I received Order #[redacted][redacted] for the offset umbrella. Unfortunately, I've encountered difficulties with the assembly directions and lack of troubleshooting information. Despite attempting to contact customer service by phone, I was directed to email for assistance without receiving a response. The umbrella fails to stay up after cranking it out due to the ball pin in the crank handle not staying in place as intended. This issue leaves me unsure if there is a fix or if a defect is present. The urgency of the situation is heightened as the umbrella arrived just before vacation, and I need it for an upcoming party. Despite a positive history of ordering from this company for their quality and service, the current lack of support is concerning.

I recently bought a Traeger grill, model TFB 57 PUBO, priced at $[redacted], which was supposed to be a Wi-Fi capable model. However, the grill I got is not Wi-Fi capable, and after checking with Traeger Co., I found out the listed price for the model I received is $[redacted].99. This means I was overcharged by $[redacted].01. When I contacted your customer service, I did not receive any resolution. I am disappointed with your handling of this situation and plan to escalate the issue to the BBB. As a result, I won't be placing any more orders with your company, and I will also inform my friends about my experience. A.H. Lange

I placed an order for a Sunset Trellis on 4-4-23 with Dan and was told it would be pre-assembled, but it was not. The parts I received marked as A and B are not compatible as they do not fit one on top of the other as expected. I am requesting a return for Order #[redacted][redacted], Sunset Trellis, Item #[redacted], delivered by FedEx on 4-10-23. I need a return label from FedEx or UPS to resolve this issue. The pictures showed an arbor, but what I received is definitely just a trellis. I tried calling 1-[redacted] on 4-12-23 and was on hold for ten minutes before being disconnected without speaking to customer service. I hope to get the correct trellis to make my life easier.
