I purchased five pairs of compression socks with order number [redacted]98 using my credit card. Despite being advertised as knee-high, they fall 4 inches below the knee and have inadequate compression, causing severe swelling in my ankles when I tried one pair. I received a sample jar of Olay that was advertised as a discounted price of $10.99 from $29.99, without noticing that it was a 10g sample size and not the regular 48g product that is sold in stores. At $29.99, this product would be $3.00 per gram, amounting to $[redacted] for a standard jar. Even at the reduced rate of $10.99, it would still be $1.10 per gram, making a 48g jar cost around $52.80. The regular price of a 48g jar in stores is between $26-$29.99. I contacted customer service, who assured me they would pass on my concerns to the company and that they would follow up within 24 hours. I am requesting a refund to my Groupon account. I recently ordered 4 pairs of Women's high waist jeggings in various colors with Order # 1[redacted]47-[redacted]. The product description indicated they were made of 60% cotton, 35% polyester, and 5% spandex, but upon opening the navy blue package, I discovered they were actually 95% polyester. This discrepancy is not what I expected, and I am disappointed. As I have already opened the navy jeggings, I would like to return the other 3 pairs for a refund. I bought a safari voucher through Groupon with Desert Safari Dubai - Luxury Tours. We confirmed all the details, arrived early, but they couldn't find our reservation. I unintentionally booked a hotel room at Holiday Inn for May 28, [redacted], for $[redacted] when my 4-year-old son was playing with my phone. I have been trying to get a refund but have been unsuccessful. I contacted the hotel and spoke to customer support, but they mentioned they can only process the refund if the hotel initiates it. Groupon, through which I made the booking, has not been cooperative. I called the hotel immediately after the booking, and they claimed to have canceled it, but Groupon insists that the hotel needs to reach out to them directly for the refund to be processed. I unintentionally made a reservation for May 28, [redacted], due to my 4-year-old playing with my phone. I contacted the hotel right away, and they canceled it. I'm unsure about the refund process because it was booked through a third party. After speaking to Groupon via chat, they mentioned the hotel needs to request the refund. Hello, I purchased two Groupons for a paddleboard experience with Miami Beach Paddleboarding. I plan to use them with my girlfriend tomorrow night and need to reserve our spot for 7 pm. However, even though I bought the Groupons hours ago, they are still processing, preventing me from making the reservation. We are on vacation and departing the day after tomorrow. I called earlier to the support team but accidentally got redirected to the live chat. I simply needed to change the date for an event and was not seeking a refund. Despite contacting them promptly after the payment, they informed me that the date change was not possible. I am not available on the scheduled night due to a prior commitment to attend another event.

Hello, I purchased a set of no-tie elastic shoelaces from Groupon. The advertised picture showed metal connectors to link to the laces, but I was sent poor-quality plastic connectors instead, which were not shown on Groupon. I have contacted customer service four times, providing the order screenshot, number, and a photo of what I received. Despite this, they keep asking for more information without specifying what they need. I simply want them to send me the correct metal connectors as advertised, not the ones they sent arbitrarily. If they continue with the same request after this fourth attempt, I will have to cancel my order.

We had a Whale watching cruise planned for June 1, [redacted], but it got canceled while we were on the way there. This cruise was a Christmas gift from our son and daughter-in-law. We initially booked it on February 14, [redacted], but due to the passing of my brother and his funeral, we had to reschedule it to June 1. Unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule it again. I am writing today feeling very frustrated. Yesterday, I bought movie tickets for a 4:00pm showing, but unfortunately, they were for the wrong day. I contacted Tejaswinee via the Groupon app's live chat around 2:50pm. She assured me she would refund the money in Groupon bucks so I could purchase tickets for a different showtime. Since this was before the 4:00pm showtime, the refund should have gone through. I have chat screenshots with the times recorded. The refund should have been processed because movie tickets become non-refundable after the showtime. Despite this, the refund didn't go through, and now Groupon's customer service team can't assist me. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. As a loyal Groupon user, this situation has tainted my view of the company. I don't normally complain, but this issue has truly upset me. I spent $26 on those tickets and I would like my money back or new tickets, as my refund request was made before the showtime deadline. I would like a refund so I can place an order with a different vendor. I am unable to find the "view details" section on the app to process my refund. The instructions provided on the app are not working for me. To cancel an order, you should navigate to My Stuff on the website or mobile app, where you can manage your vouchers, view account details, and check for refund options. Click on "View Details" next to the Groupon you wish to cancel, or select the order itself on the app. If self-service is available for your order, you will see a "Cancel Order" option. You can then choose from the self-service options, initiate a chat through the widget on the page, or contact us via email.

Hello, I contacted the location prior to buying this Groupon to ensure it covered filling a dip in my chin, which they confirmed. When I arrived, I verified the procedure again, but the results were not as promised. They suggested purchasing another filler which was not what I wanted. I am disappointed as I spent a significant amount on the Groupon. I believe I was misled and I am requesting a refund or Groupon credit to have the correct treatment done elsewhere.

I received a Groupon voucher for a hair styling experience as a birthday gift. I initially didn't use it right away because I had recently gotten a hairstyle done. My husband bought two 5-day Go City passes for Las Vegas. The transaction failed on Groupon. The representative assured us the failed purchase was canceled. However, once we returned from our vacation, we discovered our credit card was charged twice for the passes. We unintentionally repurchased them without using PayPal, as one was supposed to be canceled. We are not planning to return to Vegas anytime soon and merely want the refund on our account. The charge should not have gone through on March 12th, [redacted].
