I booked a one-night stay at a 4-star hotel in San Francisco through Groupon's "top secret" deal for $[redacted]. After finding out that the hotel was Le Méridien San Francisco, located at [redacted] Battery Street, I discovered the same room for the same night priced at $[redacted] elsewhere. I booked the King Studio for July 13-14, and now I'm understandably frustrated as I hadn't used Groupon in years, and I expected to find good deals like before. I appreciate your time. I must share that my first visit to Las Vegas and experiencing Sunday brunch at Paradise Garden Buffet at the Flamingo Hotel was disappointing. The service we received for my group of 35 was subpar, making us feel unwelcome and embarrassed due to the poor treatment we endured. This left me feeling upset and like we were being discriminated against. This negative encounter has soured my impression of Las Vegas, and I have no intention of returning to this establishment. I booked a 2-night stay at Great Wolf Lodge Grapevine, Texas. When I contacted Great Wolf Lodge to confirm my reservation, they informed me they hadn't received any booking from Groupon. They requested a confirmation email from Groupon, which I never received, prompting me to check my Groupon account online. I discovered that there were actually two reservations made with different order numbers, even though I only intended to book one room. To summarize, Great Wolf Lodge did not have a reservation from Groupon, but my Groupon account showed two room reservations for the same dates and room.

I bought two 60-minute Deep Tissue Massages from Amara Wellness and Spa in Knoxville, TN. They've stopped offering massages and advised me to reach out to you for a complete refund. Also, I would appreciate a 20% discount on my next purchase due to the inconvenience and the time it took away from my family. I'm interested in requesting a refund. I bought a Groupon deal for Dickey's BBQ for $10, which was discounted to $5. Today, I attempted to use it at the Murrells Inlet, SC store but was informed by the cashier that it had expired. It turns out the deal was valid for a location in TX, which I didn't realize at the time of purchase. The manager mentioned that you could assist with this matter. I purchased 2 tickets for the Allan Chamo show on Friday, 6/8, for my son and myself before heading to Florida from NY. Unfortunately, my son fell ill, and we couldn't attend. I couldn't transfer the tickets to anyone and now realize refunds are not offered after 24 hours. I was also double charged for 4 tickets when I only bought 2. I kindly request a refund of $80 for the overcharged tickets to avoid opening a dispute with Paypal. I enjoy Groupon but will reconsider using it if this issue is not resolved. I purchased tickets for the Train and the Goo Goo Dolls concert in Phoenix, AZ on Wednesday, June 7th. My tickets are only accessible through the G-Pass mobile app. Unfortunately, I forgot my password for the G-Pass app and cannot find a way to reset it. When I try to log in, it displays a message in Spanish saying it's not a valid login. I've researched online and found that G-Pass redirects to the Ticketmaster site, which then directs me to Groupon for assistance. I'm stuck in a loop and need help resolving this issue before the concert date. Without access to G-Pass, I won't be able to access my tickets and thus won't be able to attend the concert.

I recently used Groupon #: LG-V1W7-RRZ6-HJLM and have been experiencing ongoing issues with the vendor. Every time I try to book an appointment, the first thing asked is if I have a Groupon, which seems unnecessary to me. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the deactivation of my account. I have been unable to access my purchased Groupons such as concert tickets, vein removal, psychic, and hypnosis sessions. Despite trying to make appointments by calling following the instructions, I have not received any response. I am requesting a refund to my credit card for all the items I cannot access. I am requesting a cash refund to be processed to my current credit card on file. I am seeking a refund for a J Weisman facial. I have encountered significant challenges trying to schedule an appointment. Despite the service being paid for, she insisted on obtaining my credit card information before scheduling. I am uncomfortable providing this information under these circumstances. After spending numerous hours filling out paperwork online, she claimed she was overbooked due to my reluctance to provide my card details. Given the ordeal I have been through, I believe a refund is warranted. I do not wish to receive a credit. I purchased a voucher from Groupon for Yara Advanced Medical Aesthetics for 50 units of wrinkle-reducing cosmetic injection for $[redacted]. I tried contacting her several times before she finally answered. When I visited the address listed on her website, there was no office there. After she returned my call, she mentioned she was located in Milton and would not be in Georgetown for a few weeks. Despite my request for Georgetown appointments, she insisted on Milton. As I am relocating to Waterloo, both Milton and Waterloo are far away for me. When I asked for a refund, she directed me back to Groupon. I am not very proficient with computers and need guidance on how to process the refund.

I purchased voucher code VS-FRR1-3WLG-1ZBG-K2VN for a 2-night B&B stay with a dinner for two at the Auburn Lodge Hotel in Co. Clare, Ireland. I had initially booked the 6th & 7th of June but had to cancel last minute due to my wife falling ill and being hospitalized. I spoke with the hotel directly on the 6th June to cancel, and they advised I could re-book until the end of June. However, when I tried to reschedule for the 13th & 14th June on the Groupon website, I encountered issues. The hotel said bookings must be made through Groupon. I had a Groupon for an oil change, car wash, and special additive that expired in March. On the last day before expiration, I arrived at the service center. When the associate asked me to open the hood, the release handle broke off. Despite informing the supervisor, no action was taken. It took weeks to find and install a replacement part, only to be told it was a Groupon issue. After contacting the HQ listed on the receipt, they offered credit towards the same service. Unfortunately, the prices were high, even with the credit, and not worth it. I suggested a more flexible credit option like a general store credit or Groupon credit for other services. On Saturday, June 8, [redacted], I booked a room at the Red Roof Inn Plus in Smyrna, GA through Groupon.
