Today, I was eagerly awaiting a Hermes delivery that was due between 11:00 and 15:00. To my disappointment, I have not received the parcel by 17:00 as per the tracking information that claims a delivery attempt was made at 13:00. I have been home all day waiting and now face a dilemma with a hospital appointment tomorrow. The gate was open for easy access. I am frustrated by this apparent dishonesty. I urgently seek a resolution to this issue and hope for a prompt response. I am deeply dissatisfied with this experience and questioning the reliability of the service. I missed a parcel delivery on Tuesday, March 12th. I had requested online for it to be delivered to my neighbor on Wednesday, March 13th, who stays home. Despite this, a failed delivery card was left. Today, March 14th, the online tracking note claims a delivery attempt at 08:59 am, which is inaccurate as we were home and watched for the courier. Contacting the online number redirected me to the retailer. This parcel is crucial, as it's my grandson's birthday gift, causing significant disappointment. I am seeking resolution and possibly financial compensation for the inconvenience caused by the service failure.

Hello, I need assistance with my delivery issue. I expected my order this week and upon checking the tracking, it shows 2 failed delivery attempts. Surprisingly, I haven't received any prior notifications about the delivery schedule as I usually do. No 'missed delivery' notes were left either. I doubt the delivery attempts took place since I was home during the first one, and no one came by. The tracking now indicates a return to the retailer, the opposite of what I want. I find it concerning that I had to uncover this on my own and not a word from your team. Can this be fixed? I prefer to receive my package promptly. Please update me on what can be done. Thank you. I need assistance with a delivery problem I encountered. I anticipated my order's arrival this week but upon tracking, I found out there have been 2 unsuccessful delivery attempts. I usually receive notifications about delivery dates, but oddly, I didn't get any alerts this time. Also, I never received any 'missed delivery' notes, making me doubt the alleged delivery attempts. I was home during the supposed first attempt and no one approached. Shockingly, the tracking now shows the item being returned to the seller, which is contrary to what I desired. It's disappointing to have uncovered all this independently without any communication from your team. Can you please address this issue? I prefer the parcel to be resent promptly. Yesterday, on 14 March, the Hermes delivery driver (van 86) left a card at 10 Hillsborough Terrace, York YO30 6EW, stating our parcel was at no 16. After collecting the parcel from the neighbor, we found it's intended for Kathy Firth at 10 Earlsborough Terrace, York YO30 7BQ. We would appreciate if Kathy could be notified of her parcel and if Hermes could arrange for the driver to collect it from us and deliver it to the correct address. The card lacks the driver's contact details, and we couldn't reach out directly. The card features a barcode with tracking number [redacted]0. Thank you, Fiona.

I am awaiting a parcel from ACE 24, with Tracking Number [redacted][redacted]. The tracking details indicate delivery to Hermes Local Depot on 21/02/19, but I have not received it. The parcel is intended for SANDY PAYNE at BROOKERPAKS LTD, BREACH LANE, NEWINGTON, SITTINGBOURNE, ME9 7PE. I have attempted to reach out to Hermes regarding this issue, but I cannot locate a contact number for Customer Services. I have already contacted ACE, who verified the same tracking information but could not assist further. It is concerning that Hermes lacks accessible customer service contact information, especially if the package is lost or the item is now unavailable due to delay. Dear Customer Service, My tracking order number [redacted][redacted] was scheduled for delivery between 1-3 today. However, I received a message from Hermes stating that delivery was attempted but no one was home. I want to clarify that I have been home all day, and no delivery attempt was made. I am frustrated that I had to take time off work to wait for the parcel, only to receive incorrect information about the delivery attempt. Could you please arrange for the parcel to be delivered tomorrow? This is not the first time I have experienced this issue, and I will be lodging an official complaint regarding this matter. I ordered items from Studio and encountered a concerning issue. I received an email stating that a package was delivered while I was away, but it was not with my neighbor as expected. Upon checking the online tracking, I discovered that my signature was forged. Another package was delivered without requiring a signature, but once again, a forged signature appeared on the tracking. I am frustrated with the Hermes delivery driver in my area who repeatedly refuses to accept my signature for packages he delivers. Despite raising this issue before, Hermes continues to provide me with illegible signatures from the driver himself. When I confront him about it, he rudely insists that he knows me, even though I have no idea who he is. This behavior is unacceptable. I have also been asked to accept packages for other addresses without signing, which I refuse to do. If this continues, I will escalate my complaint to trading standards because it is evident that Hermes allows non-compliance and the driver signs on behalf of customers to get paid for deliveries. This lack of accountability puts customers at risk of receiving damaged or missing items with no recourse. I recently received a package at DL10 7SB-55 and the details are D[redacted][redacted] from Ideal World, ref OW[redacted]5/DW[redacted]5, van 98 drop 37 C-Round [redacted], COU - PNET. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to a helpful colleague who assisted me with a parcel delivery inquiry from Hermes in Beeston, Nottingham. The gentleman, who may be from overseas based on his name, provided me with reassurance around 8:45 this morning. Although I had to abruptly end the chat, his assistance was greatly appreciated. I received three parcels from your driver yesterday, which arrived 15 to 20 minutes later than the scheduled window of 12 noon to 2 pm. Unfortunately, the driver often does not wait for a signature or to confirm if anyone is home. Surprisingly, although I received the three large parcels, the smaller Travel Adapter that was also ordered from the same outlet was not included. Today, I saw that it was marked as delivered at the same time as the other parcels, which is incorrect since I did not receive it. I am worried that the driver did not wait for a signature. Hello, I am seeking assistance after weeks of unsuccessfully trying to resolve an issue. On February 25th, [redacted], I dropped off a parcel at Delph Service Station. Despite confirming with a staff member, the parcel was not scanned due to a long queue. A torn blue receipt was provided, which I assumed was my receipt. Regrettably, my partner has not received the return package. Office Shoes in Kilmarnock revealed they use Yodel, not Hermes, and upon investigation, it seems the garage mistakenly retained the parcel. The unscanned status led to the oversight. After numerous attempts, I have been advised to reach out to you for a lost parcel inquiry. The parcel was addressed to Office Returns in Kilmarnock. Sadly, the garage has been uncooperative, and we have lost the blue receipt amidst the confusion. I have contacted Yodel, Office Headquarters, and Hermes in Peterborough without success. I have been eagerly waiting for my parcel since the tracking information said it would arrive today between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. However, at 10:42 a.m., the update claimed a delivery attempt was made, which is inaccurate as I was at home by the door the whole time. After contacting Hermes, I was informed the driver went to the wrong house number. They assured me the driver was only 10 minutes away and would come directly to my address. Despite the reassurance, the driver never arrived, and multiple attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. I am frustrated as the tracking shows two previous "delivery attempts" on Friday and Saturday, which I did not witness or receive any notification about. I am concerned about my parcel getting sent back to the seller due to these issues that are not my fault. I anxiously await a resolution to this matter.

Hello Hermes Support, I recently had a parcel delivered when I was not home, and it was left in front of my house door as there is no designated "safe place." Could a delivery driver kindly return to put it through the letterbox? The tracking number is #[redacted][redacted]. If the parcel does not fit through the letterbox, could the driver open it and deliver its contents separately through the letterbox? It contains a magazine and a packet of metal dies for crafting from Tonic Studios, sent by Ideal Shopping (Create and Craft via online order). I am also expecting another delivery from Ideal Shopping, a 12x12" flat thin screen which may not fit through the letterbox. If that's the case, could you kindly keep it until I return to collect it in person? Although I do not have a separate tracking number for the second parcel, it is from the same sender, so it might have the same tracking number. I would really appreciate your assistance. Hello, I have another parcel with tracking number [redacted][redacted] that needs to be delivered through the letterbox. The previous parcel left outside with tracking number [redacted][redacted] was also supposed to go through the letterbox, so please ensure this one does not get left outside. It contains a magazine from IDEAL SHOPPING Ltd Tonic Studios and a small metal dies set, valued at over £50. If it cannot fit through the letterbox without opening, please do so. If delivery is not possible, please keep parcel #[redacted][redacted] until my return, or if feasible, leave it in the back garden under the large black plastic box. I have been waiting for a parcel, and it has not been delivered yet. The tracking information shows that it was delivered and signed for, which is inaccurate. The driver for our area has a history of not delivering our parcels and even refusing to hand them over. The tracking history shows conflicting information, stating that I requested returns which I did not. I believe the driver may be tampering with the system and sending our items back without attempting delivery. Previous complaints have not been resolved, and this issue continues to occur.

I placed an order from Pretty Little Thing two days ago, with the delivery scheduled for yesterday. Although I was home at the expected time, the parcel supposedly couldn't be delivered because no one was available. They rescheduled for today between 3-5pm, and yet again, they claimed delivery failed due to no one being home, which is inaccurate because I was present. I even updated my delivery preferences online to leave the parcel in a safe place if I wasn't available, but that didn't occur either. After reaching out to customer service via the provided telephone number, they stated the parcel was signed for and accepted, but I haven't received it. My husband dropped off a parcel at your local Hermes shop on 08/03/19 at McColls, 90-94 High Street, Rottingdean, Brighton BN2 7HF. The shop barcode is P[redacted] and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. The Hermes driver recalls picking up the bubble-wrapped parcel which wouldn't scan. He contacted head office for assistance. The shop manager informed my husband that she spoke with the driver who collected the parcel. The parcel was headed to Miles Smith at 7 Great Headland Road, Preston, Paignton, Devon, TQ3 2DY. It was a 30x30x30 parcel wrapped in bubble wrap containing a Clarion Marine CMD4 CD Radio. We've dealt with an upset receiver who never got their package and demanded a refund, which we issued. Despite multiple emails to Hermes since early March, we received no help. I recently made a purchase on boohoo.com and unfortunately, I mistakenly used my old address. The order was shipped by Hermes and delivered to the old address where someone else signed for it. I no longer reside there and do not know who signed for the package on my behalf. I have attempted to visit the address, but have been unable to make contact. Hello, I returned a parcel to the seller on March 9th. It was a cooker hood initially delivered by your company, as suggested by the seller for return. However, Hermes, the courier service, seems unable to provide any compensation or information about the lost parcel. I was given a tracker card by the courier as proof of collection, but now I am being informed that I won't be compensated. If necessary, I may involve my solicitor in this matter. I am frustrated by the lack of resolution and may consider discussing this on a radio program.
