I recently received an email claiming my parcel was delivered at 9:18 pm, but it was not received by me. The photo provided shows the parcel in what appears to be a dustbin, although the email stated it was posted through my letterbox. I am puzzled as to how a photo can be taken inside a letterbox. This is the second time this has occurred, and I am concerned about the delivery accuracy. I require these items for today as I have travel plans this evening. I believe the photo should depict the delivery location, not just a letterbox. Our usual delivery person is exceptional, so I am surprised by this error. The missing items are valuable brands like Kath Kidston and Oasis. I wonder if these delivery individuals are guessing addresses rather than reading them correctly.

While at my newborn daughter's doctor's appointment today, I received a text message notifying me of a parcel delivery. The link in the message indicated that the parcel had been delivered to a "safe place - letterbox." However, upon returning home, the parcel was not there. Another click on the link revealed a photo showing the parcel partially hidden behind my wheelie bin, visible to everyone. Despite checking thoroughly, the parcel was nowhere to be found. I am disappointed with Hermes for providing incorrect delivery information and for placing the parcel conspicuously. I believe the parcel may have been stolen due to this error by the driver, and I am requesting a refund.

I recently ordered clothes for delivery via Hermes, as I've had positive experiences with your service in the past. Unfortunately, I'm quite disappointed with my recent delivery. I received a notification on my phone stating that my parcel had been delivered, along with a signature displayed on your website. However, I had not received the parcel and there was no note left informing me that it had been left with a neighbor. Upon reviewing my CCTV footage, I discovered that the delivery driver had actually left the parcel with my neighbor who signed for it. My neighbor confirmed receiving the parcel but stated that he did not sign for it. It appears the signature may have been falsified. This situation has left me feeling unsettled and if this issue reoccurs, I may need to reconsider using your services in the future. The delivery driver in question is named Zegham. Hello, I received an email from Debenhams today informing me that Hermes will be delivering the parcel tomorrow between 8 am and 6 pm. However, the address is incorrect once again. My name is Bushra Vohra. Earlier, I spoke with Shahnawaz, and my incident number is [redacted]56. The Debenhams order number is [redacted]48. Debenhams customer service is organizing a replacement for my items, but the address issue persists. Dealing with these repeated errors is becoming very challenging as I have to make numerous calls, chat with representatives, and monitor my emails constantly. I am disappointed with the delivery service today. Despite it being the second attempt, the delivery person claimed no one was available to receive the parcel. There was no attempt to ring the bell or knock on the door. This is frustrating, especially with only one more delivery attempt left. It is unfair to blame me for the failed delivery since my father has been at home all day. Furthermore, this is not the first time I have had issues with this delivery person. In the past, she threw a box containing valuable eyeshadows onto my balcony, causing damage. I urge you to address this matter promptly. My order number is [redacted][redacted]. I received an email stating that my parcel would be delivered yesterday. I waited at home all day, but then I got another email saying delivery was attempted. I know I didn't miss any delivery attempts as I was home all day. I contacted customer service through online chat, and they assured me that the driver would call me to arrange a new delivery. However, I have not received any calls yet. Just now, I received another email saying delivery was attempted again. Good afternoon, I am inquiring about a missing parcel. On Saturday, the 6th of April, I received 2 out of 3 large parcels from Aldi. Hermes had falsely claimed they tried to deliver when they did not, causing delays. The 2 parcels arrived damaged, with torn sides and contents falling out. Hello, I came home to discover that two delivery attempts were made for my parcel, but I wasn't there to receive it. If I had received an email with a tracking number, I could have made arrangements to ensure I was home for the delivery. I have been at home for 2 days waiting for a next-day delivery from Hermes. An eBay seller refunded me for a problematic delivery that Hermes claimed was successful. I am frustrated because I've been at home all evening waiting for a delivery from Hermes, only to check online and see a message stating that an unsuccessful delivery attempt was made at 19:30 on Fri, 12 Apr. I find this hard to believe as I have been in a room with a clear view of my house entrance since 5 pm, and no one has approached my door during this time. Additionally, no calling card with a unique 8-digit number, as mentioned on the website, was left in my letterbox.

I paid for a grass strimmer from Aldi to be delivered to me on Saturday. Hermes sent me an email saying the parcel was delivered on 13/04/[redacted] at 19:51, but I didn't receive anything. No one knocked on my door, no card was left, and my neighbors don't have it either. The delivery status claims it was delivered to my address, which is inaccurate. Please investigate why false information is being sent to customers and, most importantly, where my parcel is.

I missed a delivery from Hermes as the email notification came after the intended time slot. The email stated the delivery was between 9 am and 11 am on the 15th of April, but I received it at 9:47 am. The parcel was attempted to be delivered at 9:57 am, which was just 10 minutes after I got the email. I suggest sending out time slots a day in advance for better planning. I would like to pick up my parcel at a drop-off shop near my home in Liverpool 23. Knowing Hermes is the courier, I would have chosen a different delivery option.

Hello, I ordered directly from Amazon, expecting it to arrive yesterday. Unfortunately, the delivery didn't come, and I was notified of an attempted delivery at 8:33 pm last night. Strangely, I was home washing dishes, yet no one knocked or left a card. This morning, I was informed of two more delivery attempts at 12:45 and 1:45 pm today, but no cards were left again. We have a designated safe spot that Hermes has used in the past, known to Amazon. I am now uncertain about when to expect the delivery of my item. Yesterday, I received a calling card stating it was the second delivery attempt, yet no first card was left initially. The card lacked driver contact information per the website guidelines. Today, a third delivery was attempted, and now the package will be returned to the seller. The situation seems unreasonable to me, as I am keen on receiving the parcel. Today's email notifying me of the delivery time is the first of its kind. Additionally, the tracking number in the email was not recognized by the telephone system. This experience is disappointing. I have a situation with a missing delivery of laminate flooring that was in the care of Hermes. The delivery involved a third party, Parcel2GO, for the collection of 3 packs of flooring. Originally scheduled for Thursday, March 28th, the collection had to be rescheduled due to the seller's absence. Despite rescheduling for Friday, Hermes attempted to collect on Thursday and subsequently on Friday, leaving a collection card behind. The seller apologized for the confusion and rescheduled for Monday with only 2 packs. Opting for UPS instead of Hermes, new labels were attached. However, on Monday, UPS arrived, but the seller had already released the items to Hermes mistakenly. Contacting Parcel2GO revealed the Hermes delivery was never canceled. Despite numerous calls to Hermes, the items remain missing without tracking info since they were mistakenly sent out with UPS labels. I am seeking assistance in locating my missing flooring to complete a kitchen project.

I received a collection card from the driver, who placed his own Hermes labels on my items four weeks ago. Each of the two packs of laminate flooring is individually wrapped in bubble wrap and secured with red & white 'Fragile' tape. Unfortunately, neither the buyer nor the seller has received the item yet. The package has been in the Hermes system since Monday, 1st April. The collection reference number on the card is #[redacted]24, and beneath the barcode, there is another number, which is [redacted]3.
