within that timeframe. I later received an email indicating my parcel had been delivered at 16:51 to Kathleen Walton at a different address (72 Cox Green Road). I did not receive any package or a note indicating an alternative location for delivery. I am unsure if this parcel was meant for me, as I was not anticipating any deliveries. It is possible that the parcel belongs to another Aldi customer and there was a mix-up by Hermes. I stayed home waiting for the delivery, but since nothing arrived, I am perplexed. Pretty Little Things dispatched my parcel on Tuesday, April 30th, with the expected delivery date being the next day since I have paid for a year's supply of next-day deliveries. On Wednesday, May 1st, I received an email from you stating that there were some delays. However, I have not heard anything since then, and I still have not received my parcels. Your phone parcel tracking service keeps cutting me off due to technical issues, and the online tracking is also not working. I am quite disappointed that a company as large and well-known as yours is experiencing so many problems. The items in my parcel were clothes for a party I was supposed to attend tonight. This situation has completely ruined my plans, and I am feeling very frustrated. Could you please provide me with information on the whereabouts of my parcel?

I have been trying to receive my parcel from Hermes since Thursday, but the courier claims no one is available to take it, even though the delivery address is an off license open until 10 pm daily. I contacted Lawley Drinks/Bargain Booze, the intended delivery location, and they confirmed their availability until 10 pm. I can't redirect the parcel to a neighbor as the only choices are other nearby shops with unknown delivery acceptance policies. I request for the parcel to be sent to my address, understanding that I may not be home due to work commitments. I was expecting the parcel for the weekend, making this situation quite frustrating. I instructed the eBay UK retailer not to deliver the package on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday as I do not accept deliveries on those days. I only accept deliveries from Monday to Thursday. The parcel ID is [redacted][redacted]. Kindly ensure it is delivered on Tuesday, May 7, [redacted], as Monday, May 6, is a bank holiday.

This problem has happened before and was only resolved when another courier covered for Sophie. My address, Flat 3 Holm House, Hafod Park, Hafod Road, Hereford, HR1 1WE, is correctly registered with Royal Mail and has been in their database since August [redacted]. I have provided detailed directions for future deliveries, including the proximity to nearby landmarks and clear signage to Hafod Park at the entrance.
