I am writing to report a delivery issue involving my elderly next-door neighbor, Mrs. Clint, who resides at 3 Strangford View, Greyabbey BT22 2SE. A Hermes parcel meant for Alexandra Sullion at 3 Strand View in Ballywalter BT22 2TL was incorrectly delivered to Mrs. Clint's residence. After failed attempts to rectify the situation by contacting the Hermes helpline, which incurred a charge of £6, I have left the parcel by my house for collection. I kindly request an apology and flowers for Mrs. Clint, as well as reimbursement of the £6 phone charge. I trust that this matter will be resolved within 48 hours to avoid further escalation. My 16-digit delivery number is 2[redacted] 7[redacted]. I received an email stating that my parcel has been delivered, but I have been near my front door all day and nothing has arrived. My doorbell is functioning, and no delivery attempt has been made. I paid for next day delivery and expect better service. I called to file a complaint about this chat line. I am frustrated with the weak online customer service response stating they will review the situation later to determine if it needs escalation. I want to speak to someone directly about this issue.

I was informed that the item collected from my home has not been returned to High Street TV. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the tracking number and receipt for reference. The collection took place around April 8, [redacted], at 3 IAnson Close, Leyburn, North Yorks, DL8 5LF. I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist in tracking the item or provide me with the necessary details so I can inform High Street TV accordingly. Thank you for your help.

I purchased a pair of shorts and flip flops from Superdry through eBay, and the delivery is being handled by Hermes. I had to take half a day off work yesterday to receive the parcel, as the tracking information indicated delivery between 12-2pm. By 4pm, the parcel had not arrived. Upon checking the tracking again, it claimed the package had been delivered. There was no knock on my door or any delivery attempt notice left, so the parcel is not with me. The tracking now says they will try again in 24 hours. Unfortunately, I have no one to leave the parcel with, requiring me to take time off work, resulting in less income for me. I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with Hermes. Their customer service phone number is an expensive [redacted] number, which I find unreasonable. I am left unable to speak with a customer service representative, while Hermes is at fault and has already caused me to lose half a day's pay.

I am an eBay seller, and I am concerned because one of the parcels I sent hasn't been scanned at the depot, according to the tracking details. The parcel was picked up 12 days ago on 25/4/[redacted] from my local shop and has not reached the customer yet. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I have spoken to the customer on eBay and they are unhappy and do not want a refund; they just want their item. I would appreciate it if someone could please investigate this for me and the eBay customer. As a regular user of Hermes through eBay shuttle service, if this issue is not resolved, I will consider using a different courier for my parcels. I am looking forward to hearing from you. I have two parcels with your courier for delivery. However, the tracking indicates that delivery attempts were made when neither my partner nor I were away. No delivery cards were left either. I reside on a pedestrianized housing estate divided into sections with different names. My address is at 22 Scovell Crescent, near McCoid Way where another resident, also expecting a delivery, faces the same issue. It seems like the courier might be mixing up addresses. I visited the resident at 22 McCoid Way to check for a delivery card, but she too hadn't received one despite being home. It appears that the courier might not be attempting deliveries. I kindly ask you to address this issue with the courier service and investigate the reason behind the failed deliveries. Thank you, Carol E.

Subject: Issues with Parcel Delivery I encountered difficulties receiving my parcel from Lakeland due to failed delivery attempts by the local courier, Sophie. Despite Sophie's emailed notifications, she did not successfully deliver the parcel on two separate occasions, leading to frustration. Interestingly, a different male courier easily located my address on the third attempt, raising concerns about Sophie's performance. My item, which weighed 9 kg, took 10 days from Collection to delivery. Upon arrival, I noticed rugged tears in the industrial strength polythene at the bottom of the package, likely due to mishandling by Myhermes employees. The bed topper inside was completely ruined as dirt and dust had seeped into the fabric and memory foam. I am deeply disappointed by the damage caused. The entire collection and delivery process by Myhermes has been a disaster. I have spent a significant amount of time dealing with tracking issues and package discrepancies through email messages. To add to my frustration, I am unable to progress my complaint and compensation request because I cannot send emails from my registered email address, [redacted] Although I've tried changing it to [redacted] on the Hermes registration page, it won't allow me as the system claims that email is already in use, which is true because it belongs to me. Hello, I initially requested my parcel to be delivered to the Urban Outfitters store at Westfield Shopping Mall for my convenience. Despite being at home on Tuesday the 7th when delivery was attempted, there was no contact made, resulting in my package being returned. The promised redelivery slot today between 13:00-15:00 has passed, and neither my apartment nor the Leafwild Café has received the package. I took a day off work to accommodate this delivery, but the lack of communication and subsequent unreceived package have tested my patience. I insist on scheduled weekday delivery at a time of my choosing or delivery to the Westfield Mall Urban Outfitters store as initially requested. My parcel number is [redacted][redacted]. Hello, I am following up on the tracking number for my return parcel, which is [redacted][redacted]. The status indicates it is still en route with the courier after being sent to JD through Hermes on 23.04.[redacted]. It has been over two weeks, and the parcel has not reached JD despite Hermes' claim of delivery. I am puzzled by the discrepancies in the information provided. I paid £5 for next day delivery, and although it arrived a day late, it didn't bother me much as long as it came the following day, which it did (today). Unfortunately, I wasn't home to receive it. The courier decided to leave it on a bin outside my house, specifically on the "blue bin," which has now gone missing. I have no way to reach the courier as they didn't provide any contact information and didn't attempt to leave it with my neighbor as is customary. I believe at the minimum, I should receive the joggers I ordered along with a refund for the delivery fee, or ideally a full refund for the entire amount paid for the parcel. My preference would be to have both the joggers and the delivery fee refunded.

I accidentally left my parcel in the recycling bin instead of with my neighbor, who I had designated as my safe place for deliveries. The bins, usually emptied on Tuesdays, were collected yesterday due to the bank holiday, resulting in the parcel being taken. I did not select the recycling bin as a safe place when asked, as I don't have a shed or porch. This has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the delivery situation.

A package was supposed to be delivered last Friday. The courier company, Mat-Kings, claims it was left in a porch that I don't have and no card was left for me. This is the second time this has happened, and I had to track it down to a neighbor last time. The tracking number I received this morning is [redacted][redacted]. I have been requesting for my parcels to be delivered to my neighbor on both yesterday and today. Despite confirming on the tracking page that my instructions are saved for delivery to my neighbor, the courier has not attempted to deliver to their apartment when they were at home. I urgently need the parcel for my upcoming holiday this weekend. As the driver seems to still be in the area, could the delivery be made before 10 a.m. today as initially planned? Tracking Reference: [redacted][redacted] I continue to receive emails stating my parcel is out for delivery, only to have the delivery times changed to impractical hours. If delivery was actually attempted, the driver would have noticed it is a business address and should aim for typical 9-5 business hours. I have tried calling all available numbers to no avail, and the automated service is not helpful. This marks the fifth problem I've encountered with your service in two years, which is extremely disappointing. I urge someone to reach out so I can receive my package, as no delivery cards were left after the supposed attempts.

I recently shipped an item to an address in Edinburgh that I sold on EBAY. The buyer inquired yesterday about the status of the delivery as they had not received it. I checked the tracking information on your website, and it shows that the item was signed for and left on the porch. I am extremely disappointed by this as I assumed items would be delivered securely with a signature, especially considering the value of the item. Please reach out to me to address this issue. I returned a parcel to Hermes through the Coop on the 28th of April [redacted] just before 5 pm. I received an email confirming the return. The parcel was headed to ASOS. I handed it over to the Coop, it was scanned, and they accepted it. It's been over a week now, and my parcel still hasn't reached ASOS. I didn't receive a 16-digit tracking number, which makes it hard to trace. I've never had issues with Hermes through the Coop before. The package contained clothes worth £[redacted]. ASOS claims they didn't receive it, and I'm at a loss. I request assistance in tracking my parcel, as I'm certain I handed it to the Coop, and they confirmed Hermes collected it.

Parcel number P2G[redacted]3 was sent from David Jones to Graham Muggleton at Eagle Centre Market, Derby DE12AZ. It was delivered on Friday, April 5th, and signed for at 12:18, though not by me or anyone I know. Unfortunately, the parcel has not appeared yet. eBay is aware of the issue but cannot proceed until the delivery has been confirmed from your end. I have been left out of pocket and without the goods. It's crucial for the delivery man to be interviewed to clarify whose name was signed for the parcel. I was expecting my package to be delivered yesterday, August 5, [redacted]. As per tracking number [redacted][redacted], the item was supposedly left in a secure location at my residence at 9:28 PM. My husband and I were both at home at that time, watching football with the curtains open. No one approached the house or left a delivery notice.
