On June 3rd, I received a confirmation letter stating a parcel label was attached, but it was missing. I have reached out to your team, and I was advised to contact Damart directly. Despite my attempts, I only receive automated responses from Damart and still haven't received a proper reply. The parcel is scheduled for collection tomorrow, and I am left without a label. I would appreciate it if you could verify the situation and provide me with a new label addressed to Damart for the return of my parcel. Your assistance in this matter would be highly valued.

On Tuesday, April 5th, [redacted], two boxes were deposited outside our residence underneath the car. A message was then sent to my son, asserting that he had acknowledged the delivery, despite being at work, with only a security camera monitoring our property. Consequently, no actual signature was provided. Moreover, one box appears to be missing, containing essential components like the hydraulics and wheels required to operate the equipment properly. The service provided by Hermes is unsatisfactory as forging signatures is deceptive. I urge prompt action to rectify this situation. Please contact me at [redacted] and [redacted] The reference number left by the courier, although incomplete, states "under car" and is [redacted]8. Thank you.

On Friday, May 3rd, a driver from your company mistakenly picked up the wrong parcel from my residence. The driver was supposed to collect an Amazon return package but took a different item without Amazon's label or barcode, which was only addressed to me.
After contacting Amazon thrice, they mentioned they couldn't assist as the parcel never reached them. Therefore, I am reaching out to you as you still have the item in question.
Kindly return the parcel to:
Michael Churchouse
[redacted] Oakfield Street
Altrincham
WA15 8HQ
The Amazon order number to reference is #[redacted]-[redacted].
Please notify me at [redacted]6 or [redacted] once you locate the item and prepare it for return.
Thank you,
Mike

A parcel was picked up from my address in Leighton Buzzard on 3/6/[redacted] with Tracking No. [redacted][redacted]. It was supposed to be delivered to Flat 19, 24 Maldon Road, Wallington, SM6 8BX. The recipient mentioned that the package was sent back to Gatwick hub due to its weight. They warned me it would be sent back to me unless I took action. Currently, I am unable to assist as I am not close to the package. Even if it's returned to me, I'd still face the same issue to get it to the customer. I'm puzzled as to why it was considered too heavy for delivery to the customer but not for the return. It seems illogical. If the driver couldn't handle it, why didn't they ask the recipient to carry it from the vehicle? I seek a resolution to this inconvenience.

While on vacation for a week, we missed three delivery attempts from "Dave" at 07[redacted]51 on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th of June. The last notice stated it was the final delivery attempt. Despite calling Dave, we only learned that the parcel is large and heavy, about 2ft x 1ft. It was returned to an unknown depot. The sender remains a mystery, and we are uncertain how to retrieve the package. Upon our return today, we were unable to reach customer service via phone or chat. Our front door area has a large wooden box used by other delivery personnel. We wish to track down the sender and locate the parcel's current position. The barcode number is [redacted]5, but our attempts to track it online have been unfruitful.

I, Layla Croft of [redacted] Romsey Close, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 3RR, ordered a black eyeliner for £18 from Limelife. On 28th May, I received an email stating it was shipped by your company. However, a Hermes ticket indicates that it was delivered to my neighbor at [redacted] Romsey Close, Aldershot. Despite my efforts, I haven't been able to retrieve the package. I am disappointed that my birthday gift went to someone else due to an error on your part. I kindly request a reply and a refund for this issue. It is concerning that the delivery driver left it with the wrong person without confirming. Please email me with your plan of action. If needed, you can reach me at my mobile number, [redacted]. Thank you.

I received an email from you on Friday, June 8th, [redacted], stating that my parcel was delivered to my home address at 6:58 PM and signed for by me. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]. However, the signature is not mine, and my name was misspelled. There was no knock at the door, and the parcel is missing. I checked with my neighbors, and they do not have it either. This situation is distressing as someone signed my name fraudulently without delivering the parcel or notifying me. I am heavily pregnant with complications, and the stress caused by this issue is unwelcome. I am seeking clarification on the location of my parcel since the driver did not deliver it, and the communication seems misleading.

I was expecting my parcel to be delivered today and Hermes mistakenly delivered it to 1 Elizabeth Close instead of 1 Elizabeth Road. Despite the courier's attempt to retrieve it, the parcel was signed for by someone at that address. I have visited the house but haven't had any luck. Can you please assist in resolving this issue? You can contact me at 01[redacted]20 or [redacted]8. Thank you.

I provided my tracking number [redacted][redacted]. Today, on Monday 10th June, my parcel was scheduled to arrive between 9 am and 11 am. Surprisingly, I received a notification at 10:47 am stating that the delivery was made. Unfortunately, no one had knocked on my door. The address mentioned in the notification, 7 Cotes Drive, Loughborough, Leicestershire, LE111JD, is indeed my correct residential address where I was present at that time. Despite this, no attempt was made to deliver the parcel, and there was no delivery slip left. I checked with my neighbors and the two individuals at home, but no one had accepted the parcel. The signature provided was unrecognizable to my family and neighbors, indicating that the parcel was signed for by an unknown person. It is concerning that the delivery was made elsewhere without any notice. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

This morning, my delivery was left in the outdoor shed attached to our house, a space inaccessible to us. Hermes has repeatedly made this error despite my instructions not to do so. When attempting to provide delivery instructions on their website, I found no option to do so. By the time I checked my email, the £65 worth of clothing had already been tossed over the shed. Instead of assuming, Hermes should have offered options like delivering to a nearby store for my collection or rescheduling.

I recently had a customer from eBay inform me that they did not receive the parcel I sent. Hermes claimed to have delivered it and sent a photo of a house, but the customer was home all day and no delivery was attempted. The house in the photo was not the customer's residence, and the number on the house did not match the address label. I am seeking assistance in tracking down where the parcel was mistakenly delivered.

Today, I received my package, which was supposed to arrive on Monday, but it was just delivered 2 minutes ago. I didn't hear a knock on my door, and my wife, who was in the kitchen next to it, also didn't hear anything. Even our two German Shepherds didn't bark, so no one went to answer the door. Instead, the delivery driver started banging on my front windows. I was quite unhappy about this. When I asked the driver not to do it again, he responded rudely saying he won't deliver here if bothered.
This individual lacks professionalism and customer service skills. It would be beneficial for your company to provide him with training in customer relations. Here are my details for reference:

Hello,
I would like information about the status of my parcel delivery attempts. The parcel is from the U.S., and the delivery person has made three unsuccessful delivery attempts. I left a note requesting the parcel be left in the shed, but the delivery person mentioned being chased by a dog in a neighbor's garden, which was the incorrect route to my property. Had they used the correct path, there would have been no encounter with the dog. I suggest the delivery person communicate with either the homeowner or the dog's owner to prevent such incidents. I am unsure of the next steps. I am willing to provide an alternative address or pay to have the parcel delivered to a local shop, although I believe I should not incur additional costs given the delivery person's error. I kindly request a prompt response as I have had difficulty reaching Hermes customer service. I have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact them over the past two days. Thank you.

I had a parcel scheduled for delivery on Saturday. I rearranged my plans as I needed to sign for it. After waiting all day and no delivery, I checked the tracking and saw it was delayed. On Monday and today, they attempted delivery without ringing the doorbell, only leaving a card. I requested delivery to my neighbor, but my parcel was sent back to the studio. I am disappointed that my option to deliver to my neighbor was ignored. Now, I have missed out on Father's Day and birthday presents. I am frustrated and seeking an explanation for this situation.

I received an email regarding a parcel from Mankind set to be delivered by Hermes today, June 19, [redacted], between 1 to 3 pm. The parcel/order number indicated is [redacted]01. The email address to contact is [redacted] My name is Sherrin Lim, and the delivery address is 2A Ashley Gardens, Ambrosden Avenue, London SW1P 1QD. However, the parcel did not arrive as expected, and upon tracking online, it shows as delivered at 5:39 AM today, signed by an unknown person. I have checked with neighbors and the porter with no luck. The timing discrepancy is confusing as I was waiting during the indicated delivery window. I kindly request assistance in tracing the delivery personnel to clarify the situation promptly, as I require the product urgently. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I had a delivery today, and even though 2 items were supposed to be left by my bin, I only found 1 item when I returned. I don't think it was stolen as the area is mostly inhabited by elderly residents. I suspect the driver, as he wrote two long numbers on the card. It puzzles me why he did this instead of just leaving the card at the door. It would have been safer if he placed the items at my back door within the gate, but instead, he left them outside the gate beside my bin. I attempted to call on three different numbers, including one toll-free, but couldn't get through except on one line, which led me to an answering machine. Please contact me at [redacted]8 as I intend to escalate this issue. Last time, your driver promised to return later with a collection ticket for a parcel, but never did.

Hello, I am writing to inform you of a recent issue with a parcel I sent out. The customer received the item very late, and upon delivery, it was in poor condition with multiple broken parts. The parcel was sent on April 8th from my address at 6 Hartley Grove, Dewsbury WF13 2BL, and was intended for Tracy Cochrane at postcode B63 2NA. Despite the delay, the delivery was mishandled, resulting in severe damage to the item. I have tried to reach out for assistance but have not received a reply. I urgently request a refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter. Thank you. Noorjehan A.

I received an email stating my parcel was delivered and signed for, but no one was home to receive it. The signature was illegible. This is the second issue in two weeks with your delivery drivers. Previously, they claimed to have put a parcel through a closed window. I had to go through a long process with the sender to get my refund. If I had known your company would be handling the delivery, I wouldn't have ordered. I found the Asos parcel in my garden after asking my neighbors if they had taken in a DHL delivery. This is unacceptable. I want a thorough investigation as I plan to escalate this matter. It is outrageous that someone forged a signature claiming safe delivery when the parcel was left in plain sight in my garden. I am furious and disappointed that your staff find this behavior acceptable. I value my hard-earned money, and having a parcel left in plain view is not appropriate.
