I had two parcels delivered by your driver, but only one was left as per the card he posted through my door. The missing parcel, labeled Amz[redacted][redacted], seems to have been taken. The driver named Philip previously failed to bring back a receipt for a returned parcel, and now this incident has occurred. I am puzzled as to why he left the parcels outside by the bin when my back door would have been more secure. I have emailed you a copy of the receipt I have. The situation is concerning, and I hope you can assist me in locating the missing parcel. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I encountered an issue when attempting to send a parcel via your service. Upon reaching the drop-off location, the label I printed was not recognized by their scanner, as seen in the photo I attached. They mentioned the possibility of me having scheduled a pick-up instead of a drop-off, indicating that I would receive an email regarding the collection time. However, I have yet to receive any such communication. Coincidentally, I am currently in a dispute with an eBay seller and will be retaining the parcel temporarily. This unexpected turn of events may actually be a positive outcome in disguise. I noticed a charge of £3.86 on my Mastercard statement dated June 15th, which I believe is related to this unsuccessful parcel arrangement. I need to address a recent issue with one of your delivery drivers, Stacy. On the 18th of June, she attempted to deliver an order to my house. Despite my instructions, she refused to leave the package at my door and insisted on waiting for someone to collect it. This caused unnecessary stress as I have a heart condition that can be aggravated by such situations. On the 21st of June, she repeated the same behavior, refusing to enter the building even though there was no congestion. Then, on the 25th of June, she failed to deliver the package on time and once again displayed a rude attitude. I am deeply concerned about her unprofessionalism and the impact it has on my health. I kindly request that steps be taken to ensure she does not deliver to me again. An apology and appropriate action are necessary to prevent further issues.

Upon return from work, a blank leaflet was found without any specific information left by the Hermes courier. After attempting to track the order, it indicated a delivery status despite no one receiving the parcel, no notes left on the leaflet regarding its whereabouts or confirmation of neighbors holding it. Contacting customer service was futile since the complaints line was closed with no alternative support available. The lack of service provided is disappointing, and the delivery person did not fulfill the necessary job requirements.

Upon returning from work, I found a blank leaflet with a message stating "sorry I missed you," left by a Hermes colleague. However, crucial delivery details were missing, causing confusion. When attempting to track my order with the barcode, it indicated the parcel had been delivered, but I never received it. Despite trying to contact the complaints line, it was closed, leaving me unable to speak with customer service. I am deeply disappointed by this poor service, as the delivery driver failed to fulfill their job requirements properly.

I scheduled and paid for my item collection through Parcel2Go on Monday, June 24th. Despite waiting the entire day, I received an email requesting a rebooking, which I did for today. Again, I took the day off work and waited all day only to receive another email asking for a rebooking! It's financially challenging for me to keep taking days off work just to wait for a collection that doesn't happen. I've been unable to register with Parcel2Go to request a refund. I kindly ask for a refund or a specific 2-hour window for collection instead of waiting all day.

Today at 1:10 pm, I had a delivery where the driver pushed a large box into my hallway. Upon inspection, I found the box was already open. When I tried to talk to the driver, he dismissed my concerns and was rude to me, causing a scene outside my home. I am disappointed with this experience and have contacted Studio, the sender, to cancel my order and close my account due to the driver's behavior. It's been difficult to reach someone at the company to address this issue. As a 62-year-old lady, the driver's behavior left me feeling anxious. My granddaughter's birthday present was in that damaged box, which is now ruined, and I now have to find an alternative gift for her. I received a text yesterday at 9 a.m. stating my delivery was on its way. Another text at 11:56 a.m. said it would arrive between 12-3 p.m., but nothing showed up. I stayed home all day because my son is very ill, and I am struggling with my health as well. I attempted to contact you for about 4 hours without success. According to the tracking information, the package was delivered to a different address belonging to a Mr. Adam Cronin. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. I'm having issues with a parcel delivery. I sent three packages using Hermes via their website to the same address details. So far, only one package has reached my address. The second one was delivered to a neighboring address by mistake, but luckily, they were able to reach out to me through friends. The third package is still with Hermes, and I'm unsure of its whereabouts. The tracking information advises me to contact the retailer, who happens to be a seller on eBay. He's been understanding and promised to assist, but he's unable to reach Hermes due to their customer service system update. I've tried calling Hermes, but the customer service phone number is not accepting calls.

Yesterday, I received two email confirmations stating that my parcels were delivered at 13:57 to my address. However, upon returning home, the parcels were not there, and they are not in any apparent safe place outside. I have confirmed with neighboring houses that they have not received the parcels on my behalf. The delivery photos in the email are displaying only black images. I urgently ordered these items from Pretty Little Thing with next day delivery for an event last night, which I missed due to the missing parcels. I am seeking assistance in locating the missing parcels and resolving this issue promptly. The clothing in the missing parcels amounts to a significant value. I received a message regarding parcel No. P2G[redacted]3 stating I need to pay an extra £3.30 plus VAT due to incorrect sizing by Hermes measuring it at 56X20X6. The actual dimensions should be .5kg and 10X10X6 cm, containing only two napkin rings in a very small box. The buyer confirmed receipt, so I believe there was an error in measuring. I am unable to pay the excess charge, as the sizing discrepancy seems to be on your end.

Yesterday, I had scheduled a collection for my large package within a wide 8am-8pm window, but unfortunately, nobody came to pick it up. Parcel2Go was unable to provide any assistance as no reason was given for the collection failure. I now need to rebook the collection, but the 12-hour window does not work for the sender as they have kids to drop off and pick up from school. I am seeking the reason for the failed pickup and wish to request a shorter, more precise collection time frame as waiting a full day without a guaranteed collection is not acceptable. Unfortunately, dropping off the package is not an option due to its size. My parcel number is P2G[redacted]1. Dear all, I am writing to report that my parcel has not been collected for the second time. On Tuesday, June 25th, I waited for the collection, but the driver could not find me. My daughter stayed home all day to wait for the parcel to be collected. I contacted the courier to reschedule the collection for Saturday. The courier confirmed they would pick it up, but to my dismay, I received an email stating the parcel could not be collected, without any explanation. I called the courier on Saturday, who had failed to collect my parcel on Tuesday, and he assured me he would come between 2 pm - 4 pm. Today, I was expecting a parcel with next-day delivery between 8 am and 6 pm. I ensured I was available all day to receive it. I checked the tracking information repeatedly. By 5:45 pm, I was concerned as the tracking indicated a delivery at 2:27 pm with a signature. However, I can confirm I did not receive the parcel, nor was there a knock on the door. I paid £10 online for Hermes to collect a parcel on 20.06.[redacted]. The courier gave me a label with a number on it, which I thought was a tracking number. Unfortunately, it was the driver's pad number, not a tracking number, as clarified by the Airdrie office. The parcel cannot be traced, and the customer hasn't received it after over a week. The customer is requesting a refund, and I must issue it as the parcel is missing. The Hermes collection service tracking number is [redacted]23. I recently bought a Huawei P30 Pro on Facebook Marketplace, and the seller arranged for Hermes to deliver it. Everything seemed fine with the tracking until Hermes required additional payment for insurance, which the seller missed. Consequently, Hermes confiscated the package and demanded £15 for insurance. On the delivery day, I signed for an empty box. The seller paid for insurance, promising the delivery, scheduled for 9 am - 12 pm, but it never arrived. Neither the seller nor I have any tracking updates. I am deeply worried and disappointed by this situation and seek urgent clarification. If not, I will have to pursue further action. I've been attempting to track my two parcels for a week now. According to the notes, delivery has been tried multiple times, but this is incorrect as the address is my workplace equipped with CCTV. I've faced similar issues with this courier before and it's frustrating to have parcels marked as delivered when they haven't been. My package has been at the local depot since Monday. Why hasn't it been handed over to my local courier yet? I misplaced my mailbox key yesterday but found it today. On the 20th of June, I discovered a card from you. I called the agent this morning who claimed the package was delivered and signed for, which is not accurate. Given my age of 74 and living alone, no one was available to sign for it. The agent mentioned someone signed for it, but when I inquired if they came to the house or were in the garden, he couldn't recall details about the signer. I asked for the person's name who allegedly signed for it. The package was intended for my daughter Leanne Harding, who resides in France and is due to visit at the end of July. During the second attempt today, I was in the garden and noticed the side gate was open, which they could have used for delivery. Despite this, eBay and the parcel tracking information claim the package has not been delivered. The notification for a delivery attempt between 1 and 3 PM only appeared around 2 PM. I've attempted to adjust the delivery preferences to leave the package at the side of the house but faced difficulties making changes. It’s frustrating not being able to speak to a representative over the phone, as the system redirects me online, which feels unprofessional. Could you kindly ensure the delivery of the parcel to the right side of my house under some plastic sheeting? An email confirmation upon completion would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Paul
